Promised myself I d never buy a car brand new but I was blown away by my positive experience at Ford here in Corpus Christi and am so glad I did. Dan Park was so helpful and my husband and I are grateful for the smooth purchase. Looking forward to owning my first Ford.

Don't go here they lie to you to sale their vehicles. I was told the vehicle had only one previous owner but they failed to tell me that the owner was Hurt's car Rental which had a thousand drivers if I would have known beforehand I would never purchase the vehicle from them be careful because they're sneaky that way. Took the vehicle home and now it has a rust coming out . And to top it all off the inside is all rusted like the car was in a flood.you can see there had to have been water damage and all the carpet is torn up like they were trying to replace it and they didn't do a good job . I'm very disappointed .

Nice service people, no problem changing appt. John Serna made me feel I made a good decision to have my truck bed sprayed liner work done with your Company. The job looks great !! Delivery service is nice too.!I'll gladly bring my Ranger for service there too.

Salesman was great and always willing to answer questions and work with me to find something I d like. No issues there. The only reason why this is a 1 star review is because I was not told that if I did not purchase a maintenance plan, which I was not even offered - only offered a warranty- service can not look at your car if it is not a Ford. There was an alert that came on the car (a Jeep) when I purchased it, something I mentioned during test drive and even after, and was told that it could be looked at when an alignment was done - which the car needed.I reached back out to the salesman and let them n is what was going on and that I wanted to go ahead and get the car looked at. I asked if I needed to take the car to Ford since I got it there and still had paper plates on it and was told yes.Now, I m almost two hours from when I was supposed to drop my car off and don t know what to do. Service is telling me no. Sales is telling me that service should take it.If you are going to buy a Ford, I highly recommend. 10/10 service and I recommend Mark Martinez. He s absolutely amazing. But, if you are buying a non-Ford vehicle and not planning on purchasing a maintenance plan - don t bother. Go to the dealership that specializes in your vehicle. (Aka Jeep for a Jeep, Honda for a Honda. Etc.)If I could return the vehicle and purchase a Ford to have the peace of mind and trust in service that it would bring, I would.

I went in to have my battery replaced. It took a little longer than expected, but the staff were helpful and kept me in the loop as best as they could while I waited. I specifically dealt with John in the service department. He was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated his courteous and friendly manner. I was grateful that I could be helped, and still get the service I needed all in one day. Also really grateful that there are individuals who know how to fix things that I can t.

Mark Topia was very professional and people oriented. He took his time explaining everything. Once I picked what truck I wanted, he passed me to Hunter in finance. Hunter was very clear and took time to be sure we understood everything. They both were very personable and honest. I was also impressed by the general sales manager. He stopped by a few times, to check in and be sure we were having a great experience. I've purchased many vehicles in my life, this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. With all the dealership choices, I'm glad I made the right choice coming to Autonation Ford.

The service Advisor that was assigned to me, was the worst in communication from the very first visit. Then he placed an order for a part incorrectly, which delayed my car being repaired. Instead of him letting me know immediately that I needed to bring my car in so they could get the numbers off of it to order it the correct way, I was the one that contacted him. He got on the phone and explained that I needed to bring my car in at that point. When I confronted him about why he didn't let me know 6 days earlier, he flat out lied to me and told me he just found out that day. When I told him that he just lied to me because somebody from the Ford complaint office already told me about it 6 days earlier, he said that he was sorry they were just busy. Lastly, they had my car for over a week, and he never kept me in the loop about what was going on. I finally had enough and spoke with the service manager, and I refused to work with him anymore. If this is how all of the clients are treated, I don t understand how they have any business. Communication is key in any business and they need to train their employees better in this area.

Ok I am giving it a five star we bought our truck in December and the day after we got it the transmission went out. Auto Nation has bent over backwards to help us get it fixed however we still have not gotten it back as of March 1, 2024. All of the Sales Associates, the GM, the financial people the techs have been very kind and have worked with us to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

Brought car in for a Ford warranty safety replacement. Was given time and date for completion. Comfortably safely driven home"all the way on the island". Car was returned earlier than promised. I owe it ALL to Adriana !!!

Our 2016 Lincoln has a rear hatch ajar warning light on, which drains the battery. At my appointment, Monday noon, Victor took all my information, asked me if I needed a ride (declined), said techs would assess the issue, and I would be contacted next day. Turns out they aren't licensed by Ford to access Lincoln schematics for repairs. An entire day lost. They sent a driver to our home for car retrieval. Victor was apologetic & courteous and helpful. Going to try again at Sames Ford.

We love this dealership!! They won t ever steer you wrong and always look out for what is best for you. Todd, Joey, Mason, Zeke are simply awesome. They ll be family by the end of your experience. Warranties are worth it, the safety in knowing the dealership is there for you is a wonderful feeling. Don t shop anywhere else!

Went in for 120k mile service. The whole place is under construction at the moment but it was easy to navigate and very comfortable place to wait. The tech overlooked the tire rotation that was on the checklist but my service writer Misty caught it and returned the truck back to service and it was finished quickly. Misty kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with on something I dislike doing.

