Too many empty promises. I was really looking forward a car detailing at this store after reading the reviews and I am very disappointed at the service. Although the car was cleaner, there were a lot of untouched places, especially at the rear. They probably didn t expect me to be as attentive as I was. That was very unprofessional, especially considering it is a paid service they were providing. After my complaints, the guy who cleaned the car started giving me an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong. I don t think the manager is aware of these behaviors and hopefully this sheds some light on that. If I were you, I d research my options before committing to this place.

Just Fantastic! Look at the pictures of my Truck! Amazing! William and Michael did an Awesome Job! Olivia at the front was a Huge help also! Great Crew! Oh and they changed my Oil also! A+��++++

I asked for an interior super clean (34) they gave me an interior detail clean (89) I was there over 4 hours, finally got sick and tired of it and asked how much longer was told 5 minutes, at 20 minutes I asked for my keys and left. My driver side controls for the seat is broken off, there is still dirt all over the place. I paid 160 and now I get to go clean my car again. Done.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

I have been using Charisma car wash for at least 16 years now. They are excellent in their customer service and speedy cleaning! If they don t meet your expectations on a busy day, they will be sure to go back over it until you think it is perfect! They are kind, familiar and trustworthy! I recommend it to anyone who wants a good service for a fair price.

Took my car for an oil change a few days ago and when I was driving down the road, I noticed my driver side visor was broken and fell down when I hit a speed bump then I was driving down the highway and the entire plastic cover under my car fell off.. I called and they said they must not have bolted it back on correctly so they came and temporarily fixed it with zip ties. I was told to bring it back the next day, so I did and they said they were going to replace the whole cover.. looked under my car and they didn t even touch it, it still has the zip ties on it. Fast forward to today I was driving and my check oil light came on. I am HIGHLY upset and will be contacting corporate about this, do not take your car here.

Cody did an amazing job!! Carisma is the BEST place for hand washing! I have too many mods to go through an automatic so I let Carisma take care of her and they always do an amazing job and all the staff is helpful and polite!! I also use them for my oil change AND they ve filled a chip in my windshield! Please bring some extra cash with you to tip these guys! They deserve it!!Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing

I rarely give bad reviews but I paid 60$ to get a single cab work truck detailed and the gentlemen who did the detail was mad about not getting a trip after doing a halfa$$ job. Wheels were still filthy and there was missed spots inside and out.Quality control needs to be implemented if you are going to train your team to expect a tip.

I have been going here for at least 6 years now. The service is always excellent and I'm always so happy with my car after bringing it here. The price is great and the people here are so nice. Would recommend for anyone who needs help keeping their vehicle clean.

Took car of my old girl! I appreciate the patience and great customer service. It was my first time to this location. I use to do the washing and detailing myself, but no strength for it. So proud of how my 16yr old suv looked after the wash and detailed clean inside and out. She needs some body work, but she's beautiful

Emilio did an immaculate job detailing my Bronco. It had not had a full detail in over a year, and he made it look as good as new! Great price, great service, and very efficient.

Make sure to check your vehicle before leaving for damage. Had an incident there serval years ago with paint. Mgr said that they would repair and to get estimate. I did and owner would not pay. Just be careful.

Guess what? Just wasted 90$ for nothing. I did read the reviews (bad service) but I will make sure they do a great job. Initially they told that this would take couple of hours. I prepared accordingly and took book with me and after like 30 minutes, the guys said we are done. I went outside and and checked the interior. Some of the spots on the seat were not even wet let alone the cleaning. I talked to the manager. He came and started the washing by himself. Guess what. He just spent like 5 minutes and did nothing. I just left without saying anything. Please please save your money. They dont even know how to clean. I could have cleaned my car better than what they did. I am so regretting man

The car wash portion is great, and it's nice to have the exterior hand dried & tires dressed. Tip the attendant, you'll see how hard they work. Now if you came here primarily for an oil change, that portion of this looks a lot like a Valvoline shop, but don't try to use your Valvoline Instant Oil Change coupon here - only CARisma coupons are accepted.

I bought a new car a month ago, it is black. I took it in for a wash and wax. It had less than 2,500 miles on it Monday when I was there. Now, there are bugs underneath the wax job, apparently they don't know how to properly wash a car and there are now smear marks on my windows that magically appear at night when it is hardest to see. Seriously, they can't use clean rags on the windows? Looks like I'll have to pay someone to undo the mess they made.

This place is the best in town. There very friend always clean my truck it looks like I just bought. I highly recommend them for the professional cleaning and I love coming here. They treat me like family.

