I always come here for my vehicle inspections. They are very customer friendly and thorough. I have never had any issues and if I have a particular car problem they offer several solutions and advice.Update- they are so fast that I came back to have my other vehicle inspected. Would recommend.

I'm new to the area and wanted to go to a good place to get an oil change for my truck. I researched places by reading reviews and decided to check out Kwik Kar. I received more than just an oil change. The technicians checked my fluids and showed me areas that needed service but also provided knowledge about why I needed the services. They didn't force me to buy anything. Polite, fast service and reasonable prices. I will definitely continue to come back for services. Thank you guys for the great service!

The fellas that helped me out today, were very kind and thorough! They pointed out some issues, and gave me the steps and prices for each service. I am forever grateful for an easy process and for their patience with me! Definitely recommend!

I pulled up to have a vehicle inspection performed on my vehicle. An employee asked me to park in the back and leave the keys and insurance on the dash. (Not a good practice in my eyes) I told him my insurance is on my phone. He said it's not a problem. Just have it ready to show when needed. As I was pulling around back, another vehicle pulled up. The gut pulled that vehicle and one more straight into the bay. I walked inside the office area, and the guys started working on the other vehicles and looked at me as if I had just arrived. I stopped inside, and all the employees in the bays had started working on the other vehicles and turned away from me. What happened to the first come, first served. I guess since I was just getting a vehicle inspection, I was not important enough. I've had issues in the past with this place, and this will be the last time I walk on their property. Go to Valvoline. They do the first come, first serve! This is an edit to this review because kwik lube is lying about it raining. It was a nice sunny day! I will contact corporate now. This place is garbage!!!

I was needing my car checked out to go out of town and they were able to get me in super quick. They were very nice and talked with about the issues I was having. They know their stuff and I would definitely recommend anyone hesitant to get their car checked to go here

I just left here 5 minutes ago. I came to get an oil change for my Mercedes and wasn t aware of the hours. 2 gentlemen employees saw me park, get out, and start walking towards the building. Instead of the common courtesy of just saying Sorry but we re closed or anything. They just flip the open sign to closed and locked the door. I understand being tired and ready to go home at the end of your shift but that was poor customer service to me and rude.

I always come to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune for my state safety inspection. They are fast and easy to work with. My mechanic, Kee, was very helpful and professional. There are a lot of places in town where you can get a state inspection and oil change. I recommend Kwik Kar Lube and Tune for their fast, affordable, and professional service.

Passed my inspection, they said I had a licence plate light out ( they both work perfect) tried selling me them for 20$ even though they work. Kinda shady, I understand the sales aspect of buisness but don't lie to people for a buck. Been a diesel mechanic for 13 years don't assume people won't catch on to what your doing.

They re fast, efficient and nice! They show you what s actually wrong with the car instead of just putting everything on paper. They work with you to make sure they find the best solution for you! I love coming to them for everything!

Johnny is the absolute best. Got a vehicle inspection, and he was very thorough and fast! He s so friendly, and he has an amazing attitude. I wish all interactions dealing with my vehicle were like this because it really stresses me out having to deal with people taking advantage of others (me) when they aren t super knowledgeable about cars. I ll be back specifically because of Johnny!

I had a great experience during my oil change. They checked my coolant was low, and I had steering pump leak with low fluid and they were able to take care of everything for a reasonable price.

The people here know their stuff. I drive a manual transmission vehicle and they are able to check all my fluids. They are upfront and honest and very fast. I got an oil change and a vehicle inspection here. Not many services out there know how to check transmission fluid on a manual.

The owner, Amit, and the mechanic, Johnny were amazing! My engine was overheating and the indicators on my dash was going off, so I had to pull of to the side of the highway and quickly called the nearest shop. Johnny was able to explain what "might" be the problem, however there was no way of knowing until he looks at the car. Had it towed to this shop, and they quickly found that my water pump had a leak! They also did an engine flush and an oil change! Thank yall so much!!!

Great place in copperas Cove to get oil change and brakes pad $$ reasonable price. . The people are very friendly and check everything and tell you what your need. The mechanic knows what they doing. Always satisfied with their service.
