Autozone Auto Parts is good place to buy parts and products for your vehicle. They sell good affordable products for whatever your needs are for dyi projects. If they don't have what your looking for they will find it or order it for you.

Autozone Store 1416 provided me with excellent service. They gave me a full refund on a part that poorly made by the manufacturer. I m beyond satisfied.

These guys and gals are like family by now. I've been going to this store for years. They know their stuff. I've been in there with several problems that I've tryed to look up on the web and just ran in circles. I like that they take the time to listen to you. They even had part to my 1984 Nissan 720 Kingcab 4�4. That's it behind my first and third loves.

Battery wasn't as powerful as it used to be. Kind of dragging when we started the truck. Went in, purchased it, & the gentleman installed the new one. All in less than 15 min. Amazing. Kudos to them for their swift & courteous service!

Great customer service! My boyfriend and I (& puppy) were traveling back to San Antonio after visiting the beach & the belt for my car tore apart & the gentleman was super generous & let us sit inside with the AC & another employee offered us an opportunity to charge our phones as well. Very thankful for their customer service which made a difference in a difficult situation.

I rate them 5 stars!!! My experience was excellent. I, being a woman, they installed my battery on the spot which saved me money and time. They were friendly and not rude like at O'REILLY'S auto parts store.

A check engine light came on our drive home from the coast so my husband stopped in for some diagnostics. The two employees working this evening were extremely helpful, I can only remember Juan's name;however, I can't remember the 2nd gentleman's name. Anyway, great work and thank you guys for getting us back on the road in no time at all! Very satisfied customers.

Mark R took excellent care of us! Came in for a battery test and the woman didn't want to help us! Sad... but Mark had no problem taking care of us!! Thanks Mark! You are the MVP! Maybe teach the lady how to do her job!

I went in to get rotors for my car, I gave them the vin thinking "they will match it exactly, I'll get my car fixed and be back in business" I had checked online before I went to this store to make sure they had my rotors in stock, which they did. Bought the rotors, took them home...took my old rotors off...they didn't fit!! So...I now have a disassembled car with parts that don't fit. I had to return them, get a refund and order them online. A few months ago I went in to get an oil plug and filter, thankfully I knew what mine looked like because their computer indicated the wrong one. My point being whoever is responsible for matching the parts on their site/software definitely needs to do a better job. This experience was very frustrating, time consuming and makes me think I can't trust them to get the right parts for my car.

Absolutely wonderful store manager and employees. Belt broke on our car and they went out of thier way to help us and make sure we ( and our puppy) were comfortable while we waited on a mobile mechanic. Cant thank them enough.

It was the worst service. As I entered the store an employee walked out the door and I waited about 5 minutes in the store for an employee to show up and no one did. The one that went out the front door I didn't even see around outside when I left to go to another store.

Came to this AutoZone with jeep engine issues and employee Joseph Ladewig has been absolutely amazing! Super kind, friendly, and helpful in diagnosing the issues and getting us back on the road.

I have had bad experiences with people that have been employed at this particular auto zone ,but tonight there was a gentleman that helped me, was very kind , and went out of his way to make sure everything was right and I greatly appreciated it . Why cant they all be like that? Anyway great service,thank you!

The parts manager Anita is extremely rude unhelpful and unprofessional I was attempting to make a return and I was told that I could not without a receipt so while I was looking it up she kept making grunting sounds under her breath and then I asked if I could just get a store credit because I was going to purchase more items she then rolled her eyes and began to do it then I found the receipt and showed it to her and told her that I still wanted a store credit she did not listen and issued it back to my acct when I told her thats not what I wanted she started to argue with me and told me I don't listen and that I was rude so I then proceeded to walk to the back of the store to get the items I was going to purchase she then told me to leave the store because I was very rude so I asked her if I was being kicked out she said no So I continued to the look for my items and she yelled across the store that it didn't matter because no one would check me out so I left. I've shopped at orileys auto parts for years and I decided to start shopping with autozone because it's near my house after this I will drive out of my way to orileys auto parts from now on. Store #1416

Jason the closing manager answered the phone and put me on hold for 10 minutes I had to call from another phone which he answered and hung up on the original call. Explained they didn t give me everything I paid for and he says he can t do anything because I already left the store. I ll have to wait till tomorrow to talk to a manager......aren t you a manager? His response- no I m a closing manager........They gave me 8 spark plug wires and 6 spark plugs when I asked what idiot checked me out and didn t know the difference between a v8 and a v6 he says he won t listen to me call his team members names and to be sure to tell the manager how rude I was to him! I will be sure to tell the manager and corporate and every single person I come across. If you have no mechanical knowledge you shouldn t work in a auto parts store!

The employees are helpful at this location. They will try to assist you with what could possibly be wrong with your vehicle. They also loan tools out which is really helpful and will let you know what you need to do if you need help.

The radio we got for our older F150 did not fit as both the website and the AutoZone employee said it would. Fortunately, return and refund was easy.

Since the moment I came in with my battery indicator on and had it tested and purchasing battery and returning the old one, it it has been the most helpful and knowledgeable experience with the TEAM at AutoZone IN CALALLEN!! Thank you!!
