Lousy job done on our car. Cracks were full of dirt. Nothing was clean or armored all to look shiny. Carpet was not vacuumed nor were the floor mats vacuumed or put back in place, floor mats sitting on back seat. We saw person just sitting in car not doing anything until he saw us looking he started to move around not really cleaning. Very disappointed!!! Had to clean vehicle on our own after we left Carisma. Shouldn t have paid or tipped before this guy was done!

Do not go here. Was told it would be about 1 1/2 hrs. Almost 3 hrs later, finally.. at almost 6pm, closing time. Didn't look at anything. Got home, noticed missing a piece, cover to trunk. Called them, they couldn't find anything. Went at opening, manager was trying to be nice then made rude comment that "he didn't even have to let me upstairs to see video" really?? Wow. Went to dealership and piece in trunk WAS NOT PUT BACK AS TAKEN OUT. Beware people. Check your stuff before you leave. Will not go to this location again. Tried to tell me that I took the piece out, etc. Really? Just don't go there.

Great customer service. Not just another customer here. Employees know you and your vehicle I know Byron specifically has been here well over 15 years. All employees treat your car as if it s their own. In all the years I ve used Charisma they ve serviced my Mercedes, Lincoln, QX80 Limited and now Range Rover Autobiography. I e never thought twice handing my keys over. Thank all of you for consistently doing a great job

I love that my dogs and I can go have fun in my jeep then I drop it off with these guys and a few hours later they make it feel like I m driving it brand new of the car lot again! Around 100 dollars more than just getting a oil change at the dealership and I get the same oil change, hard wax, amorall everything, and carpets shampooed in 2-3 hrs. Always super friendly and it always shows that they take pride in what they do. Don t know about the other locations but I wouldn t take my jeep anywhere else. The guys at 4099 Saratoga location are amazing! Thank you!

Super bad service , left my vehicle for 4 hours other than a bad wash nothing had been done to clean the inside the attendant was on the phone constantly .. we paid for detail service ( vacuum) and nothing was detail , we ask for refund and we were given a partial refund . The service took over two hours and the detailer made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. After we left it there for an hour, they waited an additional hour there. They finally had to tell the cashier they just needed to leave. Then, the detailer went to talk to them and made them so uncomfortable they felt physically uncomfortable. The car is gross and oily with armor all and has streaks all over the windshield. The windows are water spotted and habe oily overspray from armor all. They were supposed to fix the windshield and its not fixed, the chip still shows. Then the guy hovered over them when they were leaving they physically uncomfortable again. This was a terrible experience and we will never bring a car here a gain. When leaving the hostess told us we should leave a tip. They left a $10 tip but don't feel we should have paid a dime for the terrible detail that was done.

I just went not even 30 minutes ago to this car wash. I've been coming here for a long time never had any issues but today it was a nasty issue. The gentleman by the name of George working. Tell me that I would have to talk to Frank on Monday. Due to that, he's the only employee there and not even the boss was on-site. Not to mention that my car did not get washed properly. The air dryer stops halfway on your car and does not fully drive. My car looks like it didn't even go through the car wash.Nasty nasty nasty.

Mr. Garret and his team did a great job. They displayed nothing but professionalism and care. The services provided today were an oil change, air filter and wiper blade replacements, and car wash .all for a decent price.Thank you CARisma Team!

No option for a no star rating. However, drop it off if you absolutely have to go there. 1 hour minimum to get just a vacuum and wash. Hands are more concerned in eating chicken then getting your car done. Spreading grease on your ride.

This is the last time I take my cars to this place you d think that for the price they charge for the cleaning your car would actually be cleaned not just half cleaned I had to still go home and redo stuff myself, never again it s a waste of my time and money.

Stopped in to get my driver side seat cleaned. John and the entire staff was very polite, informative and professional. They did a great job cleaning the seat. This was my first time visiting this business and I'm positive I'll stop in to do future business with them. Highly recommended!

Carwash Gentleman got upset with me because I didn't tip. Im not a rich man. I've been needing an oil change for a while. Once I had the money, I went and got one. Guy was very direct that I should tip him as if I had no choice. Then, he gave attitude and walked away talkin under his breath. Im at an oil change facility. Im not at a country club loaded with cash. If I had the money, I would've tipped, but I shouldn't be made out to be the bad guy because I am not able to tip. I loved everything else, but the carwash dude definitely killed the vide for me there.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable technicians. John went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met & even exceeded our expectations. I ll never take my pickup anywhere else for oil changes or car washes. Fantastic work. I took my 2014 Ford pickup truck here and had it washed and cleaned with the super package. The people here are professional in attitude. The price was fair and the service was great. The guy who cleaned my truck was so safety minded and concerned, as I had my 90yr. old mother with me, in that he suggested that I allow him not to armor-all the side steps so that she wouldn't slip getting in and out of the truck. Real service the old-fashioned way.

