VERY courteous and helpful. My sister-in-law drove from Phoenix to watch the eclipse. Along the way, she began hearing a weird scraping sound coming from under her car. Jerry checked it out. He discussed choices and costs in a clear manner so she could make an informed decision.

Walked in last minute on a Saturday afternoon... ..to get a tire fixed. The man at the front desk was super polite and friendly & gladly helped me with my dilemma! The mechanics were also 5 star, explaining what was going on with my car.5 ! I will definitely be back, Thank you Precision Tune Auto Care.

Just tryna figure out why I was gonna be charged 400 dollars for a simple battery change. I was upset because I just spent 1500 on getting one of my other cars fix then my other car decided to be stupid. So 400 for a battery change is absurd. I get it that some cars are difficult to change battery but I m glad I came to my senses and decided to do it myself. Feel like they gave me that price because I was obviously upset. I trusted them and they tried to mess me over. Will not be coming back.

After my car was broken into I decided to bring it here to get serviced. I needed a whole new back window, wiper switch, and steering wheel column. These gentlemen were friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed up like new! Unfortunately my transmission went out, again. Luckily, the awesome staff at precision tune did an amazing job fixing up my car and getting me back on the road. The last time I had this done, from a shop in Killeen, it took several months. The guys at Precision Tune on the other hand really knew what they were doing and made sure to double check everything to ensure they didn't miss anything. Part of me wishes they would have topped off my windshield wiper fluid, but it's okay. They managed to fix several issues I was having with the fuel system, replace the transmission, and get me back in my car. They did it quick too! I will definitely go to them in the future.

These guys were amazing! I called them looking for an appointment for an emergency that happened with my car. My car is a 2022, so finding parts was no easy task. However, they were able to do it and have my car fixed in an afternoon! They got me in same day! Their pricing is unbelievable, and they were.very easy going to talk to. Had AC work done on my 2011 Chevy Tahoe after 152.00 later vehicle still doing the same thing. The vehicle say it takes 2.5 lbs of Freon and the paperwork say they only put 2lbs in my truck and the owner or manager told me just because the paperwork say 2lbs doesn t mean anything cause he personally put 2.5lbs in my truck with a rude nasty attitude. I don t recommend anyone who s looking for good AC work go to this establishment.

Service was great, and they didn't even say anything after I made and spilled six Keurig cups. Seriously it took me longer to clean up the amount of coffee I spilled than it did to change my oil. The service advisor tried to clean up the coffee for me but I refused to let him. He was even understanding, or at least tolerant, of my profuse sobbing as I sat there covered in coffee of my own volition. Solid 7/7 would come again. Great service, also "donut shop" is my favorite k cup flavor sorry I used it all.

Refused to fix my truck after bringing it back several times and giving the opportunity to actually fix the real problem. Paid alot of money got a new alternator and battery still was going dead. Then charged me again for a diagnostic test to say it's a parasitic drain. Still battery goes dead after a couple of days. Take it back again claims to put new battery in that last for a good week truck sat for 2 days now dead again. Check engine light never came off. Now they refuse to fix it. Don't take you vehicle here it becomes more snd more money and problems. That's just my truck. Paid to fix my son's car and he's still having issues.

Straight from the website...."When you visit our car repairs shops.....servicing your vehicle is straightforward, quick, and cost-effective." I took my car in to get new sparkplugs but was told they had to charge me $129 for a diagnostic check to be sure there was a problem with them, even though I already knew I needed sparkplugs replaced due to the mileage on my car. I asked if the diagnostic check was necessary and he said it was. I asked how much it would cost to get the sparkplugs after the diagnostic check was done and was told they couldn't give me a price because they didn't know if the sparkplugs actually needed to be replaced. I asked several times in different ways because I couldn't understand how you couldn't tell someone the cost of a service before committing to pay an unnecessary diagnostic fee of $129. I left feeling as though the gentleman was too comfortable sitting in his warm little chair to properly assist me. So yeah, in my opinion - definitely not straightforward...and certainly not cost-effective. (More like cost-evasive.) At least my visit was quick...they got that part right.

My 2006 Chevy Cobalt was running real bad and had no power. It wouldn't go over 30MPH. The check engine light came on and threw a 4th cylinder misfired code (P304) after going to Autozone to get a code for the check engine light. Trevor and the main auto technician diagnosed that my car needed new Plugs, new coil and a new catalytic converter. All were replaced and repaired. It cost me a little bit of money, but I was okay with it. Now, my car is running like a fine tune vehicle. Highly recommend this place. They get to diagnosing the problem and perform the repairs very quick.Services: Auto engine tuning, Auto exhaust system replacement

They sure know how to lie with a smile! My tire had a slow leak and had gone completely flat. So I aired it back up and took it to Precision. First they said there was nothing wrong with it. Then after I insisted there had to be something wrong since it just went flat they looked again and 30 seconds after saying there was nothing wrong with it changed their story to it s unfixable because there was a tiny pinhole. Huh!? So I went down to Discount Tire where they pulled a NAIL out of it and got it all fixed up.. for FREE. So that tells me that Precision never even looked at my tire. Probably just didn t feel like working and came up with a lie to get me to leave. My advice skip Precision Auto Care and just go to Discount Tire, it ll save you time and money.