I paid for the gold package so that my interior would be cleaned but I left with the exterior still dirty and the inside barely touched. I even told them I needed the seats wiped down (leather) so if they needed to charge extra they could.When I went out, I opened the lift gate to put my bag in the back and it was never touched. Never. I asked for a rag and helped one associate wipe down and cleaned out a couple of dirt spots. Bug gunk left on the car, water spots where it was never wiped down, and an associate threatened to fight me because the other told him I was "mad" at the job he did, so it's all in a good day I guess. I usually go to the other location for an oil change and just a quick drive through basic wash. I've gone specifically to this location twice now because I wanted a detail. I'll say it again, DETAIL. The job certainly improved my truck's appearance, but DETAIL means exactly that. Neither time did I get exactly that.But it was enough to earn this 2nd star. This poor review is due to the stone cold wench working the desk. I was told the work to be done would take X-period of time. I confirmed whether they had my cell phone number; they did. I left, expecting to be called upon completion. I had travel plans to get to kids' competitions out of town that I'd been invited to that occur only once annually.After X + an extra hour, I call to see when my truck will be ready. The woman says "It's been ready. I called and it 'kept going to voicemail.'" She had not called my cell. I see today that only one call was made to my office landline. Only one call... but it "kept going..." I expressed my dissatisfaction that I'd now be missing my required departure time, so I'd be picking up later and asked when they closed. I arrived 10-15 minutes prior.When I got there, I went straight to my truck. The bug and rock deflector was broken. The level of detail was of less concern at the time, but the guy that did the work was attentive and respectful. When I go inside, this woman really became a piece of work!I confirmed the amount owed. I just wanted out of there. As I began handing her currency she said she'd already closed out her cash drawer (before closing time). I asked if they no longer accepted cash payment, and she said not now because it was too late (during stated business hours). When I asked what we need to do, she required a card. I said I was not told cash was unwelcome, so I'd have to come back the next day to square up. I've done business with them for 12 years or more.She refused to give me my keys, said if I didn't like it, I could talk to the manager. I accepted that option. Then she REFUSED to take me to her manager, that I could go find him!!! I don't even know who the hell is who there.To his credit, he instructed her to give me my keys and approved getting paid the next day. Also to his credit, he offered to make amends with a "car wash on him" the NEXT TIME I came... SMDH. (Dude, make it up immediately. Your clerk royally screwed the the pooch!)I didn't have the heart to tell him too little, too late. Employees need to understand what business owners have invested. If she is still at that desk today when I take my other car in there for an oil change and that next wash "on him," it will be the last time I do business there.Make the effort to simply dial an alternate phone number that has been provided. Have a spirit of service rather than one of being inconvenienced. Customers are not an interruption; we are your purpose.Heisenburg has clearly moved to Corpus Christi; there's car washes that have sprung up everywhere. This lady hasn't lost just one customer, but multiple vehicles now in under 5 minutes.

We used to go here often for details but in December they upsold a windshield repair to my wife. They messed the repair up and caused more damage to the windshield. They told us they would replace it and for 4 months the gave us every excuse in the book to buy more time. Now 4 months later they are saying they won't be taking care of the damage. The windshield repair company already had our windshield ordered and ready for install but Carisma had not paid them yet. They also informed us that the guys that Carisma has doing repairs are NOT trained on windshield repairs. These guys are scammers and should not be trusted. We will have to find somewhere else to have our details done because we will no longer do business with these scammers. BEWARE SHADY OWNERS!!Response from manager:"Mr Gutierrez - CARisma has and will always warranty our windshield repair work. The reason your windshield was not replaced is because it cracked due to a NEW chip. A chip that we never repaired. We cannot be responsible for future chips, only the chips that we have repaired.I did speak with our Windshield vendor and he assured me that he never said that our technicians were not trained. All our technicians are fully trained and have been performing repairs for years.I hope you can appreciate that we only warranty repaired chips and not future chip."My response: I have photos from before the chip was over pressured by your "trained tech" and a photo from right after. Then many photos from each time it grew. The "new chip" is nowhere near the crack that was caused from the over pressure of the fill by your "trained tech". Proof and documentation is everything. It is documented in a spreadsheet each time a visit was made and each time a call was made along with whom was spoken to and what was said :) The windsheild was even ordered months ago from the company you use to fix your customers windsheilds, yet all of a sudden after lying about the manager being on vacation, off that day, sick with covid and a broken bone "we only repair damages done by our trained techs." Why start the warranty process just to say "nevermind" after so many fake delays? So let us know when it's paid for so CARisma can "warranty its windshield work."

The last time I was here was 2010 I remember my father brought me here and I remembered how awesome it was as a kid. I was too young to remember the name of the location so this morning I asked my dad Hey do you know that car wash you took us to as kids? He told me Carisma wash express , and I looked it up and found them on Google. Sure enough the same treatment my father got 12 years ago was the same treatment they gave me. I love that they take care of your vehicle and how consistent they are with their customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would! Took care today paid almost 50. What a major disappointment, not vacuumed properly , dirt still on back of car and in door areas windows dirty inside I asked for manager same guy there said me-never apologized for horrible Service. Never going again!!! And will tell everyone

$89.95 for an interior detail that does not include a wash. My second time here and both times have been extremely disappointing. I can see the dull spots on the seats from where they didn t clean every inch. Dirt/debris still in the cracks on the floor. On top of that the guys that clean it follow you to your car afterwards to show you what they did, in an attempt to collect a tip! Super uncomfortable and awkward. Most places it s $65 for inside and out! This area is overpriced and does not meet expectations.

First time going and was told by another customer to go there. I got home to realize my money was missing and stuff was thrown in a trash bag in the back of my truck but took all my change I had for the tolls to go back home. Anyways yeah will not be returning to this place. For 180 car wash and detail you should be able to get the smell out of the car and they weren t and in the process of them saying it looks like a new car it might look all shiny and polished up but my stuff was thrown in a trash bag and in the bag my cash was missing. Just not worth it so save your money.

The guys from Carisma went above and beyond and serviced my vehicle with an oil change. It was so fast and easy that i don't even think I waited more than 15 min. Great customer service and overall GREAT PRICE!! It's much cheaper than having my vehicle serviced at the Mazda dealership. I will be back for future oil changes.
