I ve bought many cars in the last 10 years including a BMW 5, a Porsche 911 and others. My experience with Alex at AutoNation Hyundai of Corpus Christi was the absolute BEST. We went in to buy a car because ours had a dead transmission, and I admit, we went in frustrated. From the time we walked in the door, we were treated with kindness and respect. The salesperson spoke to me, as the car s driver , and didn t focus on my husband, as I ve experienced in the past. We met the sales manager, who put us at ease, and then we worked with a fabulous sales person, Neal. The process was positive, pleasant, and remarkably easy! Thanks Autonation Hyundai!

Although I never had problems in past years this year I believe was my unhappiest experience. It took 41/2 hours to get my car when I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. The worst thing is never received a response after constant texts and calls. I caled at least 5 times and was put on hold and after waiting 15 minutes finally gave up.Right before closing someone finally answered and I asked if I could get a shuttle to pick me up so I could get my car. I waited 2 hours but the driver was very pleasant explaining they were short handed. Why can t there be a procedure for problems like this? I can t blame the technicians so I need to blame management.

Wow these workers work hard to give you the best deal, been going to Hyundai dealership since 2000 and they always look out to their customers. I never have left unhappy! Neal and the entire team at AutoNation Hyundai are THE BEST. I had an accident which resulted in my car being totaled & needed to workout a deal within my price range quickly. We went in on a Thursday morning around 10:30 a.m. and had a deal signed and sealed before 2 p.m.! Danielle in finance is who helped us as well and she is so nice and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!

If I could give the service department a negative 10 I would. I took my car in for scheduled service which should take about 2 hours. Mark said it would take about an hour and a half, so the service driver dropped me off at the mall. I was told I would be picked up at 4:30, at 6:45 I was still standing there waiting for my ride. I was told 5 times that someone was on the way to pick me up. Each time it was stated that they were 15 minutes away. I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes for a ride. If they had told me the situation I would have been happy to have gotten an Uber. 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting for a ride being told they were on the way. TWO HOURS AND 45 MINUTES! And they didn t even change the air filters as requested. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I've been returning to this dealer for service for years now with nothing but good experiences and service. Most recently I interacted with Cross, one of the newer service employees and he was very thorough and polite through the whole process. Great attention to detail and went the extra mile to look for a part, get a quote and call me back first thing the next morning as he said he would.

The Autonation service team did an excellent job on my scheduled service appointment. They took my vehicle in on time and performed the scheduled services in the promised time. They were also able to do an service on my vehicle, they did the state inspection for me. They were all friendly and helpful.

I have bought many cars over the last 10 years however, my experience at AutoNation, Hyundai Corpus Christi in buying my 2004 Santa Cruz recently was exceptional. Alex and his expert team treated me with professionalism and courtesy. Buying a new car these days can sometimes be intimidating and stressful. However, Alex made the process, smooth and easy. Very smooth and straightforward process. I dealt exclusively with Mark Chapa. My Elantra needed major work done. They had my car for 17 days, which is reasonable for the work required. Communication was great. Service was great. I ve seen reviews in the past that were less than desirable. I experienced perfect service all around. And the car runs great now!

Straight forward dealership. Be ready for the usual battle and go in educated.Know the average interest rates etc. Very responsive and punctual with request. Can't complain about much of anything. The day I leave a dealership 5 stars is the day I get a steal. House will always win.

What can I say? The experience was amazing as usual. I took my car in at 7 am for an oil change.Well I drove an hour to get there I was tired and scattered brained. I thought I left my phone at a gas station. I couldn't find it. The gentleman at the service desk was so sweet and helpful. He called the store I thought I left it at. He called my phone. He even called my husband so he would not be worried. Then he said let me go search your car. He came back with my phone. It slid under the seat. Who does this? He went out of his way and it had nothing to do with thier responsibility. Of course my oil change was done quickly and professionally. From my salesman Reggie to the service department everyone cares about the person not just the sale. Thank you so much.