My daughters car had the check engine light come on, I took to auto zone to see if it was something simple to fix. The print out stated it was a mass air ... so I fixed it. Then light came back on. Called around cove to see if I could bring it in and everyone wanted me to bring and drop off for the day. I called Precision and they said bring it in and they would check it out. I m so glad I did. They took car and started checking it over. They were so nice and professional. They described everything going on in regular terms! It was an affordable fix and the car is back on the road driving. All done TODAY! I will take all our vehicles there from now on!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

PTAC does my regular maintenance on all my cars. With my work schedule and the trouble of safely and legally disposing of waste taking my vehicles to PATC is the right choice. Customer service is second to none. They don t try to up-sale me on things I don t need. They re not rude or smug to customers. The counter tech, Gage, has excellent customer service skills. The auto techs also exhibit good customer service skills as well. I like the honesty and integrity of the staff- I came in thinking I needed more done to my car and they told me some things were fine but others needed to be fixed. They were able to give me a timeline on when I would need to get the rest replaced by so I could stay aware. They also offered military discount. The staff maintained polite and clean appearance as well as a clean shop! Loved it! A+

The guys at Precision Tune Auto location are good. I keep going back to them for any of my truck issues. They've always been fair with prices and have always gone out of their way to help me or find the issue. Highly recommended.

I've had good experiences in the past going to Precision. They have always been friendly, but apparently they are just screwing you over with a smile. I had all four of my brake pads and rotors replaced on my car and they charged me over $700. A quick google search shows the average price to replace this is in the $200-$400 range, which means they charged me twice the actual price of the service. The labor charge was $250 when I was told it would take a hour and a half so twice the actual price there as well...over $160 /hr apparently. They also misread the year on my car and ordered the wrong parts so I had to wait additional time (that they were apparently charging me for). They were pleasant enough, but they obviously were just taking advantage of me. Do not go here...or at least call around and get a second opinion on the price. Learn from my mistake, I will NEVER take any vehicle there again except if I need to use the warranty on my $700 brakes.

I took my vehicle there last year for an alignment and was informed that I needed ball joints replaced. No problem, Right? They supposedly changed them and showed me one of the "old ball joints" off of my car. Well low and behold a year later I find out they had never been replaced just cleaned up to look like it and now I am left feeling like a fool for paying the $798 dollar bill. This place is not trust worthy will not be doing business here again!

Good professional mechanics that will get your vehicle back on the road quickly! They are honest and straightforward. I have found it is cheaper to repair than to replace. If you're old care isn't running the way it should take it to Precicsion Tune Auto Care and not the junk yard. If you're car is worth fixing it's worth taking it here.

I went in a few weeks ago for a power steering leak they couldnt find nothing. So they bled it. It worked. They didnt over charge me or make up something they said bring it back if it happens again. And a few weeks later it happen again. I took it back to show them . They were happy to help. There customer service was awsome. They took there time and Investigated my issue. They found it. They made sure I left with my car at 100%. My car runs like its brand new. I recommend precision tune auto care. The best customer service and mechanics around. They make sure the job is done right. And if problems occur they are happy to help. They stand by there work.

I went in to this business yesterday looking for an oil change, and balance. I paid for the $54 dollar service, They were very nice and communicative. When I got my car back I noticed it was a little slow to start but thought nothing of it until my battery died the next morning. I took it to get charged at auto zone only to find that my perfectly good battery was no good. They switched my battery for one that was pretty much dead, so I would run back looking for more service because I'm a young mom so I must be dumb right? Wrong. This is where they wrote something wrong on my overview then crossed it out and marked it good.

Everytime I take any of my vehicles to this shop I have the assurance that it will come back working better than they went in. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what is cost effective for the owner. The guys there will get the job done in one day if they can. They are the best. I love how they listen to you and not make you feel you did anything wrong.

I am new to the area and was referred to Precision Tune Copperas Cove by a co-worker after my check-engine light came on. I also needed a second opinion on a quote that I received from another shop for brake repairs. Matt, Willie & Danny were AMAZING!!! As a woman, I often feel like mechanics take for granted that I know nothing about cars. Matt and his staff were so kind and took the time to explain the needed repairs. The treated me with total respect and I felt like they genuinely cared about my concerns. And-as an added bonus-I saved $200.00 from the quote I had been given by the other shop!! I so appreciate the staff at Precision Tune Copperas Cove & will refer them to all my friends!! Thanks Guys!!!
