Hank's is the absolute best!!! Their customer service is excellent!!! They always make sure that I am without my vehicle the least amount of time possible. I was told that my recent repairs would take two days. I got my car back after just one day! Awesome job!!! The price is always fair. And if I have any concerns, their staff is more than willing to take a look at what's going on with my vehicle.

Had a vibration in my new tires after purchasing them at another tire shop. I had gone back twice and they told me that they balanced perfect. Brought my truck to Hanks, and was told all the tires were out of balance. They test drive your vehicle before they work on it to see what the issue is, then they test drive it after to make sure they fixed it. Great work, and great customer service. Thanks!

This place is great! My family and I where in town visiting from Minnesota somewhere along the way I picked up a nail in my tire we where leaving the next day and needed it fixed. I pulled in to Hank's they got me in on the spot and fix the tire and very inexpensive. I would say that they deserve better then a five star rating. Thank you very much Hank's

Hanks always comes thru, they saved me alot of money bc of previous bad work done by a competitor. They get the job done and back up their work, highly recommend them. Will be in soon to get my tires rotated.

I live in Killeen and was recommended to check out this shop from a friend. I accidentally broke my emergency brake cable (foot pedal E brake). Mike was extremely kind, sincere, and knowledgeable! He helped me out so much! He ordered the exact part I needed, and it arrived fast. I was originally told it would be a 4 day turnaround because they had a lot of vehicles to work on already, but my my vehicle was fixed in a day! I was so grateful! I will definitely be coming back! I'm happy I finally found a good repair shop!! Also, being a veteran myself, it was nice to see their wall honoring the ones they love. Thanks for your service to our country!

Didn't get any service done as I came in, in the middle of the day, but, the dude at the counter was super friendly, and informative, and actually had some people skill.That alone is worth 5 stars, will definitely bring them business in the future based off this fantastic customer service!

I had been going for years to get all sorts of things done for my vehicles. Never had issues despite others saying they had....until recently. I went in for shaking of my steering wheel and car at highway speeds. I was told the front tires were down to the cords so we replaced those and had the alignment and balance adjusted. I was then told my motor mounts were broken and very worn out, my power steering had a "very bad leak" and my wheel bearings were in bad shape. Motor mounts quoted at 1300 for the parts and labor. Googling lead me to believe another couple thousand for the other issues. Communication issues on the company's behalf about a drop off date and lead times for the work lead me to seek out another place to get the work done. The second opinion stated NOTHING was wrong with my car aside from the balance being ridiculously off. $125 vs the 2k plus to fix the problem. Either this business was being deceptive purposefully or wholly incompetent considering they had just "balanced and aligned" the wheels. Either way, I would avoid using them for your repairs or at the very least spend money for that second opinion for reassurance. I will not use them again.

I do not recommend this place they said they were gonna do a tune up they didn t it still misfires the same way it did before and they also stated something bout my tie rods being bad yet they didn t tell me anything else or ask me if I wanted them fixed now I have to take to another shop to get an actual tune up and get my tie rods fixed complete waste of money I will never do business with them again also after only few days of me having truck back the service engine light came back on not a surprise due to misfires that they clearly did not fix

My first time at Hank's. Staff are super helpful and very professionals. Brad assisted me with all the options for my truck. Very knowledgeable and friendly bunch of guys. They did an awesome job with my tundra and prices was very reasonable. I will definitely come back here again. Recommend.

Love this shop, the mechanics here know what they are doing and you can rest assured that they will be honest. I have had several bad experiences at other shops but this is the one shop that I will trust. So, if you re looking for good trustworthy mechanics; Look no further, go here! They are fairly busy most of the time and parking can be tight. Just stop by and talk with someone to see when they can fit you in and they will do everything they can. Parking can be found on the back street as well as in front. Get there early to beat the crowd. Definitely wish y all took appointments but I totally understand. Thanks for the great service!

I had the best experience I have ever had at any vehicle mechanic. I got exhaust, new tires, leveling kit, and alignment all done on my ram 1500. Took about a day and half for them to do it on top of all the other vehicles they had. They were helpful and kept up with the emails I sent them for pricing and to set up everything and they quoted me a price and it was exactly the price at the end! I will be going back to them for sure!

I recently used Hanks for some repairs on my older model pickup truck. I can say this is an "old school" style auto repair shop. The people are friendly, and they know what they are doing. They are very communicative throughout the process. Both times I took my vehicle there even though they were swamped they somehow managed to get my truck in, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed within a day or so. They are up front and their prices are beyond reasonable compared to some of the big "chain" shops in the area. Highly recommend them and I will be using them for all my future repair needs.

Amazing friendly and very professional from the first phone call to the curbside service!We were able to drop our trailer off and Brad and his team fixed our entire list of concerns the same day and get us back on the road!Very knowledgeable staff and we were amazed at how reasonable the prices are! We were treated like old family friends on our very first visit! If your new to the area this is the place to go for a headache and hassle free experience!

I ve been using Hanks tire pro for years with multiple cars. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain anything automotive. They are honest and up front. NEVER had any issues and they will always be my first choice for tire s and automotive needs.

I started using Hank's in 2014, when I first moved here, and won't go anywhere else. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. They have always treated me better than "family" and the quality of their work is outstanding.

I got an exhaust put in here. The guys were very cool and helpful. They also gave me a good deal and had it done that day. I called them today for a few questions and they answered everything. I plan to go back next week to get my new exhaust tip installed. I have recommended Hanks to my friends already.

This shop is not only honest, they are very capable, and will turn your vehicle around as promptly as possible. They recently charged me LESS than their estimate for work on my granddaughter's Highlander. Who does that? Hank's does. My go-to auto repair shop, when I can't do the work myself.

Blessed to have found an Excellent auto repair shop. Mechanics are up there with finding a good doctor. I am really happy with their service. They also informed me of other vehicle issues I need to address soon. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Thanks to all who assisted me today. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic group, honest and reasonably priced, quick turnaround, exemplary customer service. By far the most personable and pleasant employees I have ever dealt with, really a pleasure. I highly recommend Hank s, we won t take our vehicles anywhere else.

It's good to see there's still some good old boy shops left. Staff is great. Friendly and knowledgeable... prices are great too. I never pay anyone to do service on my car... but I ran into a brick wall on a project. I took the part to them and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very helpful...I will be returning. Don't let the name fool you' these guys can do any type of service!

This is the second time I use Hank's Tire Pros & Muffler so far due to 2 separate issues. Love their service. They really do work for the customer. Looking forward to them servicing my other vehicle for any kind of maintenance. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable. They know their stuff! I recommend them to everyone, worth the drive where ever you live.

Quite possibly the nicest and most hospitable shop I have ever stepped foot in and all I needed was a state inspection. Everyone I encountered was so kind to myself and my daughter. They engaged in conversation with customers and were extremely professional. I will definitely be returning and will recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday I dropped my Dodge Challenger off to have a Magnaflow exhaust system installed. The customer service was outstanding. When I picked up my car the exhaust sounded incredible and it ran like a dream. Overall everything was great, thank you to Hank's and the great employees.

Not too shabby gotta go to the pros.Manager got attitude when I asked to see old parts but complied. So all is good. Will continue to trade there regardless of his nonchalant methods being a wise guy no doubt. Lol.

Very professional and helpful. Kept me updated and did the work UNDER the quoted estimate! These guys are always willing to help and offer advise. My family has been going here for over 30 years and don't plan to stop :)
