Took it here for some minor damages from a side swipe, after 2 weeks the GM said it was finished. We went to pick it up, the windshield was still not fixed. Not sure what their protocol is for checking the work done is legitimately done, but this was on the insurance claim. Another 3 days later and my car won t start. It went into their shop drivable, JUST needing body work. Now it s leaving on a tow truck. 10/10 would never recommend.

Mike Escobar took the lead on my car rear end damage and was exemplary in his service & on his follow up. From the day I left my car until he called me to let me know it was ready, Mike was on top of everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Caliber Collision. They really do care about their customers & they deserve 10 stars!

I dropped off my car on 7 Aug for a relatively minor scratch to the front bumper (picture 1). After a week, I received a notification from the company that the paint job needed to be redone because the initial repair wasn t to standard. I ended up finally picking up the car on 19 Aug. The next day I noticed a panel where the paint had flaked off (picture 2). So I brought the car back in. They repaired the flaking paint that day. The next day I noticed that the front panel hadn t been installed correctly and there was a metal tab sticking out (pictures 3). So I took the car in again. They repaired it quickly, but it left the plastic faring scratched (picture 4). After bringing in my car 3 times, I asked if they would refund my deductible. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Overall my experience was negative due to having my time wasted multiple times trying to get everything on my car repaired. I m also skeptical of the paint job quality. Customer service was good. However, I will not be returning to Caliber Collision. My time and my money are too valuable.

I was hospitalized for most of the repairs but my wife was the go-between. Everything went well, I was discharged and my car was finished on key and I am a happy customer.MEH

I took my car to caliber collision after being involved in an accident and my experience was great from start to finish. Derik was great in keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I was satisfied with his customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend caliber collision

I would like to thank Leslie,she was amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of us. This young lady came in on her day off just to accommodate us because we were coming from San Antonio. It took awhile for the repairs, she and her team wanted to make sure our car was 100% ready.I would recommend this place for your car repairsThank you

This place is full of liars and Do Not care about their customers. The GM Joseph Ryan will make the advisors try to force you to pick up your vehicle, even if it's not completed, before the month ends so he looks good that vehicles are moving out in a timely manner and will tell you to bring it back once the end of month is over, so he can get a bonus and be certified on false documentations. It's about his pay check, not customers. They do not put all the parts on the vehicles that the insurance companies pay for and are sold to make money on the side by the tech Jaime Garcia, the GM Joseph Ryan and the RM Dustin Butcher. Also Jaime Garcia runs his personal business out of Calibers shop during work hours and on weekends with calibers material. Customer vehicles are left without being worked on because he is allowed to do his side jobs and work on his personal vehicles by Dustin Butcher and Joseph Ryan instead of putting customers first. They have a personal agreement that he can do whatever he wants and still be employed by caliber. I recommend every person that has had their vehicle here get it inspected and make sure all your parts on the estimate were actually put on, as most will find out they weren't because they were sold by techs, Rm, and GM, Also if you've ever had the girl in the front Farrah Story be rude to you, as she is to everyone, nothing will be done about it because she and the GM are in a relationship, CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN WORK ENVIRONMENT, and he will take her side at all times. The only reason they have four + stars is because the GM Joseph Ryan makes his employees do these reviews as well as family and friends that have never even had their vehicle here. So in reality these reviews are based off the employees and their family. Very bad place to take your vehicle, I recommend that you Do Not Use any Caliber Collisions here in Corpus. You can go through these reviews and see Farrah Story, front girl, and Joseph Ryan, GMs name as well as Many other employees doing these reviews. All the higher up people, Mark Sims and Steve Horton, as well as HR is aware of all false Documentations and stealing from insurance companies that go on, yet they are still employed and doing wrong to their customers. Please Don't be fooled by these false Documents and get your vehicle checked out by any other collision place and verify your parts.Your welcome

Poor customer service. I took my car in for an estimate on a repair after an accident. I waited a week to be seen. I took my car in on a Friday afternoon and the Service Advisor, Leslie Lugo, took photos of my vehicle and told me that they would send me the estimate via email. I called the following Tuesday to check on the status of my estimate. They informed me that the estimate may need to be rewritten, because the other party's insurance would be paying the cost of repair. The other party's insurance provider reached out to me to let me know that they had contacted the shop and the shop refused to provide an estimate, so they sent their appraiser out to the shop and they told the appraiser that they didn't have any information on my vehicle. I followed up on Friday, a week from the date that it was taken in for the inspection and was informed that they would not provide an estimate, because "We only work with Allstate." I informed them that I just needed a copy of the estimate as a customer and they refused. I explained that I would be paying for the repairs so I as the customer needed an estimate and they still refused and again stated that they only worked with Allstate. Not only does this policy not make any sense, but I am incredibly frustrated that they couldn't even be bothered to contact me to let me know that they would not be proceeding with the work on my vehicle or providing the estimate. This wasted two weeks of my time.

