This was a less than satisfactory appointment. I ve always had outstanding service at the AutoNation and not understanding why this was such a difficult appointment. I called repeatedly. No one ever called me back. I sent emails and text to my service advisor. No response. After a couple days, I was told they couldn t duplicate the problem therefore couldn t fix it. My air conditioner on my brand new truck freezes up after it s driven a couple hours. Said they could never repair it if they can t duplicate it and they re not allowed to drive it that long so therefore I m stuck with a $60,000 vehicle that I can t take out of town because the air conditioner is not functioning. I even shared some of the postings on the Ford forum showing this is actually a fairly common problem. Also told them when it happens again I could video it. They said that s not acceptable. They have to see it. Very disappointedVery disappointedAfter receiving messageOn my feedback, general manager offered to help. Called number four days in a roll.Receptionist said each time manager was either at lunch or in a meeting and would call me back. Still waiting on that call back.

I was able to take one vehicle in to get serviced, a ride home and also they didn t get upset I had to leave it for a few days due to my kids getting sick. This time of year sucks! They make it very easy for a single mom to get things fixed without charging extra on things I don t need. I picked the truck up and dropped off the mom car, and not only did they completely service the vehicle, they are delivering it to my house so I don t have to get a babysitter. I appreciate that so much! Jonathan was so helpful and patient with me since I am not very good at answering the phone. Bought my mom car from this dealership as well, and it s been a top notch car. Make it easy to walk in as well, but their online appointment setter is great. And then they send you pictures of your brake pads so you know how much you have left. All around great experience for me after being burned by a few shops in town. No girl tax here, which is so refreshing! Thank y all!

Made an appointment several weeks in advance to have an oil change done on my F350. Appointment was set for 7:30 a.m. for an oil change. I showed up at 7:10 and waited over 30 minutes to talk to anyone. When a service tech finally did talk to me I was told I d have to leave my truck and they would get to it sometime in the afternoon. Now I drive over 45 miles to get to this previously made appointment expecting to have my oil change done and be on my way. The service tech did offer to take me someplace to wait but not the 45 miles back to where I came from. Who makes an appointment and shows up early even only to be told that the job wouldn t be done until later . If my wife makes a hair appointment for 9:00 she doesn t expect to be told her stylist will get to her at 1:00, that would be unacceptable. So is showing up for an oil change at 7:10 for a 7:30 appointment and not getting it done unacceptable. How can you run a business and satisfy customers when you do crooked crap like that? I ll not be returning to Auto Nation for any type of service or sale of a car.

Very professional service team. The provided a ride for me to work and offered to deliver the truck when complete. Another great option is you can schedule your appointment with the automation option or with one of the service managers. They were also very prompt with updates.

John Serna was great in being proactive and setting an appointment for me when it came to some recall work I needed. I also am thankful for his advice on my indecisiveness for a new battery. Once he told me of some good indicators knowing your battery was going out, I knew I needed one. I felt reassured with him and his excellent customer service.

BEWARE!They will schedule you and then never touch or diagnose your car. Weeks or months will go by and you will not receive one phone call or update unless you call yourself (once you do call prepare to be on hold for an hour and talked to like garbage. They absolutely let you know they are annoyed that they are even having to speak to you.) You will then be provided multiple excuses and treated like your being unreasonable. I went through 3 "Service" providers (not by choice). All of which quit or got fired ( I was also never updated about this until I called looking for said service provider). This just tells me that this is a toxic place of employment.Alicia the manager was very rude and stated I was impossible to please. That is not the case, I was very patient. It has been 2.5 months of dealing with them. I never received an update, absolutely no communication on their end, I listened to all of their excuses and was handed off again and again. Never once did I receive a phone call from Alicia, after leaving her multiple voice-mails (actually nobody ever called me, I had to reach out every single time). She finally text me saying the technician couldn't duplicate the issue and to come pick up my car, but only after I had reached out asking for an update and reminded them that I had their loaner. (They had been provided video of the noise via email multiple times.) She made it out to be my fault like I was the one being unreasonable. I didn't realize coming to a service provider looking for professionalism and service was outlandish. This department is highly unprofessional. Seems like they go out of their way to make the experience miserable. My car is still currently making the noise that their technician couldn't seem to duplicate in the 2.5 months that they gave me the run around. What a joke.Definitely take your vehicle elsewhere, especially if you are wanting professionalism and your car fixed.*THEM STATING THE GM WISHES TO "RESTORE FAITH" IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FACTUAL. ALICIA GAMEZ WILL DO NOTHING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE IS NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. SHE IS MORE OF A "IT IS WHAT IT IS" MANAGER. Per Alicia, you're impossible to please if you ask for periodic updates and for your car to be thoroughly inspected so that it can be properlly diagnosed. Especially after 2.5 months. They'll have your car for weeks and not call you one time with an update. You'll wait on hold for 45min each time YOU call only to get a voice-mail and then never receive a return phone call. Then she'll hit you with, "What. I can't take a lunch." Then when you ask for a solution as to where to take your car since you bought the car and warranty from them she is ready to push you off. That is the quickest response time I've gotten the entire 2.5 months. Laughable customer service.UPDATE: I was told by the manager my platinum warranty would be honored by any Ford dealership/service. ALSO not true. Took my car the Access Ford (diagnosed it in TWO days compared to Auto Nation 2.5 months) my warranty is charging a deductible and not fully covering the work done because Auto Nation isn't the one doing the work. Auto Nation sold me the warranty and absolutely refused to properly inspect/diagnose my vehicle and then provided inaccurate information when ask where I could take my vehicle since they refused to provide service. I paid cash for my car and purchased all of THEIR extras. Do Not do business with this company!

