To start Amber Herrera was an excellent salesperson. She stayed in contact with me through out the process. I have purchased 3 vehicles from AutoNation CC. I was in Oklahoma found the specific Jeep I was looking for at AN Chev Cadillac in CC. I was fortunate to get in contact with Amber. She made the process very seamless. The day I flew down to corpus to pick up the vehicle she pretty much had everything ready to go. Thank you.

Went in and spoke to Justin about a potential problem with my car. Made an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off as scheduled and Justin said the mechanic would look at the issue with the car. Come to find out the car had no issue and was manufactured that way. They found one issue while inspecting the engine bay and asked me if I wanted it corrected. Throughout the whole ordeal Justin kept me informed of the situation. He was very professional and courteous. When I picked up the caddy the driver's seat had a plastic cover for protection as well as the floor board. Will definitely see this dealership again.

Luis and team gave exceptional customer service! They went over and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle ready by end of day AND stayed later to make sure it was done. My sister had passed away and i needed my vehicle to get around. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Autonation Corpus Christi! Don't take your vehicle here for service. They had my car for 4 weeks, they added 200 miles to my odometer.The service department is not your friend. We finally got our XT5 back.I was supposed to have gotten a free detailing that did happen ,infact upon arriving home to unload some items we discovered that the carpet was taking apart at the seam and not reglued or even try to hide it. There was a spill on the back floor mat.Needless to say we are not happy at All. The service advisor Ray is totally worthless.

Communication is horrible. Diagnostic on vehicle is horrible. Repair time to vehicle is horrible. No accommodation is rendered till after diagnosis is done and that is a waiting time of 2 WEEKS! Having a vehicle for less than a year and having issues is terrible. But trying to get it diagnosed and fixed is HORRENDOUS! To add to my experience the first time taking my car I purposely left it with a FULL tank of gas and after a week in their possession it was returned at 1/2 a tank and my car was not fixed. To think this place would be a better choice has proved me wrong in so many ways. I REGRET my purchase with AUTONATION 100%. Excuses all the time. Should have bought me vehicle elsewhere. Don't say no one warned you!

Horrible Customer service!!!!!!! I don't know why these employees talk and treat people so horribly. Ex: I had someone on the phone literally tell me "they don't work in customer service and that's why they speak to me the way they do" Like how does that make sense considering your on the phone with me and you deal with customers daily. Instead of being helpful I constantly got the "well there's nothing we can do", when there was most def something that could have been done. This went on for months. They never returned my calls which was very unprofessional, they constantly told me their "manager" was "off" or "unavailable". They kept throwing me around to different people to just hang up on me. Bottom line they messed up and didn't want to fix their problem. It took me having to go in, IN person multiple times for anything to be done. When I went in, I found myself surrounded with more people going through the same issues. They even had an elderly women sitting waiting for her car, entire time it was done not even mentioning it to her. Poor women. To finally tell her "oh your still here" like yes she's still here you never said anything. ITS JUST RIDICULOUS! I can't believe Cadillac allows for its employees to treat people like this. It almost got to the point of getting a lawyer involved for me. No one should be treated this way especially when your paying all this money for your car to be fixed. YOU NEED TO BE BETTER CADILLAC! ACTULLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CLIENTS NOT JUST YOUR PAYCHECK!

As the norm, I walked in, there were several Service Advisors together discussing something and a few of them even made eye contact with me but I guess I must have been invisible to them to say anything. Not until a gentleman with a white button down shirt came out of that office to the left and greeted me saying "Good Morning" and kept walking towards the soda machine area. It wasn't until Ann came to her desk and had the right attitude to asked if I have been helped. I told her no and Thanked her for helping. I told her I had a 10 am appt with the guy at the end next to the office where the gentleman was in earlier. His name may be Josh? Ann informed him that I was waiting in the lobby over the speaker and I could see him at his cubical and he never once acknowledged me or attempted to as he was walking out to the service drive. I'm not Expecting the Red Carpet to be rolled out but I would appreciate a common courtesy of being acknowledged as I know they were busy! I bet the attitude would be 100% different if Chevrolet vehicles had another alternative service dept to service our vehicles in this town. I know I would! Auto Nation Ford Service for oil changes has taken me 4-5 hrs and then it takes several calls to get an update. Auto Nation Toyota now that's where I GO to have the oilchanged in my Ford F250, I'm in and out less than an hour! Now why can't it be like that at Ford? I guess I've rattled on and on long enough to know it will ever change and will have to realize this is the norm for the Service Dept at Auto Nation Ford and Chevrolet. Great Customer Service and a High Five to Ann!!

