I've gone to this shop twice for large repairs to my Honda, and each visit has been no-muss-no-fuss, drop the car off in the morning and it's done by the end of the day, all repairs at a reasonable price. But my latest visit is the one that compels me to praise them here. My Honda's gear shifter would sometimes be locked in Park and my brake lights worked intermittently. All signs pointed to a bad brake light switch, supposedly an easy DIY job. I bought a new switch but simply couldn't complete the job myself -- the part's location under the dash above the brake pedal was just too inaccessible. I brought it to Bob's and they switched out the part in about 10 minutes and charged me less than the cost of a 12-pack of beer. Maybe this is the type of courtesy that two big repair jobs a few months apart buys you. But you can certainly count on them to treat you with courtesy and respect no matter the size of the job.

I was referred to Bob's City Garage and I was very impressed. They are very friendly and charge good prices that left my husband and son impressed. I feel I can trust them and not get ripped off. I got my car back the same day. I will certainly refer people over. Margie Mar

My experience was good. Had A/C problem. They repaired problem quickly. Staff were great and friendly. If you have car issues, please go to Bob's City Garage.

Bob's garage is an honest and trust worthy business . The quality of work is outstanding . I prefer taking it to Bob's City than a dealership . My experience is that my vehicles had been repaired right the first time . It saves me time and money . I go in and not having to fear of buying for services or parts I do not need or delusional fear . That if it is not done there be higher expense or safety risk that may happen .

I've used BCG 3 times for a variety of repairs with 2 different vehicles and could not be happier with the service I recieved. In checking around, they've been considerably lower in price for everything I've had done and the quality of work has been top-notch. Joe does a great job of explaining the work being done and of also keeping you updated as the repairs take place. If you're looking for a good place to take your vehicle to get worked on, this is the spot.

Joe takes the time to explain what's going on with your car, why, and how he's going to fix it, and is very upfront about cost, and options, and whether or not you could let something go for a while, etc. Very honest, courteous and profressional. I have a 1984 Chevy Caprice, and it obviously needs attention now and again...I don't take it anywhere else but Bob's.

When I bring my vehicles to Bob's Garage they either fix it or refer me to a specialist who may do a better job. Their service is prompt and priced under the local car dealerships.