Although the dealers can be expensive for service I bring my vehicles here for the piece of mind. From the workers who work on your vehicle to the service advisors, all has been good. In fact, I really liked the first guy who helped me (Dimitri). Above and beyond to fix my vehicle. Free courtesy shuttles. Still bringing my vehicles in for routine maintenance and plan to continue doing so unless something changes.

I highly recommend to go with Todd he did everything in his power to find me the best deal that I can afford. I m very thankful that he helped me into my new vehicle. The whole staff also was very nice and helpful and made sure that I was taken care of.

This was the worst experience with service I have ever had. the dealership had my truck for 8 days before diagnosis and 1 month and 6 days before returning. First attempt Truck did not start. 2 days later tried to pick up and running boards would not work.Spoke with management and was told I would have to purchasea new battery in order to get a warranty on it. I have an extendedwarranty purchased through Ford still in effect. I did not pay for the new battery replacement, yet have no warranty on the item. I will never do business with this Dealership or its affiliates ever again.The GM was so dismissive of the whole experience, not helpfulor wanting to get involved at all. on a scale of 1-5 it should be anegative five. I even called and complained to FORD NationalService of which they at least returned my calls and are following up on complaint I am told.Management seemed not to care of how bad service was.

My first experience with AutoNation service or warranty is absolutely horrible. You would think if you buy the warranty from AutoNation they will work out everything when you do have an issue. I took my truck in. They didn t set up a vehicle for me or a rental for four days, they knew the issue with the vehicle was just a compressor and a leak in the evaporator but yet it still took another 10 days and the vehicle is still not repaired. And the rental that they did finally provide is also expired.

My '23 Ford Maverick was at the dealership for 3 months. They didn't have parts to repair. I went to the sales manager Garry Gainan for intervention. He was going to see if he could help get the parts to repair the truck but he also said that he wouldn't be able to get the parts any quicker than I would. I then asked if there was another i could trade mine in for. He had David to help me get another truck. Luckily there was one in route that someone ordered but backed out. I ended up with a '24 hybrid Lariat Maverick. Well, now i have a bigger loan to pay back, thus bigger monthly payments, but it's an upgrade.

Great service oil change and tire rotation, shuttle to my house at the end I received my vehicle delivery to my house, even when I didn t have an appointment. All this service take about 4 hours from check in to had my vehicle delivered. Great costumer service.

Tired of Shady dealers who you can trust? Then go to AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi. The two employees who helped me (Daniel & Hunter) treated me with the up most respect and responded lightning quick with any questions I may have. Buying process was made very easy and efficient by these two and I couldn t recommend this dealership more!

Just got an oil change and tire rotation for my truck Saturday and would recommend weekend service for sure. Johnathan got me a last minute appointment for Saturday and worked out great since I m too busy on weekdays to be without truck. They can pick up vehicle and drop it off when finished. Win Win

Bought our 2013 Ford edge here from a cool guy Mark. Well taken care of. Out of warranty not we are having a problem so scheduling a service. You will usually have to wait a week to get your car in so plan ahead.

Brought my F-350 dually in to have an annual state inspection completed, and to have Ford's annual or 75K service completed (whichever it is called). I noticed the coolant level was still between min/max, which is where it was prior to bringing it in. I would expect the level to be filled to max, but maybe since it was in the normal operating range, they didn't touch it. I'm sure they work from a checklist when performing inspections. They sent pix of the front brakes and suggested they be replaced, which I agreed to as it was the first brake job in 7yrs. The looked at the catalytic converter and said that one of the metal straps was broken but couldn't fix it as that's "not what they do". They recommended a local specialty shop to use instead. I asked them to check the tires for correct pressure, but the invoice doesn't reflect the air pressure they put it or that the two inner rear wheel valve stems are backwards (I had them installed specifically like that for this reason). Only Discount Tire has informed me that they need to put my truck on the hydraulic lift to check it. I'm going to trust Ford completed this but will not verify this time due to work commitments. Anytime I'm connecting to a trailer, I'll inspect what I expect every time. Plus, what ever happened to washing and vacuuming out your vehicle prior to giving it back? I don't know when this service went away, but it was a nice touch. Not a ding on Ford. They also performed a safety recall and replaces two inoperable side marker bulbs that cost almost half of what the brake job cost. I realize labor is expensive, but wow. They did mention that the truck is in great condition and they would be interested in a trade-in, but I paid it off within the first year of owning it and yearly maintenance costs about $1500 on the high end. I can't justify a new truck payment when keeping this old girl running costs about $125 a month. Customer service was good, even texting me when I couldn't answer my phone.

We had a smooth deal experience, found the vehicle that we wanted and not chosen for us. Sales team was great and not pushy. I would recommend Autonation Ford to all for their next new or new to them next vehicle choice. I'm not sure what else could be said about this team both Sales and Service are outstanding in their commitment to their Customers Satisfaction

I have had some very poor service at AutoNation Ford on my last few visits. I was very hesitant to return back for service. I figured I'd give them another shot. Johnathon Brekken in service, turned everything around. He was very pleasant and professional, and apologized for the past service issues. He kept me updated continuously and delivered what he promised, except for not doing a state inspection as requested by text, maybe the message didn t reach him? I would definitely come back and work with Jonathon as my service advisor. Give that man a raise. He turned a 1 star rating from past visit to a 5 star rating!