I'm very disappointed with your service department,you had my car for over a month for several different reasons the most being the transmission you flushed which you are just trying to run out a warranty instead of fixing the real issue. Your service department is manure!!Picked up my car and the carpet was pulled up behind the seats how can you even return the car like that. All I bought was a logo this is trash.I should of returned it but my anger would of turned to wrath

I would like to say that Henry was very attentive he listened to my needs he also was supporting me during a rough time with another dealership. He stayed focused he was courteous and my purchase was actually exactly to my liking. Henry went above and beyond by working with us on getting stuff out of the Traverse as well as transferring over my child car seat to my vehicle so I could drive it home that evening and then they also transferred it back to the new car once the salel was final. He even went extra steps to ensure that I was satisfied by getting my vehicle serviced and checking on it and providing us updates all throughout the time Way to go Henry Thank you so much I will definitely be back if we purchase another vehicle for any one of our family members.

This is the only place I bring my vechicle. They always do an excellent job of taking great care of my vechicle. The customer service is very professional & friendly. I recently brought my car in for 2 recalls & to tint my windows. It took two days to complete everything. I was very pleased with the results! Over all I highly recommend bringing your vechicle here where they care about your car & your safety on the road.

I had order my xt4 to my specifics, it took a while to be delivered, but to my expectation it was well worth waiting for it. More than I imagine to be. It was well worth waiting. The end result is what counts. Satisfaction!!!!!

The Cadillac dealership has one of the worst service departments in Corpus Christi. You ll be lucky to talk to anyone or get an email back. I do not recommend coming here for any repairs as my vehicle has been here for a month in a half and is still not completed. I was told my vehicle would ready within 2 weeks and now it s hard to get ahold of anyone at the the shop. They kinda pass me around telling me to hold since the service manager isn't around or seems to be out of the office all the time. David Flores is my service advisor and I ve reach out to him as well and the last time I talk to him was the beginning of September it s now the end of the month. I talked to another guy name Justin and he wasn t any help as he basically told me I m not your service manager but you can talk to David next week when he gets back.

I had been looking for a used CT4 or CT5 with Super Cruise for a long long time. Lo and behold - they had one in stock and I gave them a call to see if we could broker a deal.I had the pleasure to work with Moe - and purchasing from San Antonio - I could not easily pop into the dealership. Quickly Moe realized I was a serious buyer - and worked with me for a trade in value I could accept.I made the drive from SAT and everything was exactly as stated on the call (which was a relief as otherwise I would have 2.5 hours driving home regretting my choices lol).I arrived at the dealership and to my surprise - the car I was interested was out front. It was fully cleaned and detailed. So before even going in - I had a chance to inspect the car on my own which was a huge bonus for me.Before the test drive, I already knew the car was in the exact shape it was described - so I could focus solely on the driving. Once the test drive was over, and I decided to purchase the car - I was in and out of the dealership with keys in hand in less than 30 minutes (I still remember waiting 2 hours to close at another dealership in MA...).and a short 3 weeks my plates have arrived.I could not be happier with my purchase and I am so glad to purchased from this store - but MOSTLY glad for dealing with Moe.If you are looking for a car and need help - ASK FOR MOE. He will make sure you have a pleasant experience and get you a good deal.

Worst dealership ever!! Made an appointment to check our a/c for 5 days later. We are from out of state. First of all your receptionist is rude and not helpful. Took it in they said it's blowing cold air now but it was blowing hot air on the whole trip. They said you will need to leave it for a week to figure it out. Wasted our time. Should have taken it to another dealership!!!GO Somewhere else.

Once the sale was done, there is ZERO support to deliver what they promise.Bought a new 2024 cadillac from them, once the deal was done no one would return a call, tried chat, voicemails, my sales person and the general manager not a single person would return my call. The brand new car had door dings that they did not disclose to me until it got there and found them myself. They said they would make arrangements to get it fixed first thing on Monday. No word its been a month and still cant get a single person to deliver what they promised. The car was also throwing error codes within the first 1hr of driving the car and still is, and again not a single person has returned a call. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.

My car in the shop for over two weeks and no communication from AutoNation Cadillac Corpus Christi. Issue with my car was not found and I had to be calling to follow up if something was found and or if I could pick it up.

My visit to Auto Nation was a good one. Even though the service agent Anna was on the phone, she helped me find my service agent. She was very welcoming. My service agent Richard made sure that I had the best price on the service I received. Because everyone was busy, it took awhile for someone to acknowledge me. I kind of felt invisible for a while, however, the service agents made up for it once I interacted with them
