Lee the store manager, really helped me out. I thought that I needed a new battery. It turned out that I had a loose terminal. He went out of his way and fixed my battery terminal to sit flush on the battery itself. Thanks so much Lee

Always got what I need always helpful and informative and if u ain't got a tool their loner program helps a lot to help get the job done so u don't have to spend more money to finish the job. Simply put up the deposit and return it in working order and get your money back it's that simple. Thanks alot to u guys. I'll see y'all soon.

I was having trouble refilling my washer fluid. I was already a little frustrated that several birds pooped on my car and then I was running late for my kids school pickup. I stopped at auto zone for some help. Andre refilled my washer fluid and even helped me get with some new windshield wipers. I was impressed with the professionalism and quickness of my services. Andre was extremely helpful. I don t usually leave reviews, especially for some washer fluid. However, I was having a really hard day and he quickly turned it around just by being nice and helpful! I recommend asking for Andre when you visit!

One of your employees by the name of Andre assisted me. I just wanted to give him a shout-out for the 5 star service he provided me. He answered all my questions and provided me with his expert advice on what I needed. I don't often write reviews unless someone has exceeded my expectations and Andre sure did! Rolando helped me dearly wasn t sure what was going on with my car, He had some suggestions on what could be the issue so I took it to my mechanic and he was right 10/10 customers service will be back to this store again! Everyone is also helpful and shout to his general manager mee on training his staff accordingly!

i came into the store by myself not knowing what to get/needed but i showed marquis what i needed on my vehicle and he had me and my mom on are way with the right parts and he was very polite thank you guys at autozone .... great service

Just sisited the AutoZone on Port in Corpus Christi and wanted to give a big thanks to Marcu the sales manager who changed out my battery when the store was very busy and other team members did not want to do it in the hot sun. Way to go I will do business with this AutoZone anytime and his selfless work in a credit both to AutoZone and himself.

They have improved, big time! This visit was totally better than the last one. Staff was very attentive to my needs and I was very pleased with Tomas' professionalism. His initiative on parts that I would need is commendable! Two thumbs up! .

Always helpful ladies so you know. Unlike some places. I'm heading there in a few myself to get a fuse. So far I've had help with windshield wipers and putting in a light. They let me watch and ask questions too. Customer service is big to me....

Worst customer service in CC Tx these 4 males were standing around doing nothing while I waited for my part waited 25 minutes, they were totally worthless rude, incompetent, port and 19th worst customer service in corpus. I had too go too Oreilys. Sad

Glad to see Auto Zone has now hired a Spanish speaking salesman who has auto parts knowledge. We always had issues with salesman not speaking Spanish and had to do many returns. Thank you Daniel H. for your help this weekend it was greatly appreciated. You have definitely earned our business.

This store has improved so much over the last few months! Overall is just cleaner, brighter, and even customer service is friendlier. Huge improvement compared to earlier this year. It's not the best part of town, but don't let that discourage you from stopping in. The employees are knowledge and very helpful.

I came in to this location to have a diagnostic test on my vehicle. There was a small line and I felt like an inconvenience having one of the two front counter cashiers having to leave to help me but Mee Lee , the manager, was so nice and patient , he didn t rush me and he was very polite and informative. One of the nicest auto zone employees I ve met in a long time. That man needs a bonus for his customer service!!!

Wonderful customer service! I especially want to commend the employee who assisted me since I needed a new battery but had no clue what to get. Mee made a few suggestions, helped me pick out a battery, and even installed it for me. 10/10 would recommend and will for sure be back for my future car needs.

Always had great service, just one time the man working stated the store did not hook the machine up to see what was wrong. The store was busy, and I feel thats why. I would have waited, but he lied.. so I Scooted over to O'Reillys, my new auto part to go place. I know I am one person and AutoZone could probably care less. Before I would drive past other auto part places to AutoZone, now I drive past AutoZone to some other place not AutoZone.

My cousin Gloria was assisted by Lee at the store with her headlight. He was very polite and helpful to her as well as other customers. Lee was well spoken and attentive to customer needs. She will not hesitate to recommend Lee s store to her friends and family. Thank you!

The people here are very friendly. However, there are times I can find parts better on my own. I'll come here for basic parts (brake pads, light bulbs, etc), emergency parts I can't wait for, or dump oil. Otherwise, I shop online due to significantly better prices.

Called this location looking for non-detergent oil, was told they had it in stock. What they offered me was detergent oil.Management and staff can t tell the difference between detergent and no-detergent oil, what other basics do they not know?Wouldn t trust them with anything else tbh.
