My mother went to get an estimate and Daniel Lopez was helpful and personable. He Was patient with her and the many questions she had. Thank you for not rushing her and making her feel comfortable. Very easy going place.

Went in Feb 23 for an estimate. Got an email from the service adviser on Mar 11th after repeated calls. I replied that day, asking when the work could begin. I still haven't received a response. I guess my email was lost in cyber space, I'm guessing they're too busy to repair my vehicle.Maybe forceful customers can get work done.Caveat emptor

Lionel and caliber held my truck for 5 days and have horrible customer service. Was the recommended shop from my insurance but was the worst experience I ve ever had with any repair shop. They then tried to tell the insurance company that I never dropped my truck off but I have pictures of it being at their shop parked in a different location then when I dropped it off and copies of paperwork showing I dropped it off at the appointment time. Will never take anymore of my issues to Caliber. Lionel was unprofessional and said he was just too busy to give me even an estimate. Then Lionel tried to say that my vehicle was just too large for their equipment. The truck has standard tires and standard suspension so that seems to be a lie.

Did excellent work on my 2019 Toyota Corolla. Got the front end looking brand new again. Great customer service with Debbie and the car was ready to go on time and cleaned up.

Despite having to use Caliber Collision in Calallen because i was in an accident, I highly recommend this Auto Body Repair Shop to anyone needing repairs. The people are great, fast service, and Daniel Lopez was very professional. He was always available to take my calls. He took care of me well. Very happy I used them.

Superior Customer service from the front desk personnel, to my point of Contact Daniel! Daniel kept me in the loop and communicated with me every step of the way and the car was completed before the initial projected deadline. Superior craftsmanship! Superior color match. When I Took My Car In To Get Fixed, I Still Hadn't Recovered From The Car Accident So I Didnt Bother To Grab Anything Out Of My Car (Big Mistake, I Know). I Got My Car Back And Had Been So Busy That I Didnt Bother To Check And Make Sure My Things Were Still Inside When I Picked It Up. I Had Received Some Gifts That Were Sitting In My Trunk (Which Was What Needed To Be Replaced) And They Were Gone. Honestly, I Am Not Surprised Because Of The Kind Of World We Live In But Definitely Will Not Be A Returning Customer.

Update 10/21 -i picked my car today & it looks as good as new. I appreciate them for correcting their mistake . Awesome job! Update- They reached out to to fix the problem & were professional in fixing my bumper at absolutely no cost. I left my vehicle Monday morning 10/18 i should have it by tomorrow. First picture is what it looked like before I took it. The next 2 are how it looked after he made my door open. It didn't open because a deer hit it so he said were going to have to replace the fender anyway so the lady inside said they didn't take my insurance. He made it look uglier & my door still didn't open. I ended up leaving crying . I left to another shop down leopard which I'm glad I did they got my door to open correctly popped the dent out without damaging it . I can now open my door smoothly & they didn't charge me . The last picture is of the last company that fixed it . The first picture is from the auto body shop on leopard that corrected it sorry it didn't place them in order as I put.

Debbie was amazing!! She was polite and professional. She explained what was going to happen. She stayed in contact throughout the process. You can t even tell there was damage. I will never take my car to another shop! my brother recommended this shop to me and I'm so glad I went with them. all other shops were backed up and had waiting lists. Chase specifically was AMAZING! he kept me informed the whole process. he even dropped my car off to me at work when it was ready. it took less than a week for it to get done! my baby looks brand new. shoutout to Corey and David for doing a phenomenal job.

My Kia Forte had some extensive damages. I took it into this location for repairs. Daniel Lopez was the service advisor and he called on a consistent basis providing updates. They installed a few items in the car to include a new windshield fluid reservoir and left it empty so who knows if it even works. They charged that they filled it up so might've been an oversight. I had a great experience 10/10 recommend for anyone needing any repairs for their vehicle. The whole process from the beginning when my truck got dropped off by the towing company I got a phone call that it arrived at their shop, to getting phone calls throughout the time it took to repair my truck and what was being done or needed to be done and updates on the total cost, Felix was awesome to explain everything to me along the way, Ashley and her team give great customer service and they are all very friendly I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Calallen! Thank you guys so much!
