Drive motorcycle and all MC shops are closed on Sunday. Had an emergency and read up on the replacement I can buy. They have a young man that was very helpful on both of my visits. Looking for replacement, he whipped out his phone and started researching with me, seeing what I can use as a replacement.Will drive out of my way to shop here.

Went today to have a free tech check on my truck and Isaiah O. (If I read his name right) was very kind and went out of his way to do more than just check for system issues. He offered to check my battery and alternator! Was very friendly and had a great attitude the whole time . Thank you mr isaiah! For you I rate this store a 5 !! Keep that smile and kindness! 7/22/23

10/23 - Well this time it was the battery and they were able to replace the replacement right away. Clerk was VERY helpful, friendly and professional. Thank!Employee was very helpful testing/checking my car battery. Thankfully it was ok but know where I'll consider buying a battery when I need a new one.

I bought a filter at O'Reilly's and they refused to put it in for me so I stopped at AutoZone and the guys were really great and they installed it for me in less than 5 minutes so I will no longer use O'Reilly's and will definitely be going back to AutoZone

Went in suspecting i had a bad battery and sure enough the nice female employee tested it and comfirmed it to be bad. As busy as they were they found the time to replace my battery in the heat of the day with a smile on their face. Thank you Ellias and Mr. Mike. Keep up the nice work

The manager on duty (didn't catch his name) but he was very rude and unprofessional. I was being assisted by another employee and was in the back of the store when the incident occurred. My daughter had came up to me and said that the guy told her to "just stop" when she was trying to pay for a candy. When I asked him about it, he had stated that he told my daughter she could have it. I said, well she said that you told her to just stop and my daughter wouldn't lie to me. He blows up on me and says that I'm coming at him sideways and that I am a grown lady with two kids and I should be ashamed of myself for the way I was acting (I just told him, next time to be professional to my daughter). He also mentioned how he was there on his day off (which is very unprofessional). I told him, it was ashame that he was a manager and he was acting like this. No matter, as I walked out, I told him to have a nice day. Just would like for there to be better training on customer service.

I bought a rear wiper for my car on Friday from the store on Port. NOT ONE GUY in that store even attempted to put it on and it was raining bad that day. All I got was excuses. Plain laziness if you ask me. I walk into the store on Horne this morning at 7:30 am and Ms. Longoria DID NOT HESITATE. She got it on within 5 minutes !! YOU GO GIRL, SHOW THEM GUYS !!!!!! I will NEVER shop at the Port store again.

Great friendly service. The gentleman are very knowledgeable and ask each other with embarrassment for help! Love that. The $20 reward is a nice added bonus. I needed a window regulator whole assembly for my car and they had one in stock and it was reasonably priced. I had one replaced once wasn't happy with the price and didn't know if I was going to be able to do the job but thanks to YouTube it turned out to be pretty simple.

I went to get my autozone battery checked. One employee in the front was waiting on a customer and another was I guess taking a break near the working employee. I asked if he could help me between bites to his ripe banana...gross and unprofessional. He rudely said he wasn't on the clock though he was in autozone attire and standing behind a register and continued on with snacking. I hope he wasn't the manager but no one told him anything. Another employee who seemed to have the use one arm helped me in a courteous manner. I told him I was disappointed in the snacking employee but he did not comment. I will avoid that particular store and I tell everyone I can to do the same.Customer service is not something that is cared about in my opinion.

I'm so sorry If i got your name wrong but Mee Lee greeted me the moment I walked through the door he was very knowledgeable and professional. I even learned a thing or two with my quick low beam light bulb switch mini lesson! I will definitely come back to this location in the future!

Be careful with leaving your battery at this store. Poor service and obviously underqualified staff. I never had a bad experience before here, but the pure lack of give a damn was too much to ignore.,. Like how can you not be able to find a battery that was left to charge?!?!

The guys there were very helpful and had exactly what I needed. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I was initially quoted the wrong price but other than that, I received great service.

Usually come to thi location because they are very helpful but today a lady (maybe the manager) did a diagnostic test and was so rude. She said just "there is nothing wrong " and walked back inside. So I left. And I left after I had mentioned that I needed to buy oil and filter for an oil change but instead I took my business elsewhere

Good plc, pretty fast on service... but I went there 6 days ago and saw a medium size rat scurrying up ayle...or however u spell tht dang word with very slow pace... AutoZone on Port.

Every single employee I ve dealt with has been so helpful and so kind! I always go to this Auto Zone for all my car supplies/maintenance. The customer service is amazing and I have yet to deal with a bad representative from this location. Would recommend to anyone.

Went in to buy a battery. I put the new battery on there, and when I started my car, my car wouldn t start. Sergio went the extra mile to help me figure out what the issue was with my car. I greatly appreciated it.

Ok so waited in line for 10 mins while there was only 1 person I a gray shirt helping people in front of me. There were 4 other people in line. There were 2 people in gray shirts and 1 in a red shirt. Finally make it to the front and then the machine to test the charging system is out. How about posting that so people don't wait in line for nothing. Worst experience ever.

Customer service sucked. The store manager decided since we lost pur credit card he would give us credit, go pick.out what we want.($105) but another employee took the ticket and gave the credit to another customer.

Really cant complain about these guys when it comes to finding the parts you need for your car/truck . Very knowledgeable service and staff available to help you with all your car/truck/suv parts that you need . Best service in town and they are located pretty much anywhere and everywere in your city,state,and town . Keeping you happy and safe on the road .
