I needed an oil change, called and within an hour I was being assisted on site. In addition to the oil change, it was recommended for a front end alignment, which I agreed to. I asked approx how long it would be, because I was going to wait. 2 1/2 hrs was the reply. 2 hours later I was walking out the door, a happy man whose vehicle had been properly serviced.

This dealership is awesome to deal with. Michele ADAMS was our salesperson and got me the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. She was super nice, professional and friendly. Devyn Alvarado with finance took care of the paperwork fast and with no pressure to buy anything but the vehicle. John the manager was also very nice and talk to me personally and told me he would make sure everything was taken care of for me. I ve been highly recommending AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi.

They had my 2018 expedition from march 23rd thru apr 3rd. They had to replace my water pump. Went to go pick it up and before I got home my engine starting getting too hot and had to coast it the rest of the way. It leaked all the coolant out and hopefully didn t do further damage. So now I m without my vehicle again. They will not give me a loaner. I feel like whoever worked on the vehicle didn t concentrate on my vehicle alone and took a shortcut.

The stuff was very nice they made sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. They also made sure we checked any vehicles in our price range and with the immunities we were looking for. Very helpful and overall great experience! We purchased our second brand new Toyota 4-Runner from Auto Nation. The first was back in 2013. They have been wonderful to work with both times. We had Merissa as our sales rep. She was super to work with. One of the best car sales representatives I've ever dealt with. Thank you Auto Nation we absolutely love our new 2024 4-Runner!!

I made an appointment for an oil change, arrived before my appointment time and still waited over 2 hours for an oil change. I understand being busy, but what is the point of setting up an appointment time if you're still going to have me wait over 2 hours? I understand if other service was being done, but this was just an oil change. Alex, my advisor, was in training but was friendly. Overall just disappointed with the wait time, as I opted to wait there for my vehicle and I told them I was waiting there.

It's always a great experience. I love that there are early appointments so I can get plenty done. The staff is always friendly and informative. The times I have had my minor services done it is completed in a timely manor. I'll continue to come.

It's not very often one calls a dealership service trip a pleasant one, but as a mechanic, this one truly was. Fast, and efficient. Also gave a look at a few wear and tear items that the average person would find useful to be informed about. Definitely coming back next service.

Autonation never disappoints with scheduled appointments for maintenance checkup. Plus they follow-up with an email as a reminder. Once my car arrives in the shop, it s only a matter of a few minutes they let me know they are checking my car. Always very professional people working there. Thank you for the care you give my vehicle. Highly recommend Autonation.

I love the one on one service you get at automation Toyota. They are always looking out to help me make my car run tip top shape if that s doing daily maintenance or even having to fix a major repair. The fact that they make me feel like I m family and that it s about my best interests not just get me in and get my money

Service department was great but 750.00 for a key is crazy. Back track to purchasing a 2023 tundra and only getting one key to start with due to the chip shortage then getting penalized with an outrageous bill for losing the one key is poor service in my opinion.

Autonation has always done a great job on my vehicles. I just had my oil changed on my 2012 Tundra that has over 200,000 miles on it. The reason for the 3 review is because they didn't change the sticker on the windshield alerting me to when the next oil change is due, and they didn't review with me the status of my brakes, tires, or anything else on my truck. I feel I received less of a service because I drive an older truck. I love my truck, and Autonation has helped me keep it going. I just felt a little let down after my last service.

So far this has been the worse service experience I ve ever had at a Toyota dealership. Trim Parts missingBolts not put back on the skid plateAnd many more issuesIt all started with me bring it in to have a water pump and a serpentine belt doneOddly after picking it up they forgot to do the thermostat and hoses on the vehicleSo trip number 2 and mind me we waited over a week to get it back still didn t have the hoses done and oddly they used interior clips instead of exterior clipsOn the wheel wells and engine areaAs you can guess this hasn t worked out well and the cost keeps going up for meAs far as repairing there screw upsMore will be added after it s inspectedIn a few days in San AntonioWith more photos

Charged me 600+ dollars and took 2 weeks to replace 1 coil. I was astounded that for that price, they only did 1. I did the other 5 in 5 minutes at home. They charged me 3 hours for 1 coil. It's completely ridiculous. It's worth it to tow your vehicle to robstown. This is the worst Toyota I've ever dealt with. It was already pre-diagnosed. Very simple code to fix.

I purchased a used truck w/ the promise of new running boards to be mounted. I was told it would happen that week. (I purchased on a Monday at noon, was told the running boards were ordered then.I checked back on Wednesday but they told me the delivery had not yet arrived. I checked back on Friday and found out the running boards we never ordered. They finally arrived late the 2nd week but I couldn't get in until Thursday the 3rd week. So I drive in (35 miles) to have them installed, waiting for an hour the service guy comes and tells me they ordered the wrong running boards, they dont fit. Now I'm waiting again we will see how long the correct running boards come in. I'm pretty frustrated and will have driven over 140 miles & waited around 4 weeks for what was promised to be done in a matter of days. And they wonder why car salespeople have bad reputations.

This was my second visit to the Service Center. Was attended to withou having to wait. Took my information, showed me to the waiting center where coffee, drinks are available. Changed the oil and checked the car. Took all of mayber one hour. Which I may say was not long. Associate was courteous and explained what was done to car. Cannot complain.

