I'm changing my previous review to a 5, and here is why. I recently had a bad experience here and gave them one star , normally that's the end, but this company is apparently undergoing positive changes. I was contacted the day after my review by upper management, and I truly feel that unlike most companies, this company is on the right track! I went today, got the service I needed originally, and they were very helpful..so I recommend them now, and it's truly because I believe they're on the way up Thank you to Johnny Aguirre!

Needed four new tires and an alignment. Daniel was extremely helpful and explained the pricing and process. The tires I wanted were ordered and arrived the next day. The entire process was very quick and I am very pleased with the service, pricing, and attention to detail shown by all. I highly recommend this location.

Came in at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Daniel and Danny installed 4 new tires on my suburban in 30 minutes. Their service was excellent!

I went in for a couple of tires and they suggested I repair a couple of front end issues and the get it aligned. I was really pleased with how it drove and handled after the aligned it .

Great experience here. I called and asked about some tires. I was quoted over the phone. I went down there an hour later and had the tires installed quickly and professionally! I ll definitely go back. As I would highly recommend. A+++ business.

Very friendly staff, and very quick. Chris helped me over the phone and then in person when I arrived. Will go from now on!Returned for an oil change and tire rotation and the same staff assisted me again. Once again chris is amazing and still just as friendly.

Great work, great employees!I went in when they were almost closed for a low tire and they checked all my tires and told me the tire I was worried about was fine but it was another one and I m so glad they figured it out because I have no idea about cars/maintenance. They helped me even past closing time, and didn t make me feel like I was just a customer. They really helped me out and said if my tpms pressure light comes back on, to come back by and they ll be happy to check on it once again. Really great set of employees! (:

Customers went in for an alignment, and his vehicle had the camber adjusters flipped on one side. I tried to verify which way they needed to go (customer was told "down" and they told me "up"). Kinda weird as they didn't even know the proper name for the part they were trying to explain. I asked them 3 times, and even pulled up an internet picture with the name of the part, and he was still confused....guess I'll just send customers there for tires ONLY.Also l, on my own vehicle, they lowered my front end, when they did an alignment. I asked why, and the counter person said "we don't touch the leveling keys on vehicles".....well now I have a bad rake to my truck, and when I showed him he said "oh, yeah we do that to get the alignment straight"

First time customer, googled oil changes in 78410 & saw ur special & additional, free, tire rotation. Was skeptical because usually when u arrive at businesses, the price changes or u don t qualify for the additional free service. Was afraid since I m a female and I didn t want to be taken advantage of or be charged extra for services I didn t need. Everyone was so polite, they got straight to work, and called me to counter. They rotated my tires, as promised in ad, changed my oil and gave me a $20 coupon to use that day on oil change. Thanks for operating in integrity. They have my business from now on. I returned for my second oil change and was informed I will soon need new front tires and that my back tires have about two years left. so appreciative for their honesty.

We needed an oil change for our RV. Four places refused us or offered 1.5hr wait. These guys got us right in, Friendly, knowledgeable, got us done right away. Fresh water and revised inflation for our tires. Perfect!

I came needing a repair to one of my tires on my 2022 Honda CRV due to a screw In my tire and I got more than I bargained for. Big o tires, thank you Not only did it take less than an hour but Big-O-Tires/workers repaired my tire and removed a vibration on my wheel due to it not being balanced correctly. You all know what you are doing and y all went above and beyond your service. I highly recommend this business to all of Calallen, 624, Orange Grove and Corpus Christi area. They really want to help you the best they can. If they can t repair, they will replace and their prices are fair. Thanks again Big-O-Tires!!! I wish I could give you 10 out of 5 .!

Very good people work there, and they re not pushy on trying to sale you something you don t need. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated but nonetheless, I will be going back regularly for all my vehicle needs.

I should of asked the price of repair before I had it done. I have never paid more than $15.00 for nail removal and patch. I was stunned when he said 28.50. However, Employees were very nice.

Great customer service! I was in and out in about 45 mins. Oil change and tire rotation were performed. Best price and service in town. I will definitely be back again. They do it every time! I take both of my vehicles to them. Thomas and his team go that extra mile for you!

I cannot brag enough about ALL of the fellas at Big O!I went in late on Monday, November 7th with huge issues with my tires and alignment. I was scheduled to hit the road super early the next morning to head back home to Colorado and I was worried that I would have to reschedule my leave time.Nope, didn't have to! The techs at Big O Tires in Calallen took amazing car of my vehicle and got it ready for the road. They were all very kind and kept me updated about everything they were doing to my suv the whole time I was there. I really hope that whole shift is recognized by management because they really do deserve it. They have definitely earned my business for ever. Thank you guys, so much.

The guys at Big O Tires are great. I went in for a tire rotation and an oil change and it took a little while but that was expected because they are usually pretty busy. The front desk person was helpful and very curdious. The price was much cheaper then I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and affordable price. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time going to Big O tires. They had awesome service, and the gentleman we dealt with was very friendly. I bought four new tires and had an alignment done and we were given a very good price for it. When I left, I was still showing that one of my tires was low. I called them and was told to bring my car back in so they could look at it. I will be using this place from now on.

I had my vehicle serviced at Big O Tires after I could not properly diagnosis it myself. Mr. Oziah kept me informed during the whole process and went the extra mile to try and diagnosis another issue I was having. After I gave the go ahead, the mechanics worked quick and had my vehicle ready for me the next day as it was a special order part. Highly recommend Big O for quick and affordable service.

We have used Big O Tires since they opened their branch next to our neighborhood. We have been super pleased with their service. They do quality work and they do it quickly. They recognize us by name and we have always felt like they dealt with us honestly. They make us aware of our options without any hard upselling of goods or services. I highly recommend them!

Never never never again gonna set foot in this place again ! My tow truck driver witnessed everything! Rude unprofessional disrespectful and at the end when I asked for my tires I had paid for the week before he said they weren t in when infact they were! He finally found them asked a guy to roll them out and I carried them myself! Then I called discount tires in calallen and they installed them for me since BIG O tires said they had other clients as priorities and there was only one car in the bay!!! I highly do not recommend them and had several friends with similar issues! Stick to discount tires! Big O means BIG OH NO!!

Big O Tires in Calallen has earned my business by being the best in every category as far as a business goes hands down. From the amazing customer service that Thomas provides, to the quickness of the service as well as the fair prices. You are treated like a personal friend when you go in. The lobby is nice and clean. All employees from the front to the garage are kind and polite. Don t waste your time anywhere else!

My experience at big o tires was a good experience actually it was a great experience. The gentleman there Thomas was helpful very experienced and show me what would be the best buy for my truck. The job was done timely and with professionalism and they were very respectful. I will use their service again, I'm going to have my brakes done there Thomas give me a quote that I just could not beat. I will be back in 2 weeks.
