From the moment you interact with PDR Techs, it's evident that they stand out in the dent repair industry. My experience has been nothing short of excellent, thanks to Patrick's friendliness and the seamless process of scheduling appointments. Situated in a convenient location in Coppell, getting to PDR Techs is always a quick, which is a huge plus for me. Most of the time he is able to do repairs while I wait in his shop, which is very convenient.What truly sets Patrick apart is his dedication to not just meet, but exceed expectations. It's not just about fixing the issue you noticed on your vehicle; Patrick takes the time to meticulously inspect the entire car, ensuring that no dent, no matter how small, goes unaddressed. Patrick is straightforward and nice guy to deal with. My car was damaged by hail and he did an amazing and a very professional job within 2 day!! He was very responsive and helped me with dealing with my insurance company, and makes everything seamless and effortless for me. I only had to call my insurance once. Highly recommended !! Thanks again Patrick!

DEAL OF THE YEAR... I would 1000% recommend it. Mike is very friendly, trustworthy and totally honest salesman. At first you think this is a scam or something fishy going on since this deal looks too good to be true, But trust me they do very good job and also take care of your deductible. They even provide rental car till your vehicle is fixed. He fixed my car in 4 days and it looks new. I requested to buff some of the scratches on my car s trunk and he cleaned entire car to make sure he don t miss any scratches. You can see all dent are gone in pictures and see clouds reflection on my hood. That s a symbol of quality work.Thank you Mike.

Patrick at PDR Techs was the best!! I bought this Mustang with a dent above the rear driver-side tire. Started looking around for someone to pop the dent out. Patrick s price was by far the best out of all other quotes I had received. Dropped off and picked up my car on the same day. He provided updates throughout the day. Looks like new again! Highly recommended!

My BRAND NEW car got hit by hail. I had not even gotten the license plates yet. Brock came out to my house the next day, coordinated my rental car, helped with my insurance claim, met me at the rental agency and took my car to the shop. Got the damage fixed in just 4 days. Can t tell it ever happened. Brock communicated with me the whole time. He dropped my car back off at my house and returned the rental for me. I couldn t have gotten better service and my car is perfect!

Mike was great and very friendly and professional. He explained the services that would be done on my vehicle (hail damage repairs) and the company provided me with a comparable rental car. The company exceeded my expectations and returned my vehicle to me by their promised deadline. I was surprised to see that my vehicle was also detailed and cleaned when I received it back. I would definitely recommend and refer their services to anyone.

I was skeptical at first because they knocked on my door to tell me about my hail damage. I checked on the website to make sure they were a legitament company and decided to take a chance. Best decision I could have made! The best customer service I have ever had. They did literally everything for me and more. They helped me call the insurance company for the claim, picked up and delivered the car, provided me with a rental, no out of pocket, and a great job! Mike McDaniel was great he even vaccumed all the dog hair out of my car before he returned it. I call that above and beyond great service. The car was done ahead of schedule and looked great. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service!! Clayton saw the hail damage on my car when I was sitting in a parking lot one evening. He told me about PDR Techs and how they could fix all the hail damage on my car. Clayton took care of everything, I did very little to make this happen . He contacted my insurance company, set up the rental car, communicated with the adjuster and brought my car to me when it was done! This process couldn t have been any easier. My car looks new again and I spent $0 out of pocket.

I had such a wonderful experience working with PDR Techs for fixing the hail dents on my vehicle! Micheal made the process quick and easy. He was able to work directly with my insurance company and got my car back to me in no time looking good as new! I definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair services done to their car.

Top notch hail damage repair. They made the entire process easy, quick, and professional. Took care of my rental car and deductible. They also fixed scratches and dents that weren t Hail related. Received my suv back under the 7 days they promised as well. Very very satisfied with the result. Thank you PDR Techs!

