We received excellent service from this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and they were only a text away if we had any questions or concerns. The turn around time for our vehicle was quick and the work done was top notch. It amazes me how they make your vehicle look new again. It was an easy and pleasant experience.

Had to return 4 times until work was done correctly. Kayla was apologetic, Good communication But quality of work was very poor. Not sure how durable the repairs will be. But was told we have a lifetime warranty. But will not take our vehicles back to them if another accident happens to any of our vehicles.

3.5, there is this guy in the office on the left, didn't catch his name but has that little man syndrome, walking all high and mighty, didn't talk to him personally but how he was amongst the employees was just not right in how he said things not what he said. They work and bring in work and deal with the people, have some respect while your in your office with your things. I get it but treat them better. The lady in the front and the lady that helped me was more than helpful, told me alot of details, was a good experience considering.

Fast and efficient. Great customer service. They kept us updated every day and our vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I highly recommend them. They are 5 stars.

this place is terrible and they lie to you. They fixed my car in the wrong procession. They fixed the body work before they even noticed the mechanical problem which delayed me getting my car back in a timely manner. They also messed my sisters car up and did not fix it right. I have to take my car to another repair shop to get the job done right. Grace acted like she was mad at me because I asked that my car be fixed right. I refuse to take my car there ever again.

Insurance of person at fault brought me here... took long for them to start the estimate. After the job, the paint had too much texture to it. Along with other issues. The manager was rude and unprofessional. In the end they offered to redo a part of the paint but their first attempt didn't alow me to trust them with my car again. Horrible experience.

Caliber did a great job putting my car back together and matching the paint. Grace, my service adviser was amazing and kept me informed the whole time. Definitely recommend.

4.5 stars, I'm slow to give out 5.My only complaint is that there is a slight, lingering smell of primer or paint inside the car. It's probably unavoidable, and it's not super strong. They had great customer service, kept me informed without being a nuisance, and did a great job.

Caliber collision employees are very friendly and professional! They keep you informed throughout the entire process and their quality of work is amazing. All the staff I talked to was very kind and highly professional the work done to my vehicle was top notch and recieved my vehicle back alot earlier then the expected date. Had a minor fender bender when a woman backed into my parked car. Caliber Collision was Extremely thorough when looking over my car at the damage. I got text updates all the way through my repair! Was scared I might have to wait a week or two for my car to get fixed, but it was ready in less than a week :) definitely recommend!!

Debbie who handled my repairs was awesome! She kept me informed throughout the entire process giving me updates on all the major milestones and possible delays (which never happened). They promised my vehicle by the end of the week and actually delivered that promise early. I was nothing, but impressed and happy. Debbie made the entire process of having my vehicle repaired bearable. I would recommend this shop and Debbie specifically to anyone who asked!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had the front bumper and fender worked on after a hydroplaning accident. Debbie was very professional and on top of tracking the progress of the work and relaying it to me almost daily. The car was complete in a good timely manner even with the holidays coming up. Got the car back and noticed things (being the car guy I am and how attention to detail I am) that I particularly did not like or had concerns with and they happily took the car back in and corrected the concerns hassle free and in a good timely manner, once again keeping me updated near daily. This was my second time going to Caliber Collision. The first time they did work on our Camry and this second time was on our F-350 Truck. I went to the SPID location near Carroll Lane and They are so nice and friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend them!!!
