My husband and I will ALWAYS recommend Fast Lane to anyone looking for a great auto shop in the Bell/Coryell county area. Not only are they a phenomenal shop, but they are very fairly priced. They've done work on several of our vehicles over the last couple years, and have always been great to us! All of Fast Lane's staff is honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, and kind. They have gone above and beyond for us several times when they absolutely did NOT have to. We moved out of the area recently, and can only hope we are able to find an auto shop at least half as good as Fast Lane in our new location.

Somehow I haven't rated this place here yet but better late than never. Highly recommend this place! It's my go to mechanic. From the start they saved me over $100 on issues with my old vehicle. Now I trust them with my current vehicle. I've been coming here for 4 years or so now, and don't plan on changing mechanics unless I move away. Jake and his team are awesome!

I have taken in my old 2003 Tundra twice now for different issues. Timing belt and Carrier bearing. These guys are great! From the Service writers to the Technicians. They took the time to explain everything needed and completed the work in a timely matter. I highly recommend Fastlane Auto for any repairs you may need! They are now my go to shop in Copperas Cove!

Great mechanic!! I can t say enough about Jake and the guys at Fast Lane. We re are camping out way around the country and I wanted a 2 lift kit added to my 1998 4Runner. I sent Jake pictures of my vehicle and scheduled to do the work weeks in advance. He made it simple and successful. The car drives better than it ever has and the heavy duty springs he added made a real difference to how well it drives. Just spent a week in Big Bend off-roading and camping. Thanks y all!!

This company said I had need around $2000 in work after getting my alignment checked. So, I came to a shop I trust in Killeen they aligned my truck and said there was nothing wrong with anything on my front end. I would not recommend this company after this either there alignment guy is no good or the companies no good. Either way they lost business today. Shops like this give all shops a bad name!

The crew there are great. They are really friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything they find, they even break it down to everyone's level. The work that they do is top notch and affordable, plus it's guaranteed. A Big Thank You to the guys, I really appreciate what you did for us and my truck.

They took a very stressful situation and made it as great as possible. They were accommodating to me and my needs, were very fair and honest on pricing and diagnostics, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, heard, and would leave happy. I'm so glad a coworker recommended them - they'll be the only place I go to in the cove-killeen-heights area!

Brought in our handicap van after a terrible experience at Sims automotive. Jake saved us ant least over $1,500 compared Sims! I even paid less than my grand total estimate. These guys are straight shooters with reasonable prices! I d recommend them to anyone! Thanks Fast Lane!

Absolutely recommend this auto shop! Super friendly staff and they get straight to your car issue. I came in with a slashed tire cause from something on the road and even though they didn t have the same tire they were able to get me one from the discount tire shop! They went out of their way to still find me a tire to drive away with. Very friendly staff and comfortable place to be!

I was in Killeen work at Ft Hood. I needed to have my rear hatch door gasket replaced. Fast Lane evaluated my problem and got the replacement part from Austin in two days. I have taken all my vehicles to fast lane for the last 6 years. This company really does strive to be the best. I have never had problems with the services they preform. Even when my truck went down 5 minutes before closing, and i knew I couldn t get my truck there in time, I called Fast Lane and they sent a tow truck out and got my truck to the shop. If you are looking for a good reliable shop, use Fast Lane!!!

New to TX and didn t know where to go for my car maintenance. Luckily, Jake and his team were right around the corner. I was very pleased with all of the services that I received at Fast Lane Auto. I am definitely a loyal customer because of the professionalism, customer service, quality and efficient repairs and cleanliness of their facilities. They even have games and reading material for children. Always does what they say they will do in a timely manner. upfront about price, and will call you soon as there is a change, can't ask for more. I trust them to install my customers freshly powdercoated parts, so I trust them more then any average mechanic shop.

Great they did everything they could to get my granddaughter warranty to cover her air conditioner but it was declined, but continued to work with us to get it fix. She can go back to college driving her car and I do have to worry about her having a heat stroke in this 110 texas heat. Thanks guy.

Came in on a fairly busy day and they had someone call out so they were low manned. Jake took care of me without any rush in explaining what they had found wrong. He pulled me out to show me and explained everything. Great people, great work!

