The people in the office were so polite.My wife was asking questions Ava they were happy to answer her.If you come here you need to speak with Joe. He explains everything to. Finally an automotive place that does not give you attitude. They made us fill so welcome.I even showed him a picture of my truck over heating. Joe made me fill at ease.Joe and hours fellow coworkers were really awesome

Very honest and helpful . Took my Chrysler in to get a possible plug for my head light replaced but it turned out to be something way more simple. They had my car ready the same day and did not overcharge me.

These guys are awesome, from the girl at the front desk till the boss. Awesome experience. I was driving from Miami to Seattle, and they did got me in and did a great job. In & out in 2 hours. People that they deserve what they have. Success

Took great care of my vehicles and with a super fast turn around time everything I needed got done and at a good price if you have any doubt about them don t they re a great shop and will be the only shop I use going forward

Service manager is rude. I brought my truck in for a sway bar link replacement. After a day they called me and told me that the truck wouldn t start. They told me to bring all the keys to vehicle to reprogram the anti-theft system. Well that didn t work.They had my pick up truck 2 weeks and could not figure out what was wrong with it. Every day I would call and I would a different story of why they could not work on the truck. Until one day they told me to take it somewhere else because their master tech had COVID and was going to be out for at least 2 more weeks and he was the only one that could work on it. The guy that answers the phone is rude and does not know what vehicles are in his shop. You are almos forced to go personally to check up on the vehicles. Long story short had the truck towed to Christian Brothers and had it running by end of the day. Definitely do not recommend.

Great staff! I had never been there before. But also never had as polite of mechanics. Most places that do state inspection give you attitude when you explain that you just need inspection. No mechanic make money doing that. But they were great.. I will be taking my business there. Seems that they like and know more than average about Corvettes.

Leo and Roland are who I dealt with mostly and they were extremely helpful!!! The entire time they were repairing my vehicle they kept me updated on it's status which was so helpful!!! I was very impressed with the professionalism of the business and the quality of their work! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and I myself will continue business with them in the future!

I don't recommend anyone to go take their vehicles. They are slow and very pricey. Paid $5000 for work to be done on my car, 3 weeks later my car was acting up again and they came up with that i needed another part and wanted me to pay another$900 dollars. Said i had driven my car over 30,000 miles and i needed an oil change. My car had been parked at home for the most of the time. i was working out of town and had taken my other car. They insisted that someone was driving it. Negative! They never admitted that they were the ones making the mistake in not doing the oil change before i took it. On top of that , they never ever reset the oil on the car, so im not even sure they did the oil change

