Visited on 11/22. Employees were super helpful and honest, especially Ray. Really thankful for them during a rough time trying to get my car troubles solved. Especially around the holidays. Wish them the best (and a raise).

I purchased my car battery at another location, but they weren t able to install it. I called this location and Irait told me he could take care of it. He quickly replaced the battery and took care of a some corrosion!

Excellent service, they had a part I couldn't find anywhere else locally. Even picked up a few extras like a phone doc for my car and some Reese's Peanut butter cups.

As a woman is always frightening to seek help about cars and trucks but in this place you are seeing as a client. I had this young guy Damian B. Help me out when my indicator light went off the other day, he was quick to find the replacement, answered my dumb question and sent me feeling less afraid of visiting an auto parts store like this, but I'll make this my location to go seek help.

Esmi the store manager at store 1419 was a great help. She answered all my questions and was great at going out of her way to find the relay I needed. Customer service goes a long way and she has great customer service and product knowledge.

My God mother lost her serpentine belt yesterday in Corpus and I live in Portland. She got her vehicle to this AutoZone and they helped her get the belt and everything by the time I got there to install it. They were courteous and very helpful. Shout out to the whole team and Victoria from the Portland Store for helping with my commercial account.

My experience with Auto Zone on March 15, 2023 was to get help with a key fob that was no longer locking my doors. Daimien B. solved my problem efficiently with a new battery. It was nice to have friendly, helpful service. Thank you, Daimien!

I have no family here in Corpus and the only person that could help me with any car problems passed away. Damien with auto zone and another guy were so very helpful in getting my lights to work. I am so glad ya have these guys employed with ya,they were so considerate.There are still good people out there that care about their customers.

Went in needing a battery and the guy that helped me was great! I went in thinking I was going to have to take out my battery by myself, and he ended up doing it for me and putting in the new one. Definitely took a weight off my shoulders

Very helpful staff. Came in to get a battery replacement since my OEM one went bad. Intended to replace it myself in the parking lot, but I couldn't figure out how to get the ridiculously complicated GM harness off the battery to remove it. Was about to give up and have my dealer do it, when employee Irait P. offered to install it for me. He showed me the trick to remove the harness so I can do it myself next time. He spent a good 10-15 minutes of his time to help me out and save me time and money from seeing a dealer. You lose this round GM! Deeply appreciate the help and going above and beyond. Will come here again for future auto part needs.

Wife went there today with a 2009 Prius and dead starter battery. The battery is inside the car at the rear hatch (marine type battery not lead acid). Though car was totally alien to him, Eric replaced the battery and got her on her way. Kudos to this shop!

On Wednesday night I went to auto zone to buy a sensor and thought if that s all I needed to do And that my car would be ok I wanna thank Irait pagan and Damien for all the help and knowledge they had when I needed a part and also gave me extra advice on what I needed to do after I put that part on. This Auto zone will forever be my store for parts and extra necessities for my car once again thank you Irait and Damien.

Johnny was very helpful. I had badly corroded battery terminals. He showed me a device to purchase which ensured that I would not lose all of the computer memory programming in my car when he disconnected the battery terminals to clean them. The device I purchased needed to be hooked up to an external 12V power source, which he provided.

I hate going into the Autozone, always too many people and not enough staff. The staff acts like the truly don't want to be there.
