Pam Shepperd, the store manager, took amazing care of me. Her demeanor and personality lit up the whole store. She was so kind and professional. I have always shopped at this store, but she has sealed my loyalty. I couldn t be happier. Please share with her what an important asset she is to your organization. She is extremely knowledgeable, and is truly a professional. Thank you, Pam, and have a blessed day!

Idk who that woman is working behind your counter, but maybe if she would shut her mouth and not talk over people and actually listen to the customer, I'd have made a purchase. But no, I couldn't get a word in to actually explain what I had going on bc she wouldn't shut up for 2 secs. Plus , she was extremely condescending in her tone with me which I do not appreciate either. My mother and all 3 of my brothers are certified mechanics. So, I do know a little something about vehicles. Especially since I do most of the work myself. Won't be back to that location

I purchased items to replace my rotor and brake pads. Ms. Pat is the manager and Jomar was a exceptional help. My vehicle, 2016 had some odd issues finding the right parts. I was about to refund and Jomar decided he had one more thought to try. He found the part I needed and we are a happy camper. Got my car back on the road.Thank you Auto Zone team

Ki terica, The part sales manager at the Copperas Cove location was amazing today. From helping resolve our issue with our battery to getting us a new one and even taking it to the car, she made our experience positive and effortless. Highly recommend this store and Ki terica for all of your auto part needs! She was wonderful!

Five stars from me. I ve been here several times before, and the staff are always cordial and helpful with advice. I went in today for some touch-up paint and walked out with everything I need plus a cup of coffee courtesy of the parts sales manager Kieterica after she noticed I was tired. The customer service here is top notch.

I went in to have my battery checked due to having my car needing to be jumped, and Johnathan K at the Copperas Cove store, went overr and beyond. He checked my battery , alternator, and even checked the voltage and ampage. He explained possible reasons and gave me various prices on a new battery. He was friendly, resourceful, and very efficient.

I m a firm believer that self checkout is a corporates way of having to pay less people to do a job, this is just my personal opinion and may not be the actual view of the corporate of Autozone, After 6 years of going to the Autozone in copperas cove I am not going to return. I came in January 7th 2024 at approximately 10am to get oil change supplies. When I got in line to check out the person at the counter directed me to the self checkout. I stated I don t work for Autozone in which I was told I could just put my items on the counter and leave. I placed my items on the floor where I stood and left at the direction of the employee. How far we have fallen. A person will not tell their friends of a great experience at a location unless asked, a bad experience and a person will tell everyone they meet. When you are a gear-head that s a lot of people who buy parts. It may have been just an employee having a bad day but there s other stores who don t require self check out!

The store manager knew nothing about automotive parts or how to operate the computer system. While I was there all she seemed to know how to do is flirt with the customers and her employees. The store has stuff laying all over the place and was unorganized. I would not recommend going to this location it's one of the worse I've been to.

Customer service has declined over the years! I went to this location to purchase fuses. I was greeted by a gentleman with a ball cap, short hair, glasses and a beard that seemed to be winging it and I was not confident in his ability to assist me with picking out fuses for my vehicle. I explained to him that the ones he picked out appeared to be a little bigger than the ones I required. I asked him if he could walk with me out to my car to see if they were the actual size I needed. He the flew off the handle and said that he will not open up a package of fuses I did not purchase. That s not what I was implying at all. I wanted confirmation that I was buying the correct size without his company losing money because I opened up a package I know I didn t need. At no point did he verify within the computer system or even come out to look at my car. He didn t even grab his shift supervisor. I purchased the fuses just to take them to my car to confirm that they in fact were not the correct size. I then came back in and got a refund on the product. I again asked a second employee who appeared to be new to assist me with obtaining the correct fuse. This time I brought in one of my fuses. He was too not knowledgeable, but put forth the effort and asked the supervisor for assistance. The previous guy came back inside and looked at me and shook his head as if I was wrong for asking for his assistance. Going forward, this location did not have my fuse size, but I was able to obtain them from across the street. I left my car parked at auto zone and went to their competitor. Auto zone is my go to part store, however, I will never visit this location again due to the lack of customer service I received.

This store has always had great customer service but today I feel they went above and beyond their normal greatness! I just want to give a shout out to Scout for being super awesome, friendly and trying every option possible to help me with a part issue! Also a shout out to Pam for also being super awesome, friendly and doing everything to fix the issue! They will always be the go to parts store for me and my family! Thank you guys again!

I go to this location all the time and every time the service here is beyond exceptional! Huge thank you to everyone there, they are always so helpful and friendly and I will continue to come to this location! If I could give more stars I would!!

I always come to this AutoZone because the workers there have always been helpful and welcoming. Kevin was very helpful at showing me where all the things I needed were. He even gave me suggestions on what parts I should buy and was very honest. That man definitely deserves a raise.

Beat customer service I ve received at Autozone. Jomar is a humble yet very professional and proactive representative. He has helped me every time I have come here with various car questions or issues. I hear because I know the customer service is going to be above and beyond average care received elsewhere by this employee who knows how to problem solve and take care of customers.

Do not Go here.Unexperienced employees.I got bad advice about how to check my fluids.The young boy was not willing to perform a task that all other Auto Zones perform.He said he is not going to stick his hands down into someone's car.He mentioned they were fixing to close.I guess he did not want to get his hands dirty.I will never go here again.I will just go to the Auto Zone in Killeen.Glad I did not ruin my car, by listening to the bad advice I got from a Guy working in an Auto Store.The Manager needs to hire People who know what they are doing,who know about how to take care of a car.Lesson Learned.Dont go to this location.

Never Go To This Location ! Poor Employees, Not good! I have always went to other Auto Zones.Never this one.I will never Go There Again! I have always got great service at Other Locations!They always have more than enough employees &are willing to help.Especially if you are a woman,they always help you out&give you good advice ! I would advise you to go to a Different Auto Zone location,Not This One!The employee I got here was not knowledgeable.I am glad ,I did not take his advice,he did not know what he was talking about! He gave me bad information!He knew nothing about cars.He was not willing to get his hands dirty. He mentioned it was almost time for him to go home.He was Too young,had no experience with cars.Not parts or Car knowledgeable.The manager made a big mistake hiring young people who know nothing about cars.I went to Auto Zones in Austin,Pflugerville &Killeen.I got Great Service at all the other Locations.Don't Go to this Auto Zone.Glad I did not ruin my car .I know Now,Not To Go to the Auto Zone in Copperas Cove! Live&Learn.Go to a Different Auto Zone Location.

Rough times Went to Auto Zone this morning to have my battery checked. Was going to have to go across the street to have it installed. Dre was very helpful and professional. A very kind gentlemen, Mr. K Williams, stepped up and said he could install it, the manager allowed it. He was amazing! Waited a few mins and was off to work. God bless you Mr Williams
