Ari has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced I appreciate the kindness and empathy she showed me when I went to remove my stuff from my car

I would try to avoid this place they charge so many fees that u would b in shock. A gate fee a helping fee loading fee. Talking to u fee. And than u bring a cashers check. And mind u. I am the only person in the premises. And I still have to make a appointment to pickup my clean tx title car that I can drive out of there. So if u can buy cars any where else u should sad bon how bad. They have gotten.. they r charging sellers. Buyers. And than the charge a yearly fee of 150 us. They have. 750.000 thousand members. And they average 3 million cars a year. Do the math on that. Crazy

I had a great experience. It was very fast and easy to pay for my perches. Copart had my car out toward the front waiting for me, which was a relief because I thought I was going to have to walk a good distance just to find the car.Cons:Delivery took longer than I wanted it to.The fees are ridiculous! My $500 car turned out to be $1001.35 after fees... Wow. Smh

Terrible customer service! Two people seating at a desk, a male and a female, and they didn't acknowledge or greet me when I stood there at the counter waiting to be served. They just looked at me, and and finally the man decided to get up. I drove my car there and apparently the quote I was given was not finalized, so my transaction could not be processed. I had to call back and when I explained what was going on the man on the other end was rude. I don't recommend dealing with this place!

I don't have a single complain about this copart location, I've been coming for years now and all their staff is super friendly and efficient.. no covid-19 concerns either as they follow social distancing correctly

They were supposed to pick up my truck on Thursday before I got home from work. Now I'm stuck with an extra day on a car rental. I got an apology but that doesn't fix how I wish I didn't rent a car so soon.

After a bad experience with an accident, our insurance sent our totalled vehicle to Copart. Very nice staff and extremely helpful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a dealer and I have been set up online through many auctions. After 1 month of trying and trying to get there paperwork straight I still cant bid. I finally had to give up.

Many wrecked cars to be able to choose from. You buy and have them fixed up saves money. Coordial service
