Went in looking for a replacement vehicle on a tight budget. Glenn was great and kept in touch with possible vehicles to meet our need. When he found one, Elijah took care of us and found us a 2015 Ford Edge that was under our budget but being worked on. After a few weeks, we picked it up. I always take a vehicle to my mechanic (Everhart Firestone) and they came up with a list of things that the dealership overlooked. To their credit, they agreed to fix most everything to get me "the vehicle I was promised". I was given a loaner vehicle and if they finish it on a day Im working, they've promised to bring it to me. As of the date of this review I am expecting it to be finished in a couple of days (it's Christmas) and i expect all will be great! Elijah is the dealership's shining star and has stood with me throughout the entire process, even after it went from a sales to service matter to make sure we were happy.HOWEVER, the experience was NOT perfect. Since the vehicle came in with issues, I was told by a finance person that they were "throwing in" a 2-year warranty ("throwing in" to me means included at no charge and is not unheard of for dealerships to do). Instead, I was charged a whopping $3500 for it!..No mention of that price tag was EVER made till I questioned my loan balance and I VERY MUCH feel that they tried to slip the cost in "under the radar" to make more money off the sale. I am having it removed, but it put a serious black eye on an otherwise great experience. So ABSOLUTELY go to Access Ford!...but double-check EVERYTHING!

I scheduled an appointment and dropped my truck off as service was opening (7:30am) for a recall they informed me of when I d gotten my oil changed the week before. Their shuttle service had me at my office at 8am! I understood that the work might have spilled over into the next day and made arrangements to get around without my vehicle. Adrian worked hard to make sure that my truck got taken care of and called me around 4pm to let me know that I could pick it up. The transaction was seamless and didn t take much time at all. It was obviously a team effort and I d like to thank you all for helping me out.

After 4 days the repair was messed up. The heated seat did work but the side cover for seat adjustments fell loose and I haven't been able to get it back on properly. I also noticed that there is a break in the seat stitching I guess from removing the seat cover then putting it back on. So here it is April 6 and the repair I took it in for originally on January 8 is messed up. I really could have used the heated seat this winter.

If I could put no stars I would! I went for my first purchase here in 2021 and it s been nothing but problems with my 2015 Chrysler 300s. I took it here for the first few repairs then they started just sending me next door to Dodge. I ve put in almost 6K into this lemon car in such little time. Credit wasn t great but they were quick to help me get into something and now it s they need a big down payment and/or co-signer with excellent credit. Please take someone who knows about cars when you go purchase here because then they will screw someone like me who knew absolutely nothing about cars. I ll never recommend this place. My stepdad almost purchased a $80,000 truck from here thankfully I was able to stop him!

Took our truck in for an oil change and was done within 40 minutes. Made my appointment online and was greeted and checked in as soon as I arrived. Shaun was very professional and nice and made sure everything that was needing to be done was done.

The first person I talked to did not have time for me. Rude and horrible for your business. Sadly he does not enjoy working with people. The lady who called after offered the mobile service to fix my recall. She also told me about help with picking my vehicle up to finish other recall. She also gain my repeat business of getting other repair fixed. You know there others in the world who want business. I can choose anyone anywhere in the country. Please reward the great lady who helped me. The man give him days off without pay to think about if he want the job or to continue working with people.

Shaun at Access did a great job with the service intake, estimate sheet, repair confirmation and the repair coordination. When I came to pick up and pay he mentioned my accumulated points for cost credit and did an overall great job!

I took my truck in for transmission recall problem. My service advisor was Melisa. She was very friendly and listened to my concerns and wrote them down. She was very knowledgeable. My truck was there for a long time and she would call or text weekly to give me the status of my repairs. I am happy with the service I received.