I have seen significant improvement. Instead of regularly having to leave my vehicle overnight for routine maintenance, the last two visits have been around 1-2 hours. Would still, however, love to see a loyalty program and wash/detail availability.

It looks like and drives like a brand new truck..My sales man was j.j.and very professional and nolligable. Toyota engines are The best. I will tell my friends and family about it. Had a battery issue on our Tundra and had to be towed in. Did not arrive until after 12:00 and they closed at 5:00 so I was concerned we may not get our vehicle back before they closed. The only negative is there are numerous staff members behind the desks but most seem to evade eye contact and be busy. It is somewhat confusing who to go to when you first step through the door. After that, the service personnel are very courteous and keep you informed if they run into anything out of the ordinary. My service advisor Matthew did a good job of taking care of the repairs which were all covered under warranty. Overall a good ending to a morning that started very badly.

I brought in my 2021 Toyota Highlander in for the following reasons a recall, tire rotation, oil change, transfer case fluid change, and rear differential fluid change, and my service advisor was Eloisa. When I dropped off the Highlander Patrica was the advisor that helped me initially. I informed Patricia what I need done and that I had two coupons for the vehicle. She said that was fine and present them to your advisor. I did use the customer service shuttle in the morning when I dropped off my Highlander, and in the afternoon when the Highlander was ready for pick up. The shuttle drivers were very professional and courteous.Elosia gave me the total for the vehicle service cost and I mentioned to her that I two coupons. One was for an oil change and the other was 25% off services for one vehicle not to exceed $150 discount. Eloisa processed the oil change with no issue. Then Elosia told me that the 25% off coupon was for only one service and she would process it towards the transfer case fluid change. I read the coupon over again and showed Elosia it says for one vehicle, not one service. We went back and forth a few of times about what is written on the coupon. Elosia said, let me get someone else . Elosia called Patricia over and said, The 25% off coupon is for only one service not multiple services right . Instead of letting Paricia read it and coming up with her own conclusion. Patricia said, Yes, it is only for one service not multiple services . I asked Patricia to please read the coupon because it does not say that. Elosia then said, I would not even know how to put in a 25% discount for multiple services . Patricia and I went back and for about what is written on the coupon. After a short while Patricia said, Todd (Service Director) is the only one that can approve this . I was ok with waiting for Todd to review the coupon, and I even mentioned that he is in his office now. Patricia took the coupon to Todd so he could review it. After about a minute or so Patricia came out of Todd's office and told Elosia to give me the 25% discount on all services. Elosia informed me that I was not going to get $150 discount. I replied, I know it s 25% off all services not to exceed $150 . Elosia typed in a few keys and the 25% off was applied to all services. Even though she previously mentioned that she would not even know how to do it. Elosia also mentioned that the Toyota Corporation coupon has the 25% off all services, and the AutoNation Discount is for only one service.As a loyal Toyota customer that takes three different vehicles to get serviced at this facility. I would expect a better customer experience. I should not have to argue with service advisors about something that is written in plain English. Let s not lose our integrity over a discount.

Everything that could have went wrong with this dealership went wrong. This dealership is the exact epitome of what a dealership is. They promised me that a new transmission would only cost me $7000 then try to sell me a transmission with 147,000 miles for $10,000. Never going back to this place, do not recommend whatsoever. The service manager did take care of the issue, refunded me for my diagnostic, but still would never go back.

This was a routine maintenance for a 2022 Toyota Camry. Basically an oil change and tire rotation at Autonation Toyota in Corpus Christi, Texas. My appointment was at 7:00AM and I was out the door by 8:00AM. I reminded the service representative that on my previous appointment last fall of 2023 that there was an oil leak after my service appointment which was promptly fixed when I immediately returned upon noticing oil on my driveway. I ve always been satisfied with my experiences at Autonation Toyota, Corpus Christi.

Being in a car accident caused by a reckless driver is very traumatizing apart from the trouble it caused for not having your car. But Autonation Corpus Christi gave me that feeling of assurance that my truck will be in good hands with them. I am also grateful to my service advisor Art Alaniz for making sure that I am notified and updated of the status of my truck. He played a huge role in alleviating my worries and for making sure that my concerns are addressed. Thank you Autonation Corpus Christi, and thank you Art Alaniz.

Took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a scheduled appointment so there is no way it should have taken 3 hours! Everytime I checked the status, they would tell me another 20- 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I checked again and was told it will be another 30 - 40 minutes - was absurd plus my service technician went to lunch and I had to hunt down someone else to check status. They ended up not charging me since it took so long so they did try to make it right but that's the last time I will go to Toyota as this seems to be be the norm with them anymore.

If there was a way to leave negative stars, that is what I would do.Key points. Made an 8am appt the day before so issues could be addressed. Arrived 25 minutes early for the appointment, service advisor not even there yet. Someone else helped, took my keys and instructions, verified that would get a call with repair estimates in about an hour. Left service dept. by 745am. Since 3 hours had passed with no call, I returned to dealership at 1045am. Car had not been touched and service had no idea when tech would get to it. Got my keys and drove home. Friends and family warned me prior of the ridculousness, but I went anyway. My mistake for sure, as they were all right.
