Staff was phenomenal! I had no issues finding someone to talk to. Christopher Lopez did a fantastic job at answering all the questions I threw at him. These sales reps know their stuff! They help out in any way they can to get you a good price and so much more. I highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle here cause this place is incredible.

Had a great interaction with Jeremiah Guzman. They quickly appraised my trade in while Jeremiah courteously allowed me time to decide on the vehicle I wanted. He showed me several options online and walked me across the entire Autonation lot (all of them). I drove home in a new Camry. Thank you Jeremiah.

Thank you very much to Aye, she made it so much easier for us to purchase a vehicle. My son and I visited her dealership late in the evening just to browse around right before closing hours. She still came outside to greet us and asked if we had any questions on vehicles, so as we looked at a certain vehicle, she answered my questions with great knowledge and confidence. It made me consider the value of the vehicle and made me decide to come back the next day and purchase it since it was already late in the evening. My son and I came back the next morning and she had everything in place which made my visit easier and faster. Thanks again to Aye, my son and I are happy with his Toyota Tacoma.

I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and Sergio made it happen! He was willing to work with me (patiently I might add) to make sure I left with the car I wanted (and nothing less) and was even willing to help me find what I wanted elsewhere, if absolutely needed. Luckily, the car I wanted was there and he made sure everything worked out so I could take it home. I'm very thankful for everyone that played a part in my purchase that day and I highly recommend doing business here if you're looking for a smooth sailing, car buying experience.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've had. Yes I had to travel to Corpus Christi from McAllen however the Toyota dealers here in the valley did and would not do the recall for the Toyota Corolla paint recall. Thanks to the service advisor Jeremy W, I was able to get my paint recall worked on and completed. He was very transparent about the process and what could possibly occur with a cracked/ chipped windshield in the removal process so we weren't surprised by a charge for windshield replacement. I appreciate him for his work in helping us get this over with after dealing with this recall for over 2 years.

I had an amazing Experience in purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota. My salesman Christopher Lopez was awesome in finding me a vehicle fit for my family and I! It was a special day of car shopping for my daughters first car for Christmas. Sebastian was our salesman who made It such a wonderful experience from start to finish, He made himself available for any questions we had and was always a step ahead of everything before I had the chance to ask, which I loved! He knew how important safety meant to us and made that a priority in finding the perfect car for our girls. We have purchased several vehicles thru the years but this was by far the best experience I have ever had and can t Thank him enough for his kindness and understanding and for the prompt service he delivered. I was referred here for a first vehicle for my daughter after my father had a good experience with helping a friend buy a car at this location and they gave him a $100 referral fee retroactively. I thought this was an honest and generous thing to do so I gave them my business as well. I paid the at the top of the Kelley Blue Book price for the vehicle that I bought so I expected it to be fully functional in excellent condition because that is what I paid for. There was only one set of keys and I ended up having to pay for an extra set. At sale I negotiated for spark plugs to be changed because it was at 100K miles and that was agreed to. After sale, it was discovered that the heater wasn't working on the driver's side. They ended up replacing the heater core on that side so I give them credit for taking care of that issue. However, the light that illuminates the gear shifter was flickering on and off, mostly off, and when requesting for this to be fixed I was told it was a cosmetic issue and I would have to pay for it to be fixed if I wanted them to fix it. I worked with Alexis as my sales agent and had pleasant interactions with her and would recommend going to her if you buy there. My experience is probably pretty typical of most dealerships so I'm not completely dissatisfied, but I am not as motivated to buy from this dealership again as when I started out.

The guy who was handling my appointment left me sitting in the waiting area for at least 40 minutes after my car was finished. I just happened to see it parked in the lot way in the back when I went to find him. Couldn't find him by the way. I'm not sure why it's okay to waste my time when the other customers had their cars pulled up waiting for them to pick up. I have things to do and didn't appreciate waiting extra time.Also, my tires were filled way too much. They were perfect when I brought it in.