Not once but twice I have sent my wife up here to get work done and the first thing they try to do is up seller or overcharge her on things that don't cost what they say they cost. For a rear brake light and two windshield wipers they tried to charge my wife $107. Do not send your wife by herself up there or else they will try to overcharge her because they don't think she knows what she's up there for or how much things cost. Avoid this place at all costs

I just move to the area and unsuccessfully attempted to service my vehicle on Fort Hood.I have a Ford Expedition with 317609 miles.I stop by Fast Lane and in matter of a hour, I was back on the road with no issues. this shop has to be the best one that i have ever been too. the customer service is amazing. everyone who works there greets you and informs you about your car. it was very personable and i appreciated that because having car problems can be frustrating. they told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. everything was seamless and i really enjoyed this experience. this shop truly does a great job. i couldn t be more satisfied. thank you fast lane!!^^^^^i came here again for my oil change and they went beyond that to let me know about smaller issues and recommendations for maintenance. this shop has great integrity and the only shop that has done me right!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Let me save you some time researching and just take your vehicle here. Looked at a couple of places reviews and this place stood out so I just took mine here. Didn't set an appointment, just called and they were able to get my car in and all done in the same day. Owner was also very kind to drop me back off at home while my car was getting worked on. Amazing customer service, staff was very nice and the place was clean! Will be taking my car here and my cars in the future here now. They also went over maintenance items and recommendations on what can be done sooner than other services- which was nice because there wasn't the pressure/ scare tactic some places seem to have. I will recommend this place to everyone and anyone, seriously I'm so impressed and happy I found them!

These guys are the best. Took care of my car and the price may be the best in the region. Very kind service too.Edit: 2 years later they still continue to give excellent customer service and quality work. They will advice you well and always try to give you the best deal possible. When you speak to the employees they'll find the root of the problem and Jake the store owner will even sit down with you and go over pricing, recommendations and everything else. I've been to many shops but this one just is the very best I've ever been to in Texas.

I used the service as a first customer to Fast Lane Auto Svc! I was very impressed with the professionalism I was received!Initially I went for an oil change! The mechanic advice of another service my vehicle needed! As a non mechanically inclined person I was happy that the issue was pointed out to me and I decided to have it taken care off!All the personnel is professional and courteous!I m pleased to have found a service I can count on and referred my friend as well!Thank you Fast Lane Crew Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My husband installed a new compressor on our suv and then took it to fast lane to have the lines vacuumed and recharged. They told us the cable was broken/missing and that s why my ac wouldn t work, it would be $600 dollars to fix?!?! They charged us for the vacuum and recharge. Still no ac. The employees and the owner or manager were very rude to my husband also!Took it today to another place next door to here and they said my cable was fine and there was NO freon whatsoever in our lines. They clicked the cable into where it belonged and recharged us and we were good to go for much much less. I definitely do NOT recommend here!Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would, they have one of the worse customer service I have experienced so far. They failed my vehicle inspection for a cracked clearance light cover, than after a negative review left of their page, the shop supervisor called me to say that they would pass my inspection if I would remove my review. Made me even more upset with the bribe.!!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I highly recommend Fast Lane for any of your automotive needs. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile and they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Josh was at the counter during this trip! Couldn't ask for better service from him. You will never be treated as just a number or just another customer. Extremely professional!!! For both of our truck's oil service, they have always been the cheapest and most thorough. They do not try to nickle and dime you for added services or persuade you that your vehicle really needs such services. During this visit, I had them check my 2 batteries in our 1 ton and our scheduled oil change. Sure enough, one of those batteries were done. They explained that these batteries do not come cheap but to my surprise, they were cheaper than all other shops, franchise or not. Kyle was our technician and he did an amazing job with a thorough oil change and had our battery replaced within minutes!!! They honor and respect the military and gave me a discount in the end!!!! You will not be disappointed when you put your vehicle in their care!!! I cannot say enough good things about this shop!!! Go see for yourself...

So I had a not-so-great experience with Fast Lane back in December and it left a sour taste in my mouth. The owners were very helpful and got the situation controlled. They obviously take great pride in their business and customer satisfaction is a must with them. After several months, I decided to come back. Holy cow! Big difference. The employees are amazing and seem very trustworthy (I am very paranoid about other people being around my vehicle). Jake is amazing and has excellent people skills. He even remembered who I was, which is not very common. The prices are higher here bet worth it when you have the excellent customer service.

Super fast and excellent service! I came in for an oil change but they went the extra mile by helping me find an earring I had mentioned I lost somewhere in my car. Jordy was super professional and kind!! Thank you guys :)