My aunts car was hit by hail and she was very skeptical about finding a reputable shop to fix it. Luckily we were referred to Patrick through a family friend. I worked with Taylor & Mike & they re both great guys. They estimated the repair would take 7 days & I got my car back in 3 days! WOW! I am pleasantly surprised & the car looks great. I will recommend PDR Techs to family & friends

I have had many vehicles repaired due to Texas hail storms, but I cannot stress enough how easy and a true pleasure it was (for dealing with hail damage) getting this round of repairs done with PDRTechs. Cameron was friendly and professional, and made everything from the claim to the rental a breeze! He kept in constant contact and my car was finished in half the promised time!Call them now and get that chore put behind you! They are truly one of a kind in this industry!

This is the best place to work on your car dent. I had my car repaired after hail damage. Mike is very helpful and professional. He took care of my Insurance deductible and I did not have to pay a single dime. He also talked to insurance company and made sure everything is worked out. I would definitely suggest my friends that go here.

Mike is definitely the go to guy. They worked wonders on my car in a timely manner. Two days to be exact!! My Kia look like it was fresh off the lot once they were finished with it. I have to mention my car was in a terrible storm and the hood of my car was covered in hail damage when they first got it. Thanks again, PRD Tech for bringing my baby back to life!

During this time with quarantine and everything going on it was nice that they took care of everything for me I didn t have to go anywhere. They took my car in and brought it back when it was done and it was done beautifully. I have gps on my car that reports driving habits and performance and they took great care of my car while they had it and received 100 out of 100 on there driving report that the gps generates. It showed me that even when they didn t know they were being watched they still took great care. The cars hail damage is gone and looks like new they even detailed the inside and I feel like I m back in a brand new car. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot begin to say how amazing Patrick and his team is!! My insurance agent literally laughed when he saw the hail damage to my car and said it was the worst he has ever seen. I was told by him that I would need every panel on my car replaced. The ONLY thing that had to be replaced was the hood of my car, because Patrick was able to pop everything else out. My car looks BRAND NEW. I don't even know how this was possible given the condition my car was in- they are truly experts. Not to mention it only took TWELVE DAYS for all of this; anywhere else quoted me 2+ months. Thank you so much PDR Techs!!!!

This has been the easiest, most affordable option I could find! Since we are in this whole new pandemic thing they came, got my car, fixed it, brought it back fast, and handled all the insurance side. Like it never happened! Saved me time and money! And they were so easy to talk to. No up selling or sales bull. I appreciated that! I hope it never happens again, but if it does... I know who I'm calling!

PDR TECHS IS THE BEST!!! AND SO IS TAYLOR I Was skeptical like everyone else who has ever had anyone come up and saying they can get repair dents done for free, they charge you nothing literally, I worked with TAYLOR and MIKE both amazing guys and had the greatest experience ever, they get your car repaired and back to you, even pick up and delivery all within a week that sounds good to me they will help out with rentals as well to no extra cost to you definitely should give them a call and ask for TAYLOR

Had some hail damage I needed fixed so I contacted PDRTECHS. Patrick responded asap and was very nice and professional. He set up a time for me to get to the shop that was convenient. Awesome guy and awesome work! He erased every imperfection caused by the hail. If I ever need work done again, he will be the only one I will use.

Highly recommend! I had hail damage on my car, dropped it off at they re shop. Car was fixed and returned to my house a few days later. My car looks as good as new.

Taylor is the one who helped me out. He made everything as easy as possible. I didn t have to to do anything. He got the rental for me, dealt with my insurance people, and brought my car back and they did good work. They went above and beyond!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS These guys are rude and unprofessional. They will tell you not to come to their shop for AN estimate. They told me the only way to get an estimate is to send their employee to my house to give me estimate on site. So they send two kids to my location and gave me a firm estimate on site and we shook hand. The day before I had to drop it off, I asked them to send me an email with the amount we agreed so that they don't try to add extra cost later. This time the owner replied and said he won't do it because he hasn't seen the car yet. I asked him then WHY did you send two guys to give me an estimate at my house??? Then the lies, the rudeness and bs started. He claimed that he tried to take my car which a complete lie. LOOOL, so yeh, that was pure bs. I have attached some of the text between me and the two pathetic employees he sent to my place. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

There isnt enough i can say about Patrick and his guys. Excellent work, did exactly what they said they would and went above and beyond what i was expecting. I will be bringing all my cars there and will not hesitate to reccomend them to friends and family