I was treated very well and received personal support during the entire service process. While I was waiting I looked at some Tundra s and wound up purchasing a very nice SR5 with a TRD off road premium package. I drove it off the lot that same day. The entire staff was efficient , professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to do all of my business with them.

So we had our oil changed they always provide good service but are always trying to get us to have some other service done. We were told our brakes needed replacing. We decided to take them to our local mechanic to support locally owned business and he showed us our brakes were good for at least another 6 months. Then they like to send pictures of air filters and although this didn t happen on this trip we had just changed our filter and they sent a picture of a dirty filter that obviously wasn t ours. One last thing we bought another truck in December and were supposed to receive a 100$ referral to this day I have yet to receive it. I was told I would be getting one by Mr Castro CC Tx

Went in to take care of some things with my Toyota 4runner and to look around a little, maybe see if something else catches my eye.. Britt silva was the sales person I worked with and he sure made the process enjoyable and easy. He answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, never pushed for a sale, followed up on any info I asked for, has a great spirit, friendly, kind, energetic and all around just a good guy. He was out there running from one department to the next to get answers and to finalize deals and I respect that. His hustle was unmatched to anyone else there. Brett, thank you for taking care of me and for spoiling my kids while we were there they loved you even though my oldest lost her race to you! Toyota y'all failing if you don't keep this guy and give him a FAT raise! He is your salesman at that dealership.

Mary Jo, also known asJo Jo to her Colleagues and Customers, Assisted my wife and I today in the Toyota Service Center.And I could not allow today to end without acknowledging the Care, Courtesy, and Attention that Jo Jo provided to my wife and I. There were over 128 tickets for other customers who they were also servicing.But the attention Jo Jo provided us, made us feel like we were the only customers that were there.What kind of customer service agent provides this level of service?One that truly values each individual customer that walks through the door.Thank You Jo Jo for making my wife and I feel like we are valued customers. My sales guy Chad was great and buying my truck from him was pretty painless. My first service appointment was very disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was 2 HOURS later before my truck was even brought inside to begin working on it. If I didn t prepay for 6 oil changes and tire changes I would not bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota for routine service. There s absolutely no reason to make an appointment since you ll be there all day. Since I can t split this review Chad gets 5 stars and the service department gets-5 stars.

I suffer from back pains. I tried several other cars and had to reject them because the ride was not smooth enough. I tried the 4Runner and did not feel the bumps on the road. It is a smooth ride. Good for my back.

When Oscar reached out to me during the oil change visit, I did not even know that I wanted a new car. He was an excellent Toyota representative and treated me with the utmost care and respect. From texting information to making sure everything I wanted was a great experience. It was refreshing to have the kind of attention I received, and I will continue to purchase from AutoNation Toyota in the future plus recommend to my friends and family .

When I arrived, I parked my truck in the line for service and headed for the entrance door. A young employee said hello and I asked him I had to leave the keys in the truck. He said yes, and I gave him the keys, which he put in the truck. I then went inside (with my dog) and waited. Apparently, I should have checked in at one of the many desks in the service area. A lot time passed, maybe an hour and half, and I was called asking if that was my truck waiting to be serviced. There had been a mix-up since I did not check in at a desk. They got on it immediately and had the work completed in 35 minutes.This was my second time to visit this service department. It's a great place, and my first visit was top of the line. There was just this glitch on this visit. Now I know to always check in a desk.

Auto Nation Toyota Corpus Christi, Texas. Set appointment for 6 month oil change and maintenance, showed up on time was greeted and sent into Mary Jo. She immediately took care of me, gave me all the info I needed quoted the price. Waited for service to be completed. MARY JO went over with me and was able to lower the cost. Paid in full drove off with a clean reliable Rav4. My favorite of all the Toyotas I have owned since 1994. Great Service, great people. Thank you Auto Nation Toyota.
