Had vehicle inspection done at Brooks Tire. Their process was very well performed, in and out, in about 30 minutes. The facility is very clean, and I enjoyed interacting with the dog.

Got my tires here months ago and baby to review. The service was fast and friendly. Fast forward to today and my tire light comes on as I'm heading to work. Brought it straight in. Says they open at 8 and I pull up at 7:56am - Bay doors open, customer service is at the counter, ready for business. LOVE that they don't play the "doors locked until it's exactly 8AM" game - I was able to walk right in. I love this level of service. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer for years. & after today I will not be returning. I was sold a defected tire last month & had been loosing air. As I m always on the road working, I thought perhaps it may be due to a nail or something of the sort. After further investigation it was clearly either manufacture error or became defective during the installation. This business has no integrity when it comes to faults on their end. I had no choice but to purchase a new tire, although the tire I had was less than a month old. Shame on them.

I've been going to hear for 25 years there's a new owner now I loved and appreciated the old owners and the new owner Julia she's really awesome she's doing a good job she's got some of the old crew the mechanics that are really awesome I like to tip them they deserve it I recommend that you still keep going to Brooks they're awesome service continues on with the new owner thank you God bless you all stay safe

Great bunch of people, good work at a fair price. When you come here they remember you and your car. As for the people that put bad reviews, they must have been having a bad day or they had work done at another shop then took it to brooks and didn't want to pay for fixing what the other shop did. At the end of the day it's a great shop.

I got an recommendation to go here for an alignment, after all they were highly praised by my friend! However I was disappointed on two occasions. 1.) My steering is crooked to the left. *does not pull left or right, it tracks straight just crooked. 2.) No copy of the alignment spec. How do I know they really aligned my vehicle to the correct specs? After all my wheel is crooked. When I asked about a print out of the spec sheet the guy was like You should have told me, I would have took a picture of it like really? How professional is this place? If you are out of ink then why now stock up on it? After all the alignments you do daily. Anyways, people of google its up to you if you want your alignment done here or the dealership.

I would ike to highly recommend Brooks Tire to everyone. They take care of just about anything you have, from oil changes, battery replacements, tire replacements, AND even inspections! I just had all 4 tires replaced along with an alignment which had to be one of the most PAINLESS processes I've experienced. I was truly taken care of, and I also was given updates on everything I needed to know so I didn t have to worry about when my truck was gonna be ready. I can truly say Brooks looks out for their customers and has the best customer service you could ever ask for, so this is why I feel the review is necessary, so that others will make this their go to place cause you re definitely getting your money s worth with the quality of work they put in to your vehicle and along with getting the best of customer support.- Jeremy Witt

Brooks Tire is a excellent place for all your tire needs, as well as mechanical service. I take all my vehicles there along with my high performance vehicle, which is a tough car to get the tires balanced. They make it ride perfect every time. The prices & service are as good as you'll find.

Bought a set of Yokohama tires from this store at a very good price(beat all the other discount stores) and asked for a brake job if needed. Wouldn't you know it I didn't need the brakes replaced , other places would have done the job regardless of you needing them or not, Kudos on your honesty, saved me some money. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will come back again when I need the brakes! Thanks Brooks for a job well done!

Man by the name of JT took good care of me. I was leaving City Hall when I saw I was at 9 psi. He was so nice to help me out right away and put air on all tires.

These guys saw me come in and the guy at the desk tried to over charge me to put my brake pads on that I already had, versus what the guy told me they could do it for on the phone. Not to mention when they went to test drive it, they revved up my SRT like a 16 year old would've and flew off after scraping my lowered front end upon pulling out. Recommend somewhere else if you're female or have a special car.

Never going here again first called get a quote with Andy for 2 tires, Oil change and Alignment I told him tire size and he quoted me then sent my girlfriend over to drop off car and had her confirm size of tire with him because the current tires on vehicle were 235/60R17 and I was needing 225/60R17 I even called while she was there dropping off to confirm again with Andy that I needed 225/60R17 and he was like yeah yeah I got it well went over to pick up vehicle drove home which was like 3Miles away checked tires and he put 235/60R17 wrong size....So called back talked to Andy said he couldn't do anything cuz I already drove off lot even though it was clearly his mistake for wrong size so I ended up going back and purchasing new tires again at right size because he would not exchange them so spent more than I had to.....Andy if you see this review you know u were in the wrong buddy cuz even if there was a misunderstanding about wrong size over phone first time on quote or because you just went with size you saw on vehicle it isnt a legitimate excuse because people change tires sizes all the time going bigger or smaller but I clearly called you one last time confirming I wanted 225/60R17 and you said yeah we got it....That's isnt my only vehicle I have taken there before I am a regular but honestly me having to go and repurchase new tires cuz you would not fix your mistake is clearly wrong.

Went for nail in tire turns out was more like thumb tack everybody got good laugh but service was fast super friendly great place for tire issues will use again if needed... Thank you for your hospitality to new residents in corpus

I went to Brook's Tire with a limited amount of time. Andy was able to squeeze me in, to get a flat repair on my Jeep. I was in and out in very little time. Great customer service.

The new own is rude and the place has gone to hell scene Andy Brooks sold it. I use to buy 20 plus tires a year from there but they will never see another dollar of my money!!

Took my car in wrong tires were put on and boyfriend tried getting exchange but Bald guy Andy refused to fix mistake right then and there....Was offered sometype of fix to the problem days later but honestly should of been fixed first time you guys only offered fix because a negative review was said about the problem....We did the right thing by still going back to purchase another set of tires he wouldnt exchange its just crazy why not treat people the way you would like to be treated...Im sorry but i cant move forward recommending this place.

Took my RV in for inspection. They were friendly and prompt. Easy in and out for an RV. Also bought tires for my Jeep here. Would recommend Brooks.