Your service department is terrible. We try to call to set up an appointment and cannot get anyone to answer a phone. So we physically go to the service department and set an appointment for 8:30 in the morning. We don t hear a word until WE call at 5:00 that afternoon and discover that our car is ready. Thinking that having an appointment we would get our car back in a reasonable amount of time so we wouldn t have to juggle our Ives around with only one vehicle. What s the use of making an appointment?? So frustrating! This is a everytime occurrence, not just once. I take my vehicle to Sames quick lube and have never waited more than two hours. Words are hard to come by without profanity on how frustrating this is. Once we finish with our next three free oil changes we will not visit your establishment again for any reason. I truly hope you post this for all to see and would welcome you to contact me if you would.

The customer service I received at AutoNation Ford was excellent. My vehicle failed to start upon leaving work and I had to have it towed to AutoNation Ford. They were very busy with many vehicles ahead of me and it took a week to get my vehicle fixed which wasn t a problem because I had other vehicles to drive. For someone who depended on their vehicle alone, the long wait could ve been more troublesome. The communication from the service department to me was excellent, pictures of the damaged parts and repair were texted to me, and timely notification of the repair completion was made. The best part of the deal was they even offered to deliver the car to my house since I didn t have a ride to pick it up at the time. The car was dropped off at my house about an hour after I paid the bill over the phone using a credit card. What a wonderful service addition!

Honestly, I would drive to San Antonio or a larger city before buying a car at any auto-nation here.I called Ford Auto-nation in advance to schedule an appointment to look at some vehicles I saw on line. When I arrive the next day, the vehicle I requested to look at was parked in the front but not cleaned. There was crushed food in all of the seats. No one took the time or courtesy to clean it before. I also test drove a Mercedes that was practically falling apart. It was on the lot for sale with a crack that went across the entire windshield, as well as panels missing inside the vehicle. I finally decided on a Chevy Silverado that was in good shape, other than dry rotted tires they were trying to sell it with. I requested new tires if I was going to purchase it. They did replace them. After driving it a few days, the windshield wiper fluid motor didn t work, the window didn t roll down, there was screws missing in my gas tank area that hold it in place, and screws sticking out of a fender by the front tire. These guys take no pride in their vehicles whatsoever. They definitely just want to get a sale, so be weary when buying a used vehicle here IF YOU HAVE TO.

I dropped my expedition off on a Wednesday at 8 am because the ac wasn t cooling and dashboard controls weren t maintain the settings I programmed. After no communication with my service advisor, I called at 4 to get an update. Found issues but hadn t cleared repairs through my extended warranty through AutoNation. So I have no vehicle overnight or the next morning to get to work. Thursday morning I call of course to get update. Warranty approved but won t be ready till late Friday or possibly Monday. My platinum extend warranty through AutoNation covers a rental car. Ok great! Well it only covers $35 and any rental from the company they use is at least $15 more a day I would have to pay out of pocket. Not the service department problem but still an issue. So I hear nothing about it until Monday when of course I call for update. I tried to call Saturday but phone was never answered just continually reset to hold for 10 mins. Now it won t be ready until Wednesday because somehow another vehicle has gotten in front of mine for work meanwhile my vehicle has been at the shop 6 days at that point! Rental car coverage if I had choose to pay would have covered for 48 hours?!?! I was obviously very upset and asked for service mgr to contact me. I didn t hear from mgr but my service advisor to tell me basically I am SOL. On Wednesday mid morning I get lots of text messages and calls that my vehicle is ready after being at the shop an entire week. Great, AC blows cold, replaced parts that had already been replaced once on a 2020 model. Oh and on top of that I had to pay $190 because I asked to have control panel issues diagnosed because they weren t holding settings and that is apparently not covered under platinum extended warranty and a hard reset fixed the issue. I have had two vehicles from AutoNation Ford that I have had terrible experiences with service. Pretty sure I will never purchase an extended warranty through AutoNation or take a vehicle to the service department after this warranty expires!

