Mike the service manager was very friendly and professional. My jeep was fixed under warranty in a timely manner. It took a while to get the parts but as soon as they were in I got an appointment the next day. I would recommend this dealership and will continue to use them for future service of my Jeep.

Jessie was my service advisor, very professional and courteous. Made sure he had as much information about issues I was having with my truck to ensure that the technician had the information he needed. Had a quick turnaround for my truck with all issues taken care of. Overall, it was an excellent experience and was extremely satisfied with the staff and service.

Service department is outstanding. Everyone in that department is friendly and there to help you. The manager bends over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction.The sales department for the use vehicles is not that good. Bought multiple vehicles through them and have had nothing but problems with the vehicles.

I needed oil change on my 2006 Viper. Lithia could get me in until 3 days later. Called DODGE at Calallen and they got me in immediately. Their staff was extremely professional and courteous. They took great care of my vehicle. Will definitely take the drive to Calallen for any future car repairs or maintenance.

Allegra, I hope I spelled her name right, is a great service manager. She informed me that the mechanics would need my truck a few days to properly do the job. My truck being in the shop is alway an issue, it s my office. This time I wasn t sitting in the dealership trying to work thinking they d be done any minute. I appreciate someone keeping me informed.
