My experience at AutoNation Cadillac service department in Corpus Christ Texas was the worst I've ever experienced in my 46 years of owning a vehicle. My service representative was unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. I immediately talked with the customer service manager. He assured me help and support so I took a seat in the waiting area. I waited 45 minutes for a follow-up from him that never happened. I will be taking by business else where.

I cannot give this Cadillac service department a 5 star. Not because of the mechanics or technicians. It's the service advisors that have attitudes. Especially David F....GM / Cadillac needs to get an overall staff check. Vehicles aren't cheap and people buying them should be treated like they're appreciated not disrespected

as usual service department ANNA, JOE and ROBERT in parts always a pleasure to do business with them.they make sure that any and all issues with any of my 3 cadillacs will be.serviced correctly great job guys

I took my car in for oil change & engine knocking. The oil was changed & not even 100% & no air ir fluid inspection. They kept the car 3 days, but could not find the problem. I was told that I would have to take it to another Cadillac dealership. I found one in Brownsville, Tx. Fruia Cadillac seemed to have found the problem in 2 days & fix it. I had to drive 320 miles round trip & get a hotel room 3 days. Why does AUTONATIONS CADILLAC treat me like they dont care. This us the 2nd time on another Cadillac they send me somewhere else. Not a nice place to have my car serviced. I DON'T trust them at all. No more GM vehicles for me because when I leave the service center, I am really stressed out. Service Advisor (David F. ) scheduling appointments without having parts in stock on two separate occasions. No sort of accountability within this department. Calls at close of business to inform us they could not complete the job due to lack of parts. People need to be held accountable. This same name is posted multiple times dating back years on other Auto Nation reviews in the same area. Goes to show the issue starts from the top down.-Avoid this guy
