Before you read this, my car was driven to this shop and I had to pay to have it towed as it was no longer in drive-able condition after having been at his shop for over a month for a simple brake change. Jorge Escutia ,only employee and owner is not capable of working on foreign cars at ALL.He does not possess the knowledge or proper equipment and tools to work on ANY high end vehicles.I am so disappointed in Jorge for the simple fact that he was a friend who took advantage of me and could not admit his wrong doing.The vehicle you see on this business page is my car that he could not even do a simple brake change.He damaged 2 calipers on my Jaguar.Ordered wrong parts TWICE and has yet to pay me back for the wrong parts he ordered because he does not want to pay a $60 fee too ship the parts back that he ordered incorrectly .He also took advantage of me being a friend by making me research my own parts and ordering them because he doesn t want to deal with it. I am a customer I don t know much about parts , any other professional shop would not have me doing this.$200 labor$300 on used calipers$40 on fluids (never put in my car)$122 on brake partsA total of *$622 on a brake changeI finally got my car towed from his business and taken to a certified shop that specializes in high end vehicles.$900 for brand new calipersBecause he damaged allllll the calipers including the used ones he orderedOn top of having to pay for additional labor to fix his screw upHe has also repeatedly used his daughter as an excuse to not pay me back the money he owes me as if somehow his daughters well being is constantly in question and somehow the responsibility of the customer he screwed over.I want my car taken off your business page immediately.JORGE - I suggest you give me MY money you owe me otherwise I will be filling against you at the city municipal court.Paper work has been filled out to be submitted to the courts.You own me for the wrong part ,the fluid that you never put in my car and the money for all the calipers you damaged.
