Went for an oil change. Will be my go to place from now on. Friendly, fast, efficient, and great prices. I will take the 30 minute drive here, even though there are places closer to home for me, before I go anywhere else again if that tells you anything. Thank you for the excellent service.

They saved us today and didn t charge us a thing! We went from being told at another place nearby that they couldn t help us today from these guys helping us in the parking lot and not charging us a dime so we could get home. Thanks!

This is the second time I work with them the first time they replaced my transmission this time they replaced my radiator with carshield I called and spoke to tony and he got everything submitted and taken care of

I recommend them very, very highly. I've taken my car or a relative's car there a handful of times. Gary has always been very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, remembering my name even though it's usually several months between visits. They are extremely honest and provide high-quality service for a price that is more than fair. A relative of mine told me she knows three people who take their vehicles there. Absolutely Love These guys! Gary and Tony are always a delight. Have brought multiple vehicles here for various things. You can tell they are always mindful of their customers and the work is always great! Might be the only shop in town that truly understands the value of its work and customers. Gary was very professional, courteous and upfront. The Price for fixing my truck was WAY less expensive than i thought it would be. The problem was fixed immediately and I haven't had any issues since. Definitely be going back.

I have a 99 Chevy Suburban I was given a quote 3 weeks earlier and they still honored it. Dropped my vehicle off and was ready in 3 days. They were fantastic will recommend to everyone that I know.

I went last week with several different problems that needed repair. I spoke with Tony and he had me bring the car right over. They got me right in and I dropped the car off. They called me with an estimate (very reasonable) and did the repairs with no problem. I've been driving it now for about a week and it drives great. All of the problems I was having are fixed. So great to have a place that you feel like you can trust. I would highly recommend them.

The staff is very courteous and professional. My vehicle had a multi-layered problem which I described in detail through several phone conversations after the vehicle was dropped off. The original issue of a cracked engine flywheel was resolved, but the most impressive part was the write up provided upon completion of the job. Each of the items I had previously described had been logged in detail as if I had written them myself. I have never seen this level of attention and detail at an auto repair shop. Very professional. They are very professional they know what they are doing. they don't try to hide anything from you they tell you the truth. and unlike Ace transmission in corpus Christi they do have a 12-month 12,000-mi warranty on all their work.they do seem to care about their customers cuz they work hard to get your car back to you as soon as possible. Once again I would not even take my bicycle to Ace transmission in corpus Christi there are a bunch of crooks.

Fast, friendly, service! I got stranded on my way from Brownsville. These guys were so helpful. We really needed to get in our way. They could have really racked up the costs or made us wait an eternity. They were very understanding and I walked away paying a lot less than expected. I am the type that researches parts costs and labor before I get work done. They were below what I expected to pay. They got me back on the road. I really appreciated these guys. Great business for the community!

Tony at the front desk checked my truck within 15 minutes of being towed in. His repair time line was dead on. They are very professional and understand you are not at a happy place with vehicle broken down. I highly recommend them.

My family has trusted this shop for years! Steve, Gary and Tony are wonderful! I wouldn't trust anyone else in the northwest area with my vehicle. Excellent customer service, no bs, always keep you informed, drop off service available day or night, and all around a humble and people oriented business.

Needed a transmission for my vehicle. A week after leaving the shop the vehicle started having problems and took it back here and was told the car needed a new engine. I believe the original engine was sabotaged, because I didn't drive the car more than 250 miles after the transmission replacement. Mechanics know what they're doing and they know partially the mechanical integrity of engineered parts, for example some parts might not break instantly but by intentionally interfering with that could actually speed up the process of corrosion and/or wear, tear and undue stress.I recommend taking your business else where preferably a business that employees good honest people that care about the citizens of this country that do honest work for honest pay.

The mechanics here were honest and direct. They assessed a family members transmission that was having issues and correctly diagnosed it to be in perfect working condition mechanically, when others wanted to blindly charge $3k for a rebuild, and determined the issue to be a failing Transmission Control Unit (TCU). If you've dealt with modern vehicles and electrical issues you know these are notoriously difficult to track down sometimes. Out the door for $559, with it flashed, and the vehicle is driving perfectly. Thank you for the help!Service: Transmission

What a wonderful service center! I had my 2008 Toyota Prius towed here after I lost power and the triangle of death lit up while I was driving on IH 37. By 8:15 am they had my car analyzed and knew the problem was with the hybrid engine which is not their specialty. They recommended I take my car to the Toyota service center. When I went to pick up my keys, I was expecting to pay $55 for the analysis service but they generously waived the fee and even told me where the closest Toyota service center was. If I lived in this area, I d be using Annaville 5 Point Auto Center for service!

Super friendly place. They probably have one of the least expensive hourly charges, however, you get one of the best customer service experiences, knowledge and honesty. Highly recommend.