I had been trying to get into Firestone for an oil change for a few days. They were booked & busy! As a woman who waits until the last min for car maintenance because where does that fit in my busy schedule I went to Apollo Express out here in Annaville and they had my oil change done in under 20mins Thanks!! If I could give this place negative stars, I would without hesitation or doubt. I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning, July 13th, 2021, to be repaired after my husband had a bit of an accident in it the prior week. We spoke to the tech that afternoon and were advised that after repairing the primary issue, which they had seen immediately, they had discovered another problem which needed repairing. Okay. We were advised that we would receive a call by about 6 o'clock, which never came, so we took the initiative and called them ourselves. The tech advised us that if they got all the parts in first thing in the morning, they would get to work immediately and our vehicle would be ready by 11am. Again, no problem.The problems began when, based on the information given (our vehicle would be ready by 11am assuming all parts came in first thing in the morning), I took an Uber to the shop because I had other appointments I had to keep. The shop manager, Joe Velasquez, was immediately irritated that we were there. "What are you doing here? Who called you?" He was combative, argumentative, and it was clear from the jump that his primary objective was to get us out of dodge as soon as humanly possible, which he ultimately ended up flat out stating to my face! One has to wonder, why does he not like unexpected visitors to his shop? But that's besides the point. His attitude towards me and my friend, as women, was demeaning, disrespectful, condescending, and completely disgusting, and at one point he was trying to get his techs to get our vehicle ready so that I could just take it (unready and unsafe!) so he could get us the heck out of there. It seemed as though he had no time or patience to deal with "dumb women" who had no business in his shop. When I advised him that I was NOT going to take my vehicle in an unsafe condition and that I was going to call my husband (at work) and that he could deal with HIM, oh, then he had somewhere else to be... until I got off the phone that is.Meanwhile, his receptionist, a soft-spoken young lady who also seemed thoroughly intimidated by Mr. Joe, was trying to apologize to us and smooth things over. She asked if we had been dropped off, at which point I explained to her that I had taken an Uber and that I was stuck there. She apologized again and explained that sometimes there's delays in receiving the parts needed to fix the vehicles. All of this I understand, I told her. What I don't understand is that I'm paying stupid amounts of money (>$2,000!) to have my car fixed, not to have some machismo manager with a god complex be rude to me. Well by now Joe realized that I was no longer on the phone with my husband and that he could come back into the fray to push me around again (after all, he is the one that calls the shots around that shop!). His receptionist explained that we had taken an Uber to the shop and that we were stuck waiting there until either my car was ready or until my husband got off work and back into town, at which point the lovely Mr. Joe, with his excellent customer service skills, said, and these were his exact words "Well I'd really rather not have you around here."So my friend and I took a walk. Home, east of Staples. Mr. Joe got his wish, he got us out of there. Never to return, and never to see any of our cars again, or those of any of our friends or family if we can help it. Worst customer service in history, and if you can avoid this place (especially as a woman), do so!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Danika, Danny, Justin, and Roland make up the incredible staff at Apollo Automotive. I recently moved to town and was worried about finding an automotive shop that I could depend on. I found what I was looking for at Apollo Automotive. Danika is a pro, she's knowledgeable (the pricing she quoted was exactly what I was charged) and very friendly. Danny and Justin did a great/timely job on making the repairs that were needed. I highly recommend Apollo Automotive!

Went to them in he past and they did great work, but they have new personal in the front desk that was completely unprofessional, I ask for a better copy of the consent form as the one I was giving I could not read (pitcher below) I was told if I didn't like the form in its current form I could take my business somewhere else, so I left.I'm sure the mechanics do great work, but I wont be taking my business to this place again.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Leo the owner KNOWS HIS STUFF!I was having issues with the alignment of my Mustang, I had just got it not too long ago. As it turns out, it had been in an accident and bent the part my control arms bolted to, and he did an excellent job explaining that to me. He did a great job on my car, and I am now a loyal customer.He also races the first weekend of the month out on Waldron Rd. with his own Mustangs and is an excellent ambassador for the local car enthusiast community.He lives and breathes this stuff, and I will not go to anyone else ever again in this town.

This is the second time that I took my vehicle and they fixed it right away. They're very professional and make sure I understand what's going on w/my vehicle. They are highly rated in my book and will bring my other vehicles to Apollo Automotive.

Had a "Excellent Experience" with the Team, at Apollo Automotive Service. Ms. Danica the Service Writer was the perfect representative, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all concerned to help to get the job done right ! I've been the car business ( Sales ) over 33 yrs and have not met a better representative than Ms. Danica. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and definitely would recommend the fine people at Apollo Automotive ! I will be back you can count on that. Thanks Again Apollo Automotive & Ms. Danica.

took our truck to get it was Insanley expensive but they fixed all the problems and trust me it had alot . the truck was also done super quick which was convenient. I also appreciated the patience they gave cause who has also 3000$ just sitting around we had to save up and they were super nice not to charge us extra for holding . plus our truck being as old as it is and the amount of miles runs crazy smooth now.

Horrible work. Rip off con artist of a shop. Plus they are rude. DONT GO HERE!!! They are very unprofessional, i can't stress it enough how unprofessional these people are, they are rip offs, and did not fix my vehicle after taking it back 5 times, then basically are like oh well. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