I unexpectedly had to buy a new vehicle in a short time period which left me stressed and frantically looking for options. I visited other dealerships and was taken advantage of. I can t say enough good about this group and my vehicle! I was looking for a smaller vehicle and my initial intention for being at this dealership was to look at another vehicle model they had on the lot. Although it was raining, Tim came out and patiently helped me test drive the one I was initially going for. He explained the features and once I realized it wasn t for me he kindly asked if I would be interested in looking at a Hyundai model. I was not, due to a really bad experience I d had in the past with one, but chose to look at them because of the kindness he had shown especially in the rain!After looking at all the models and test driving some, I knew I found my new vehicle. Tim had one and loved it and was able to show me all the features in length. Between the vehicle, features and warranty I was in love! We then went in and the manager, Paloma was really kind and understood what I was looking for as far as price point! Her deal was amazing, the rate was awesome and the process was quick. I couldn t say no. So now I m a proud owner of a Hyundai and I couldn t be happier!Thank you Tim and Paloma for making my experience an easy one and for your help in getting me into a car that I just love!!

My husband bought a Tucson and Neal helped him. Neal was great and got my hubby a great deal. Very nice staff. Not pushy at all.Update:I ordered my Tucson in June and Reggie helped me out every step of the way. He kept me updated on shipping, changes in rates, etc. I got it today 9/26/22. I was so excited and happy. Danielle did the financing to get me the best rate possible. The paperwork was quick and easy. Reggie explained all the fantastic features to me. It was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had.If you need a new vehicle look for Reggie! He will work hard to make sure you get a great deal.

I just bought my first car here, and I had such a positive experience! When I first walked in I made eye contact with a couple salesmen who all looked away (probably because I am young and don't look like a serious buyer), but after a couple of minutes Juan spotted me and asked if I had been helped. I had previously visited Lithia CDJR and felt practically bullied. I was ready to be very defensive about what I wanted/ what I could afford but Juan made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process! I felt like I got a fair deal, he patiently answered all my questions, and turned a bad experience into a great one.

I would like to give a HUGE shot out to Hyundai AutoNation, Corpus Christi, TX!I purchased my FOURTH Sonata from Hyundai AutoNation!!! LOVING my 2023 Sonata Limited Hybrid!!!Thank You Alex Ginsberg my sales associate! Alex is Extremely Knowledgeable with EVERY vehicle on the lot. He was able to answer all my questions and educated me on ALL the Really Cool Accessories on my new car. Not only is Alex very knowledgeable with all the vehicles, he is very professional, kind and funny. The best part he isn t pushy sales associate. He doesn t have to be a pushy sales associate due to his Experience, Knowledge and Professionalism. When my son is ready to trade in his Sonata. I KNOW he will have Alex by his side!I also want to Thank Rodney Gist for putting together numbers for us! Rodney also is Extremely Knowledgeable with his department. He is definitely knows his numbers and works very well with All the sales associates at the Hyundai Team!I can t leave out Marissa Alvardo! She was my Customer Finance Services Manager! Let me share with you this Lady is Awesome! She explained all the options for different warranty packages that are offered and how they work. Along with how you the vehicle owner benefits from purchasing these items!!! As a vehicle owner myself Don t sale yourself short on a warranty to cut corners just to save money up front. Trust me, the warranty items gives you piece of mind.My Ultimate Service Department go to person is no other than Tiffany Harris! This Wonderful Lady has helped me so many times anywhere from oil changes to an issue with one of our Hyundais. She too is Extremely Knowledgeable in her department. Worst customer service ever. I have bought many vehicles from different dealerships. This dealership takes the cake. They are good to you when buying a vehicle, they will take all your phone calls to sell themselves. Once you need them for something afterwards they ignore you. Don t even bother asking to speak to a GM. I have been calling Stan the general manager since yesterday. Leaving message after message for him and he still has yet to return my call. Now that I have left this review, maybe he will FINALLY call me. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicles from AutoNation Toyota or Lithia CDJR. They have EXCELLENT customer service. Don t worry Stan, I will take what you and I talked about almost 2 weeks ago as a loss.

Service department is extremely busy and runs at least 1-3 hours late.Service personnel are skilled. Worked over 4 hours attempting to correct issue with my vehicle. Unable to ID the issue but haven"t had problems since. Mystery?
