As a single mother, just trying to survive, Really have to brag on the oreily in copperas Cove & their employee Tyler. he had no problem taking time to make sure all on my questions and concerns were handled it went through step by step & made sure I understood each process and did not make me feel dumb like a lot of the auto part stores I've been to... And I would highly recommend this location to anyone to go get service for their vehicles knowing when u walk away, you will be 100% satisfied. Thank you again Tyler for going over and beyond with amazing customer service and your knowledge in vehicles is outstanding..

Matthew and James helped me out and I must say, you just can t beat this store s customer service. I got a new battery for my truck and didn t have my tools and they swapped it out for me. I also love that I don t have to keep up with any paperwork because I just use my phone number when I buy something and all of the warranty stuff is in their computer.

Special Thanks to Kevin. Great Customer Service. Walked in the store for some help with my car headlight after going to other stores that wouldnt assist. He did not even hesitate to help us out and took him no time to do it. Thank you again Kevin. You are Awesome. !!

Mt daughter telephoned me tonight to tell me that because of a faulty gas cap, she feared a family event would be delayed. However, she stated, that Ronald at your store had saved the day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and because of his help, everything was back on schedule. Thank you Ronald!

Do not take your battery for the free charging they offer.. they never charged my battery! I even gave them a tip for the free charge but when I put in my car it had no charge.. they do this to sell you a new battery. I later got a jump from a kind passer and it worked like new after that.. Stay away from o Reilly.. they are not honest..

Our family really appreciated Isaiah s efforts with finding a certain part that our truck needed. The O Reilly location in Stan schlueter messed up on calling back with the order they forgot to place and we were put the blame even though it was their fault. Regardless we wanted to see if the copperas cove location would have it, and even though they did not have it Isaiah helped on locating one and also called the other store to retrieve it on our behalf. Isaiah wanted to make sure that we were able to get this part and save money on it as well. We really appreciated his time and efforts because a lot of people in this area do not act or help in this manner. However, Isaiah did and maintained professionalism.It looks like management did their part here and trains everyone to have accountability and great customer service. Thank you Isaiah and keep up your hard work

We had a very bad & potentially dangerous battery issue. It started venting the boiling acid from inside.FYI - rotten egg smell from battery is very bad. John was amazing and very helpful to fix / replace battery And dispose of the bad one. He even made sure to check the alternator. With a battery that bad, he wanted to make sure I was good to go. Thankfully alternator was reading good. Extremely happy with the amazing customer service from John and those working on the shift.

I ve never had the customer service from an auto part store like I did today. I walked in not knowing what I needed and Jeremy found my problem, the part, and replaced it for me within 10 minutes. I will choose o reileys over advanced auto and auto zone as long as Jeremy is working there.

JD is very knowledgeable and always gets me the right part. Other stores I have to return at least once every 4 orders because I received the wrong part but not up in here. Nelson also has given me no problems. Too bad the crew changes so much but I hope these two guys stick around will be back for sure

It is currently the beginning of May in 2020 and we're at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, and I'm happy to say that this particular store was very accommodating with social distancing guidelines. I needed something a new battery for my car (since it had been sitting for months without use) and they were kindly able to process the transaction over the phone so that all I had to do was pull in, pop my hood, and they took care of the rest without any face-to-face interaction being required. 10/10 would recommend.

Tends to have higher quality parts. Decently priced. Warranty is fully supported and trouble free. Staff is very hit or miss with getting someone who has any knowledge of automotive parts or their operation.

I ve been to all of the auto supply stores, and still go to each of them for different purposes, but O Reilly s is who I choose for the significant items, like a truck battery, which they also installed there at the store. (Thanks Dave!) Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Never been disappointed.

I would like to leave a review about service i received at the O'Reilly store in Copperas Cove, TX. I was in to purchase a couple of parts for my vehicles on 2/27/2021,Antonio, was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very concerned that I purchased the correct parts, instead of having to return with the wrong part. Over the years I have wanted to go to this O'Reilly's location because of its proximity to my house. I am usually showing a lack of knowledge and courtesy. Today I was treated with contempt and complete disregard. I do not recommend going to this location, the store on Stan schlueter near clear Creek is a much better option.

Keep in mind people that these people are not mechanics. You don't even have to be mechanically inclined to work there. Called and was told the part I had was in stock. Got there and nope.

The guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. Everyone else avoided customer contact. It was early on a Monday so I guess I'll give them that. Got what I needed and left within 15 minutes. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush.

Needed battery tested as it kept going dead. They replaced it with battery of my choice from them. Up and running with no problems!

I wasn't greeted when I entered the store which was fine because they were busy although every other customer after me was. The manager offered the gentlemen in civilian clothes a military discount, asked if he was military, no ID needed, told him to have a great day. My turn to the register I had to not only ask for my discount but was told to present my ID card and grubdlingly given a discount and an attitude. They were rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't spend another dollar at this location.