A bumper & taillights needed to get replaced cause someone back into the car. Anyways caliber has had our car over 2 weeks, they gave me today s date that I d get our car. 12:15 pm I call to see what time I can pick it up. Guess what, more excuses now they push back date til Fri. If I hadn t called, when were they gonna let me know.I M BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Do not go here. Just look at the photos I'm including. The general manager was fully aware of the poor quality of the paint job she was allowing me/customers to receive. Also, I arrived to see the advisor waxing my truck while it was filth-covered in dirt. Look at the photos. They wouldnt know paint even if a gallon paint can hit them in the face after it fell out of the sky.

I recently had my vehicle getting repaired at caliber collision on Spid and had to take it back to replace a part. The advisor I worked with was very professional, but the girls in the front office, not so much. The girl sitting in the front as I walked in didn't even greet me and was very rude from the start. The attitude she had showed all over her face as if she was annoyed with my presence. I had to wait for my sister that was picking me up because I had to leave my car and it took her about 30 minutes to get there. As I was waiting I see the girl that is in the front walk into the office behind her and I literally hear her talking bad about me to the girl in that office as if I wasn't there. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional of her and that girl in the office. She didn't even tell her to stop, she just listened as if it was ok. I wanted to say something, but I let them continue to talk about me as I waited. Even as other customers walked in she continued to be rude with them and her rudeness only got worse every time the phone rang. There was a man that walked out of the office on the opposite side, mind you had the door open the whole time, and I assume was the manager, stopped next to her and she began talking bad about a customer that she had just got off the phone with and he also didn't even say anything to her. It was as if they didn't even care that a customer was sitting there listening. Then I hear another girls voice coming from the side hallway being very loud making very sexual comments as she approached the front counter where the man that came out of the office was and the rude girl in the front. Joey was the name of the man, didn't even say anything to her either as if all of this was a normal thing. She just looked at me with attitude as well and continue to conversate with them in an unprofessional manner as well. It was so uncomfortable for me to even sit there and listen to them. That was the longest 30 minutes of my life. As a customer having to hear them talk about myself and other customers, as well as the sexual comments made from the girl with red hair was ridiculous. The fact that the manager was ok with it is something I have never experienced. He didn't even tell them to stop. I definitely do not recommend this place At All. Very unprofessional and rude. Even when I picked up my vehicle at the end of the day, the girl at the front desk was still very rude. I feel bad leaving a one star considering the advisor was nice and helpful, but I'm leaving it based on the girls in front behaviors and the manager for allowing it. Shame on them.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone in search of vehicle repairs. I brought my truck in for a little parking lot fender bender, and the truck was in and out parts replaced/painted in less than a week I'm always in a trust war with people that work on my truck but they absolutely took care of my truck and kept me updated with texts/calls every step of the way! 5/5 STARS!!

One of the best bodyshops in town. The painter there is probably the best painter in Corpus Christi Texas. They painted my truck there and I'm impressed. Good staff Thank you Candi for awesome service

Previously disappointed with a different Caliber Collision off Weber Rd. This Caliber Collision did an amazing job and also ahead of schedule. They followed up every step of the way. Would recommend for sure. The staff was extremely professional and cared about what was going on. Great service all around.

2nd time I've used this location. Both times they have been awesome. Recently went in there to fix a front bumper that someone ran into and neglected to tell me or write a note. Don't you just love it when that happens. Took 45 minutes! GM there was great. Would highly recommend this location over others and would go back again....if needed....but hopefully not....because that would mean we got into a wreck.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle suffered front end damage from a traffic accident. Caliber Collision did the paint & body work...they even made the arrangements for me to have a rental car. They kept me informed every few days of the progress. In just a few weeks I got my pickup back & it looked like nothing had ever happened but even better...excellant work & great communication, thank you!!

Vehicle not ready and had already turned rental in, recommend keeping rental in case of these situations. 2 additional repairs were required before vehicle ready (additional 4 days). This facility needs a quality inspector before releasing of vehicles to customers. Most customers do not really look at their vehicles and should. Take photos and log mileage during drop off for verification during pick up. USAA preferred facility!!Service: Body & Trim

Receptionist was not present. Appointment at 9 am. Waited 10 minutes till someone offered assistance. However, Arron hanlded my claim with great responsiveness and patience. If it was now for the receptionist not being there and walking past me several times without saying a word, I would rate 5.

Caliber collision has always been the best place to take your vehicle after an unfortunate incident. There are professional staff members work so well with all of the top insurance agencies that no other business can t even really come close in competition. Joey always went the extra mile and beyond I am very appreciative for this company.

Quick turnaround, great communication, quality work. Caliber Collision repaired the truck bed on my F-250. Work took less than 1.5 weeks. They had to completely replace the outside side panels due to crush damage. Paint matching was as close to perfect as you can get. Paint/clear coat appears to be evenly applied with no noticeable imperfections. Decal placement is correct, panel alignment is correct. No issues with any of the electrical connections and no issues noted from the removal and reinstall of my truck bed which was required to complete the work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't know where to begin. They handled the situation very well after my mom had her accident. They took care of everything. Towing pickup from our home, to even taking care of the rental car after picking up her car. John was very awesome and was really professional to my mom and made her feel like she was family.