Bought 3 brand new vehicles in a 1.5yr time-frame from access, one being a Lincoln. Shortly after they "discontinue their Lincoln service" the whole reason I bought a Lincoln!! They had my car for a WEEK & never looked at it & I had no loaner even though I was assured when I bought the Lincoln that the Lincoln owner program would have a loaner for me!! They never returned any calls, not even adam the service manager had the decency to return my call! We finally went over there to be lied to (saying a mechanic looked at it, he didn't) instead based on my description, Melissa found a bulletin from Lincoln stating there was a transmission problem with my Lincoln. She then said "there was nothing they could do to help me, they are too busy"! The first step would have been diagnosing and updating the system to see if that fixed it, but their mechanic was "too busy" to try. This place is extremely unprofessional, I will never purchase another vehicle from them. Avoid access ford at all cost, they also own the dodge next door FYI

My service advisor, Lacie Jennings, got my car serviced very quickly even though I did not have an appointment. She was courteous and prompt, and I was pleased with the maintenance done on my vehicle. Every trip to the dealership for our oil changes and state inspections are done in a reasonable time. We have been Access Ford customers for many years and our experiences have always been pleasant.

Just wanted to share what a great experience was purchasing my new truck with Terry (Terrence Harris) from Access Ford in Corpus Christi. I m the kind of the person that normally doesn t enjoy the dealerships experience when buying a new car due to pressure, lack of transparency and harassment from some type of vendors BUT, let me tell you, there are exceptions! Terry exceeded my expectations, he was very quick replying my emails and always very straightforward and professional during our price negotiations, no pressure or harassment. I highly recommend you having a chat with Terry if you are looking for a new car, he is the person you want to talk with. Nice job Terry, I will for sure reach out to you on my next car purchase.

I saw my car on the computer cuz the service department was closed. As soon as I picked it up, no gas, bad battery. Had to buy new one from your company. Wipers were defective. Drivers side doesn't go all the way and passengers side broke off. Had to buy one. I feel cheated and should get reimbursed.

Parts guy was awesome I pulled up in my 2018 F150 needing some relays for the PCM and ECU my battery was smoking and nearly on fire from over charging from alternator. Had just the parts I needed. Also on top of that he saw it was nearly all the cash I had to make name when I bought the battery and relays he didn't have to cut me a break and discount what he could buy he didn't anyway and without even knowing I had a long drive to the NW side of Houston ahead of me he helped me. My first blessing in years came from a man I never met before. I write this sitting in prudhoe bay Alaska working a 6 week hitch wondering if he knows how grateful I am. The truth is he didn't even know me before that day and I had done nothing for him but he still showed kindness and for that my next F150 will be through Access Ford and the commission goes to him. I hope at least, I have never had a handout or a break in my life of 31 years I have known only hard long days working since I was kid mowing yards to help my father pay the mortgage back when he lost his job at halliburton to an adult joining the oilfield at 19. Nothing has been free or not a single rent paid for me. All of the stress and struggle i faced to pull up and experience the feeling of kindness from a stranger still has me feeling like maybe things are going to be better. Maybe I can finally turn this around and get ahead for a better tomorrow.

I have been trying for 3 weeks trying to get in touch with the finance Jetson that was helping with a Ford refund. I have not had an email answered or a phone call returned. I have them a good review when we purchased our two vehicles and now our business does not count.

Went in today for a state inspection and got in and out in under 15mins. The loby had cookies and fresh Starbucks coffe. And the new guy that helped me out was super friendly. The best experience ive had since i moved to Calallen. Definitely coming back for all future inspections. Thanks.

Not a happy customer. We went just to look at a truck.we ended up getting one . It seemed like once we got the truck.They forgot about us..our glove box was messed up. We went by there a couple of times to see if we can get it fixed. One person said we had to pay for it. Another one said we didn't have to pay. They said they would get back to us. It's been a month and no response.. Very poor customer service.

Was quoted over 100.00 less for my oil change than what they charged me when I came to pick it up. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and being lied to by service.

Purchase a 2022 Cadillac XT5 on August 14 . Car was delivered August 24 has serve car cosmetic issues . Dog scratches all down the side of driver side . Don t purchase any cars online Driveway from this dealership. It s been a nightmare.

For the 3rd time taken my F250 in to be work on. (Wobbles front end when driving 40mph through 70mph when hitting un even payments or rough road even on highway). Only work done was changing Ty rod second trip change the steering column. Third time , did not have time to check out. Yes still under warranty. .......
