At first, we thought we had gotten a good deal on two cars, but what we got were two lemons. I just went for a routine oil change, and I found out the skid plate under my car s engine was held together by two bolts and twisty ties, very unsafe. Now, I have to order bolts for the skid plate to be installed safely. Finding this information out today was the catalyst which pushed me to write this review about Aaron s Auto.I didn t realize when I test drove the car, that it had been smoked in because there were air fresheners all over the car, which I unfortunately did not notice. After a month, the effect of the air fresheners wore off and the car, after sitting in the heat, would smell like cigarette smoke. I knew that the car I purchased had been in a fender binder. After having the car washed one day, it revealed that a metal colored piece of aluminum was covering damage to the grill. Yet another cheap fix.My husband s car, after purchasing, was in the shop every week for one problem or the other. Shortly after purchasing, my husband s car had major issues and would violently shake when he drove over 55 miles a hour on the highway. We took the car back to Aaron s and they agreed to take a look. The transmission had been installed incorrectly. One nice move, Aaron s Auto let my husband keep his car in their lot after it was fixed because we were going out of town. However, shortly after getting his car back, it began to make new rattling sounds. We did not want to deal with Aaron s Auto, so instead of continuing to waste money on the car, we traded it in. We both feel like we were taken advantage of.

Love my new f150. Thanks y'all.It was time to find a new vehicle for my wife. We went to autonation, even had an reservation, I waited over 30mins and no one helped us out. We decided to go back to Aaron's auto sales and looked about and then where greeted by Hector. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable about his vehicles. We were not pressured or harassed into buying a pick up. We ended up buying a Gmc Sierra. About a month later we went back and purchased a Malibu with Christian. We tell everyone that is looking for a good used car to check them out first. Thanks y'all for our wonderful new vehicles.

Very friendly and honest, they went over and above expectations by finding a appropriate car for my daughter. Showed me the carfax, explained the process of getting funded well and made the whole experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend if your in the market for a vehicle....

Great family business. Honesty is not just their policy but their practice. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the buying process and well within my first month of ownership has gone well. If you are looking for a good used vehicle this is the place.Update: Make sure to run an engine diagnostic.

Bought me a nice suv ran it cross country and back no problems, was upfront with everything, offered me extras to keep me covered. Have not had any problems as far as dealing with anyone misinforming me in any way. Pretty much your always free to ask any questions before you buy and he s pretty informed on the vehicles he sells. Appreciate the business Mr.Christian

We had a very complexed situation but Aaron s Auto made it happen! If you are having a tough time with your credit and looking for a place that is willing to not only hear out your situation, but also LISTEN with compassion and understanding... we HIGHLY recommend Aaron s Auto! Had a fantastic experience buying my very 1st vehicle from Aarons auto sales, It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Aarons auto sales if your looking for great customer service and to be taken care of they will work with many different situations to help get you in the right vehicle for you.

My mom bought a truck of them and the engine was no good it blew out in less than a week and had to spend the same amount she paid for the truck to fix it. They know what kind of inventory they have and if anything is wrong with it. It would have been a different story if they informed her about the condition of the engine. Buyer beware.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! NEVER buy a car from Aaron's Auto sales I got a car from them last year the car only last 6 months and the owner Hector Limon picked up my car and promised to get it fixed he's had my car since NOVEMBER has NOT gotten my car fixed he doesn't answer my calls or text!!!
