I just want to thank the floor manager Lorrie for helping me get my Chevy Malibu. She has been very helpful since the beginning making sure I am satisfied with my selection, even going out of her way to make things right by me, I really appreciate her and all she has done for me.

So thankful for Jorden getting me into my new car. He was an amazing salesman. Only had to put 1500 down. The finance manager melody was amazing and so patient with my family Would recommend 1000 percent

Customer service was AMAZING Lorrie, Jeremy ( Blanco ) and ms.melody were super professional and great with conversation. Super understanding and did what they could with what we had and they did NOT disappoint. Got us into a 2015 Nissan sentra and I fell in love ! 10/10 recommend. They have a customer for life !

Sells junky cars, even at their sister dealerships. Manager lady is rude, unprofessional, and does not care about giving quality service. When I bought my car from here they sold me a car that wouldn t even pass state inspection. They sent me to a different business to have the problem fixed at their expense, and after 2 days of trying to fix my car, they tried to make me cover the cost. (even tho she said she would cover the cost, after fixing the same mistake twice) to make it safe to drive. During all of this, I was offered out of my contract by her, however during the time this was going on I couldn t not have a car, so I was a pushover and stayed in the contract and paid the expense. Thankfully now I took my business to Mike Shaw, because buying from shady dealerships and ugly snobby people is NOT it. Also this isn t a singled out review, as I was recommended to this dealership by a friend who also later on had similar issues with the same manager.

I recommend going to Jorden and getting a car from him! He s a huge help and straight forward and won t try to beat around the bush. He had the vehicle pulled right to the front for us and made us fall in love with the ford separated from any other vehicles!!!

I recommend this place got us a nice truck low mileage, the sales person Chris Rodriguez did his thing in getting me and my wife in! If you plan to go and get a ride expect to wait a while though cause adding numbers does take a bit! But we took test drives on several different vehicles

These guys are awesome! Carlos and Yolanda went above and beyond to do what it takes to get me in a vehicle. I couldn't ask for better people to work with. I had sold my car and the guy ended up having to meet us at the car lot to get it,which was totally not planned. So me and my fiance and 2 dogs were left with no ride and it's Saturday and we can't get into the vehicle until Monday. So we had to get a hotel and had no ride. So these guys went out of their way to make sure we had a ride to the motel and also came and picked us up that following Monday. They worked with me on payments and everything I needed to make sure I got into a vehicle. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car. I'm not the one that really leaves reviews, but I thought people needed to know about the great service they provide.

I went in just looking to see what my options were. I wasn t planning on talking with anyone. But Jeremy came out and talked to me. He showed me some nice cars. We went inside and he explained to me what I needed, so when I was ready to purchase a vehicle I had everything in order. Very friendly and nice. I won t go any other place.

Worst place to get a car, complete scammers. They sold the car to me with a warranty, and first 30 days of anything goes wrong it s covered is what I was told. This was false, thermostat blew after having my car for two weeks had to get a mobile mechanic to replace it. Took it back to them to reprimand only to find out I was lied to and they re was no warranty. AC also went out first month and instead of it being taken care of under the first 30 days, they said it would be $800 and did me a favor and pushed it to the back of my car note. Only for the AC to go out a week and a half after fixing it . They did no repairs and still charged me. Worst scam I could imagine it would be different if I put less money but for what I m paying and the money I could have a brand new car, and instead I have a car with over 100k miles and more serious problems with the car are piling up. So PLEASE be careful with these people they re only out to get your money and leave you high and dry, not to mention ALL they re employees are ex cons or freshly out of prison. Makes sense, but PLEASE read and re read everything with these people and get everything double checked and all in hand writing so they can t screw you over. I wish this hellish process on no one. So please heed my warning and be EXTREMELY careful with these scammers. I would give .01 of a star if I could.

Went in too look at a car I was interested in and had a decent down payment they where able to get me into something much nicer than what I thought I would get qualified for Andrew Pena was a great sales guy was very friendly would definitely recommend these guys over lofi motors any day

This is by far the worst experience in car buying I ve ever had.Please go else where- not only was I told different things between the sales man & the financial manager Mel.But after putting a 1000 down for vehicle, then Mel adding a service contract that I told them from the beginning I didn t want. I was there for over 10 hours all together, ended going to another dealer, got exactly what I wanted in less than 4 hours. I have yet to receive my refund for 1000 that I put down. This place is a joke. Don t waste your time, energy or money.I ve called everyday, my bank has stated no refund has been sent.Yet Mel keeps stating it s my banks fault.
