Juan and the Caliber Collision team were wonderful to work with. Everything was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. I m so happy to have my car back! I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of cosmetic repairs to their vehicle. This is truly a five start service! My car was t-boned at an intersection, but you d never even know it! All thanks to Caliber Collision! Both passengers doors and rear quarter panel were replaced/repaired. I am very pleased with the results.

Their customer service is amazing all around everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was great!! They all seemed happy to be there. The turn around time was very quick and Brennon informed me about the process the entire time!! It was nice not having to call for updates!! The vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. There was a small issue with the side of the front not clipping correctly but the work is guaranteed so I can always take it back if it becomes more of a hassle.

Super friendly service. They went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. They had super friendly service and I was in and out each time. This was my first run in with vehicle repairs and I hope any future services I might need is this quick and easy. But I am sure it will because I will be returning for future needs.

I went on 3/6/24 for an estimate with a claim from Allstate she asked me if I had an appointment and no she tells me it won t be until 2 weeks so I told her Iif all caliber collision centers booked as well and she looks at my 2012 traverse and made this face with this remark what year is that car meaning why would I wanted repair I m a single grandparent raising 4 children ages 4 to 12 I needed my car repaired not to get ridiculed that is my only transportation that lady working the front during the day was so rude I m 63 and never been treated like the treatment I got from her so I call my Allstate agent and was made an appointment with autonation and it was a complete 360 they treated me with respect and dignity something caliber and that rude person didn t do I doubt this will be posted but my response to that lady was yes ma am and thank you ma am I bit my tongue no more

Scheduled body repair to be paid for by insurance. I filled out their forms online ahead of time. Their forms had my insurance company listed in the drop down. When we showed up to the appointment, Caliber said they did not accept that insurance. This is something they could have communicated days earlier when the forms were filled out. Very inconvenient!

Update: After the shop having my vehicle for 3 months the work was still not fully completed and a different service advisor said he would call back when the trim parts came in and never heard from him. Worst experience with a body shop. Would not recommend and not worth emailing the manager. Waste of time all around. Caliber Collision off SPID has been amazing! Stay away from Caliber off Weber at all costs.

They were so helpful! The lady at the front desk was so patient with me, and Juan informed me of everything going on with my vehicle on top of answering all of my million questions lol. Not a moment passed where I didn t feel taken care of. Most places have a bad habit of talking to you like you re stupid for even asking something, so this place was so refreshing in a stressful situation!

Someone hit my vehicle and insurance recommended Calliber Collision and I could be happier, the customer service was top notch and the work done to my vehicle was fantastic. The person behind the front desk (Angie I believe) was super nice and helpful and Brennan who was overseeing the work done to my vehicle was super helpful. I did have a delay with a part and he was extremely helpful working with me to find a solution that I was happy with. They helped make a very stress situation as easy and less stressful as possible. Hopeful I won t need there assistance anytime soon but if I do I know where to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would just like to know if my life and the lives of my family are worth $11,766.10? If not, then I would like to know why Caliber Collision is dead set on keeping me in a vehicle that is unsafe? How is it unsafe? Well the vehicles safety systems (Collision Mitigation, Airbag, Restraint System, Auto Brake System, etc) keeps failing. The systems were repaired after an accident but the past 3 times that I have been called that the vehicle is ready I have been assured and promised that the system is safely repaired and I won't have any more issues. Well when I drive the vehicle these systems go offline. I have expressed to the Estimator Nick Gonzalez and the General Manager Joey that the vehicle is unsafe and needs to be declared a total loss. According to both of these employees there are only 2 reasons to declare a vehicle a total loss 1) the vehicle exceeds 75% total damage 2) the vehicle is not safely repaired. As it would seem the vehicle meets the second requirement since the radar has been replaced 3 times and the safety systems have been recalibrated 3 times. My last question is do I or my family have to die or be seriously injured before you realize the vehicle was never safely repaired?