Took my wife s 2014 Ford Edge in for a state inspection. My service advisor Robert Flores advised me the brakes needed to be done. Agreed to have the brake job done. They got us in and out in a timely manner. Could not be more happy with my service visit. We are a Ford family and have been since the 1990 s. We currently have a 2020 Ford F 350 Platinum DRW 17,600 miles on it. A 2014 Ford Edge Limited 60,000 miles on it. A 2004 Ford Thunderbird Convertible with 74,560 miles on it. Each of these three vehicles have been serviced by Auto Nation Ford Corpus Christi since moving here from Fort Worth Texas in 2021. I am very particular when it comes to working on our vehicle s. I have had nothing but good results from these folks. I will continue taking our vehicles here for service.W. AdleyCorpus Christi, Texas

I'm a new to the CC area and was hesitant to use a Ford Service site due to a poor experience in the past. The service staff at ANFCC far exceeded my expectations. The service agent was clear and honest with pricing/expectations. I also wasn't aware of pickup and delivery options. Opted to have truck delivered and it showed up ahead of schedule. The guys that delivered also went above and beyond. So much so that they apologized for me missing the first shuttle back to my house. Long story short, if you plan correctly, this is the place to get your truck/car serviced. I'm looking forward to the new service construction being completed and seeing what this team can do. Well done ANFCC Service!

I have had unresolved issues with one of my vehicles going back to 2019 that I was told would be covered under warranty that they never fixed. On an unrelated issue, they recently had my vehicle for over 1 month to repair 3 different issues. Upon picking up my vehicle I realized only 1 of the 3 issues was fixed and when I questioned them about it they offered little to no explanation and told me to make another appointment and leave it again. Good luck with repairs and/or service with this dealership.

Drop off my 2020 Edge for an Oil Change on Thursday Jan 25, 2024 and picked it up on Saturday Jan 27, 2024 since oil change had not been done up until that date. I was disappointed since Ford is my go to place for my oil changes but understand that certain circumstance got in the way. I will continue to used Ford for my Oil Changes in the future. Even though I was not able to get anyone on the line after calling in several times to get the status. In person the Service staff I dealt with were very helpful.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! KNOW THAT EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR VEHICLE FROM Auto Nation Ford YOU CAN TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ANY AUTHORIZED FORD SERVICE CENTER WITH YOUR WARRANTY!! Terrible Customer Service and service(lack there of). They had our truck for 5 days and hadn't done one single thing to it. If you cannot at least diagnose within two business days don't accept it or be forthcoming about it.

I went in for a $89 wheel alignment, & service adviser wanted me to replace the inner & outer tie rods on both sides for the cost of $789! He said that the tech could not remove the nut so it must be cut off to be able to align the truck! Seriously! I took it to another well know & reputable shop & they did it 1 hr! Service advisor from Ford said it s going to cost you $98, for what? I said, he didn t do anything, well he tells me , he tried, so they charge you for trying! Not acomplishing the job! He says I could ve charged you $190! I only charged you half. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I refused to pay for no services rendered. He, the advisor says to me, he, the tech has a family to feed, I told him not my problem. Sorry if you hired people who cannot preform their jobs. TRYING TO UPSALE YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT REALLY SUCKS! Service advisor told me NOT TO BRING MY TRUCK BACK ANYMORE FOR ANY KIND OF WORK! THE WORST EVER!!!!!!! I will be posting this in all social media and forums. I have always taken my vehicles for service & bought my new vehicles from there! NEVER AGAIN. I feel sorry that you guys have to steal from your customers like that! That service advisor should be fired!!!!!!!!

Here we go the first lady which I do not know here name was help get salesmanship, she advices on some maintenance that was needed and of course I said yes please get that done as well. Now getting to young lady that was C.S.R. she did not call us to let us know that the recalls that we initially took the Truck in for had not even been done, I asked why I was not called and informed, she stated well everything else you asked for was done. anyway you need to go to Sames For or another location the transmission need to be changed and our Mechanics don't do that. Well that is the reason for the low score, I highly suggest that when the customer brings in the vehicle for a few Recall they should be informed that the initial service that the vehicle was brought in for is not going to be taken care because you don't have Mechanics that won't deal with TRANSMISSIONS !!!!

Pitiful service. My car was left on a Thursday morning to see what was draining new batteries. Eight days later, there was still no diagnosis. The technician said he needed more time, but they would not provide a loaner. If more time was needed to determine the problem and then to fix it, you would think that a dealer with hundreds of cars on the lot could provide a vehicle to a service customer who had already gone eight days without a car.

I had an appointment and dropped my car off at 7:30am. The day went by and I called at 5:00pm to check the status of my vehicle and it had not even been looked at. I was told I could leave my vehicle and they may or may not get to it the following day. This is crazy! I was told they were only doing oil changes. What s the point of having an appointment if nothing is going to be done? My car sat at the dealership for nothing! This service department is poorly run and they lack communication skills. This is the worst customer service I ve ever received! This is not the first time we ve had horrible service at AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi.

Horrible. Had an early drop off to get a quote on repair. Tried checking on vehicle throughout the day for a status. Did not receive a status until personally showing up after 5pm. When they said here is your car, no quote just what needed to be repaired. Was told the next day that I would have a quote, 2 weeks later still no quote or follow up.
