Took my car in for service was greeted and experienced great customer service. Did nit have a long wait time and I like that they text to let you know what s going on with your car. I like the roominess of the waiting rooms and the fact that they have charging stations and refreshments if you end up having to be there for a while. Only suggestion I have is to send instead of the photos with the hood up send a photo of them actually taking off the oil filter, that to me would be a big plus otherwise two thumbs up on a job well done.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. They were unable to accommodate the size of my vehicle and recommended me to take it to their other location to have the work done. I will definitely go back for other things though.

Setting up appointment was quick and easy. Drop off was just as simple and employees are very helpful and kind. Service was also done in a good amount of time.

Took my truck in for service. Was scheduled at the Chevy side. No start no crank, nothing. Left the truck there and after waiting about a week to get the truck even looked at, and then after telling them it s not the battery, they had no update other than we checked the battery, it s good. Was then told just a few days later the only issue they found was a loose battery cable nut. Now here I am, still dealing with the SAME issue for the last week after picking the truck back up. Still was charged their nice $200 diagnostics for them to check what I already told them was good, and to tighten up a nut they most likely loosened themselves.

When the service advisor asked me for my ID, he didn t tell me he was pre-qualifying me for financing. I did not ask for him to do so, he didn t inform me and he did not have any consent to do so. It wasn t until he showed me a screen with financing offers that I realized what he did. I understand they must get some sort of kick back for financing but being sneaky like this is not acceptable. Please let your customers know what your intentions are up front and ensure they have a full understanding. I had one service advisor charging me a service THAT HE KNEW I shouldn t have been paying for to help meet his quota and now this one running pre-qualifying apps without informing me. Do better for your customers. Shameful.

Went to the dealership for a headlight bulb replacement. They wanted $350!!! to replace the bulb. I said no thanks and they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for looking at the headlight! I gave them pushback about that and they finally relented. To add insult to injury, I had to sit there and endure the strange political rantings of the service tech while I was waiting for the shuttle to work. I took my business to Firestone who said it was no problem and charged me $74. This experience was very disappointing.

I ve been using the service department for a few years and they always service my vehicle in a timely manner. I like the consistency of having Jason as my service advisor. He is professional, kind and informative. Highly recommend

Had my car for over a week, waiting on a sensor to be replaced, and even after replacing, it is still unable to get the check engine light to turn off. I also need a front license plate mount in only on the day of pick up that I find out that they were unable to order it.

Took my vehicle on a recall of my passenger side airbag. My dash is brittle but the staff took care so the least amount of damage occurred. Angel was courteous and the job was done quickly. I shuttled to and from Autonation with a very nice lady. Overall experience today was excellent!

Never had a good experience here, had to take my car on multiple occasions multiple times to figure out problem. Only reason for the 3 star rather than a 1 is Russell in the service department . He is literally a blessing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and make sure to call me with updates on my car ect I told him that day that trip was going to be the ice breaker for me whether I went somewhere else or stayed and he really changed all my experience. Hope to see him the next time I need to schedule.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change
