I had an issue with my AC. I was told previously by other auto repair places that my compressor was put and it would cost me a.minimum of $1500 to fix everything. Ken researched the real cause and found a defective piece in the fuse box. He replaced it and charged me $250 for labor and parts.Ken will tell you exactly what the problem is and will charge you accordingly. Great family and veteran owned business. Honest. Reliable. Great customer service with Ken and his wife Jodie.

Our sons truck started running horribly while on a road trip. It was a Sunday and thought we were SOL and would have to leave the truck overnight to find an open shop to look at it. We tried calling Kens and surprised they answered and said yes please come by Ken is there and can look at it today. Ended up leaving the truck with Ken to diagnose and fix all the problems a 20 year old truck has. The cost was shocking how reasonable it was. I thought since its a Sunday, people from out of town, and everything else that you can fear of by going to an unknown shop. They all melted away when we got the call and got an awesome price that was cheaper than we could have ever imagined in the DFW area. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the most amazing auto repair shop. I am a senior woman and was traveling alone from East Texas to the Hill Country. Ken, the owner, waited on a Saturday until late afternoon when a tow truck could get my broken down car to his shop. I got there about 6pm. Ken dropped me off at a nearby restaurant so I could have dinner while he went to find parts and then fixed my car. He was kind, helpful, professional, and went way above and beyond to help me get back on the road. He worked until after 7pm...on a Saturday! His price was very fair. I will never forget him or his wife Jody with whom I spoke with several times on the phone. They are angels, and I am grateful.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Ken assisted me when my car started having trouble as his was the closest location to my home. He was able to get my car running again and charged a very reasonable fee. I've had bad experiences in the past with other mechanics and I truly appreciate Ken's help. I have to admit that this is a very reliable mechanic. Ken has some very fair price, with above average, and professional work. I had went to two other mechanics before I found his shop, and Ken was the most honest out of them all. They are family owned, and operated. With service like the pros. I had to get some A/C work done, gave me a very fair price, and he talked me through it the whole time. This guy really knows what he is doing, plus he has a whole wall of certifications to verify it as well. I would highly recommend that you come to Ken before anywhere else first!

Ken is a hard worker, the problem I had was that the services are VERY OVERPRICED. I was charged $350 (labor) to have the valve covers removed. He and his wife both were very rude when we decided to get a second opinion. It turns out the diagnosis was wrong, thankfully we went somewhere else or we would have paid $1700 for nothing and then even more to fix the real problem. Beware of extra services you don't ask for then are attempted to be charged, like oil changes. He didn't ask first of all and said I wouldn'thave to pay for this reason, but when we decided to get a second opinion he was going to make me pay for that as well. Trust your gut, I had a feeling from the beginning it wasn't an honest deal, I feel like me and my 17 year old son almost got taken advantage of. I did some research BBB has a complaint, Yelp and Google negative reviews are similar to my experience. I see other people are pleased with their experience but mine was awful!

Terrible Terrible shop!Dropped my truck off to have in Kens word just the transmission and intake changed!!A bunch of additional work was done that I was not informed of, basically all together cost me over 5,000 dollars, when I pick the vehicle up it ran worse than it did when I dropped it off! He admitted to pulling the coil packs and plugs in order to change the intake! Now the vehicle has multiple misfires, runs terribly if it even runs, there are multiple stripped plugs, I explained the situation to ken and he said sure I ll fix it but that s gonna cost you more money!! Probably the worst and I mean worst possible experience I ve ever had!!I would never recommend anyone take they re vehicle to that con artist!!!
