Told me they couldn't replace my headlight. For my honda civic. So they sell me a headlight and I find a youtube video and get my light out in 2 minutes with no problem only to find they sold me a bulb that doesn't even fit my car. Thanks so much! Y'all are the worst.

Joshua Mican - get a new manager Auto Zone! I ordered a $132. part supposed to come in Tuesday. Nope, not in & no call to save me a trip to pick it up. Next it s supposed to come in Thursday -same experience. But, the icing on the cake was the way Joshua Mican treated an old man in the store. Apparently the old man had been similarly inconvenienced and was complaining. Mr. Mican had NO sympathy whatsoever and made his indifference clear. Another female employee seemed to follow the leader . I said to the old man, The disappointment would be a little easier to take if the employees acted a little sorry abour inconveniencing you.! Mr. Macan then gave me attitude at one point he said he had apologized to the man; however IF he did it only adds to the sting when the apology is CLEARLY not heartfelt.I guess you can guess, I m never going back there!

I went to Autozone because my headlight was out. Special shoutout to the woman who assisted me!! Her name wasn't on the reciept but I wish it was!! She helped me find the bulb I needed and installed it for me in below freezing weather. 10/10 service!! Very appreciated!!

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a VatoZone. I can t recall the lady that helped me or the managers name but they were both top notch. I originally planned to buy just wipers and an inside air filter and both employees went above and beyond by replacing both for me on the spot.

Excellent service today from the Store Manager at 4113 S. Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411. My Chevy Equinox was making a really loud screeching noise. After several misdiagnoses from other places, the manager quickly determined what was causing the sound. He was able to patiently fix the issue. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went to auto zone on staples to buy wipers blades. I never expected the service I got. Joshua put wipers in rear window as well front wipers. He also added windshield wiper fluid. He was very knowledgeable and just made me feel comfortable. Thank you Joshua

I came to autozone to get the battery check on my daughter's chevy cruze. Joshua was very helpful and informative. He took his time to help with the battery replacement and helped with the coolant issue the car was having. He definitely deserved this 5 star rating. Thanks again Joshua.

Autozone has been my go-to automotive service center for a few years now. No matter what store I visited, the replacement of minor items like wipers or batteries was eagerly included in the price. One of my previous visits was to replace headlights for my Equinox, but this time the eager service was not there. First, they said that service was no longer included, then, one had no training and the other s hands were too big for the procedure. Thank goodness one more attendant was on duty. Julian was not concerned about big hands or the cold weather. Julian came forward, and 10 minutes later, I was on my way. I used to love Autozoze s customer care, but to maintain that high standard, they need hire more positive people like Julian.

These folks are good people. Joshua and his staff are knowledgeable friendly and efficient. They ve helped me out twice so far this year with battery issues. Both times they got me back on the road in minutes. Keep up the good work!

Went to order a part for a car the clerk/worker gave me a part I needed but was not the right size. They didnt have the part I needed so went the dealership to order my part. Since I returned the part the same day I was able to get my money back. Friendly staffed, very well on making the customers get in and out quickly when busy. Appreciate for trying to help me at getting the part I needed everything worked out greatly.

We were in a bind getting a new battery fixed in time to return home from a trip. The Walmart next door had a near-two hour wait just to replace it, so we stopped by this AutoZone. The attendant was fast, efficient, kind, and made it an effort to demonstrate how to change the battery for next time. They really helped us out in a time-sensitive situation and made sure we were good to get back on the road! Thanks for all of the help!

My husband and I went in yesterday to get a new battery for his 2014 impala! Khattab (I asked him twice so I hope I got his name right!) and Janet were the night crew when we had complications, they were kind, courteous and willing to help at all cost. We appreciate their help and finally got our car running last night. Much appreciation!

I do not recommend the place. I bought two brand new Marine batteries from them and was promised they come fully charged. Not! I spent a lot of money on a wasted fishing trip, due to dead batteries. BATTERIE(S)! I brought them back to have them charged another day and asked if I can have them checked before I left to see, if they were charged, just to be met with, our tester is broken. It's not worth the risk here.

Janet was extremely helpful. I needed my rear turn signal light bulb replaced. She did this for me, and because the car is nearly nine years old, it was difficult to get the fixture off, and after the bulb was changed, the original screws were worn and didn't tighten all the way. Janet figured out that just putting some extra washers with each screw would work, and the fixture is now back on tight. I really appreciate Janet taking the extra time and initiative to help with this, as I would not have known how to do it myself. Service like this makes me a loyal Auto Zone customer for whenever I need car parts.

Returned some transmission fluid a while back (without a receipt, because let's be honest, who keeps receipts?) and was given a merchandise card instead of cash. No biggie, I'll just use it next time I need to change my oil. The card didn't go through, and the manager told me to call the number on the back to see if there's anything on it. I step out of line to call, and there is no number on the back. Step back in line, wait a good 30 minutes. Finally it's my turn again, and I tell the manager that the card says to check the balance at the store. He gets on the phone, and it turns out they never activated it. I'm out somewhere around $30 now. Will not be returning to this Autozone again, and probably none of the other locations either.

My son and I went to get a bunch of stuff. They guy that helped us was extremely friendly, helpful, and because we were buying a battery, let use all the tools to replace the battery right there at the store, saving use the extra trip for the core charge.

Courtney S. Helped me. I needed a new battery on my GMC Sierra. The info page said it takes about 45 min to change because of all the bolts and stabilization bars. Because of her knowledge, she's was able to do it in approximately 20 min. "You go girl". It's great to see women working at AutoZone.

This man at this store I cant remember his name but he was an older man black and white hair walks with a little limp. ANYWAYS long story short I want To THANK him for going above and beyond to help me fix my car. He didn't had to do all that but he did. Im San Antonio and made it home safe and sound

This is quite the wonderful place to get your auto parts and they have a little bit of a great selection of everything the people are extremely friendly and the service is always fast today I went in to get an alternator for my truck they did not have it in the stock but they were able to order it and however I go Anne Phillips rode a goat and after a week it did come in the alternator was very beautiful and it was not broken. Now when I was at autozone I ended up getting some wax for my truck too it was the Turtle Wax and the selection of products to go with it were quite grave from meds to everything that you needed to wash your car wish from the show to the wax is to just about everything. I really enjoy going to this autozone because the service is quite nice and it's a lot of funI'm right next door they have food and a bank that can help me get the money I need to buy my alternator another part. I always enjoy shopping here and it's always a good experience and I just want to say thank you to the staff for always making it such a wonderful place to go and enjoy especially when I need auto parts or for my auto parts needs.