I was the only customer half the time I was there and the supervisor was uninterested in my time, took many long breaks, and handed back my tip with a rude comment that he doesn t need it that bad. Went 1 day for an oil change great service and got a free car wash. Went for a detail another day. Disappointed on this smh. Paid $89.00 plus tax plus tip and was not really worth it.From me not being able to see the work before paying or tipping to, being lied to about they only work on tips and tips alone to it raining like cats and dogs and them rushing me to leave and me not wanted to go outside . I waited as long as I could by the way. I open the door and my whole side door got rained on(all that work for nothing and waiting) to where I didn t get any spray scent in the car or a choice. I looked at the work and had to go over the next day smh To me it wasn t worth it.The detail inside was half fast done and rushed. I still have stuff on my widow that I can t take off.

Went here to get my oil changed and car cleaned. I got the interior package. Oil change went great, the wash not so much. I was there over 2-1/2 hours and that is totally uncalled for. Saw employees standing around talking, I watched my car as he did washed my windows 6 times. Stand around talking to other workers. He put all my stuff in a trash bag. When I asked him he said that is your stuff that was in the center console. Why not put it back. The interior was NOT armorall like promised.The employees were very nice and friend and so was the manager. When you ask for a package they should tell you it will be this long for your car to be completed with such and such package. Great Job and service! Had no issue waiting with the waiting room accommodations. Comfy couch, coushin chairs, and tables with coffee and a snack machine inside as well as restrooms. I'll def be coming back

Let me start by saying the oil change was great. It was fast and done right. Now the free carwash was quick. I payed for a detail. I was there for 2 hours while 2 people a girl and a guy played around and didn't even come close to a detail job well done. I had to complain to manager to get them to get somewhat done so I could leave. The place wasn't even busy. Employees talking back to management in front of customers. Dirty bathrooms. I'll go somewhere else next time.

It was terrible experience. I paid 60$ for shampoo and gold package. I drop of my car and came a hour later. I asked -is it done?- they said yes and l took these pictures. Also l saw a pistachio shell on the carpet.

My brother took my vehicle here to get interior cleaned. They returned me a car that felt as if it was rained in and stated the car was shampoo d and needs time to air out . Fast forward two days and the car developed a disgusting, mildew smell that will make anyone person with a working nose vomit/gag. Took it back and they just reshampood it and gave me the car back, still wet in the interior, the staff told me to leave the doors open for a couple hours to let the car dry. I did it, still the horrible stench remains. Called them back, requested a manager and they had some guy named Byron take my call, and they just took my info and said they d talk the main boss and call me back. No response since and I m stuck with a vehicle I wouldn t let any of my loved ones sit in. I tipped them on each of my visits too. The interior of my car appears to be permanently ruined cause of the stench. Don t take your car here there s better companies in this city.

Car wash was free but not very good and I tipped the attendant $10 and he didn't wipe the water spots off the car and never vacuumed the floor in the back or the seats .very disappointing . The guys that did the oil change were awesome. But the guy in charge of the car attendants was very rude .I probably won't be back to that location

Took my truck and got the interior service done for $80. It took a couple of hours, at least to complete. I stopped by on my way from running errands to check on progress and gave the guy working on my truck $20 as I know it is hard work to shampoo and clean. I got truck back and was hoping for some stains to be removed but there were still spots on seats. I am not sure of they use an extractor or not. I will give them benefit of doubt I didn't ask for specifics on service so I may have expected more then I should of and that's on me. It was a Sunday and I did get there late in day so I may not of given them enough time. I will be attempting to get stains out myself and look into doing this at home. Was hoping for better but they did clean up a little dirty truck also. It was very much needed.

We moved to Corpus a year ago and have been using Charisma to wash all three of our vehicles and have recommended to family and friends.Edward is a great manager- he is professional and polite. He always takes time to say hello and makes sure we are well taken care of.William does an excellent job detailing our vehicles.The ladies at the front desk are friendly and courteous.We highly recommend Using Charisma. I've never been to this location before. I've been to the one on Weber and they're great! Went by today and they said they were short staffed and it would take a while. I could leave my car and come back or I could try my luck at the one on Saratoga. I'm glad I did! Same great service at a different location! Only 1 hour to get my car detailed on a Sunday afternoon.

Car looked great but windshields were not cleaned well. Circular motion noticed on them but terrible job. Hats off to clerk @ register. He was cleaning cars and handling the register too. I though he had a twin. He said noDoing it all
