This place is also connected to the warehouse that's connected to the customer service call center so it's a store as well but it's all separated but you can get through to each department that you need to go to from different doors and different sides of the small Warehouse. I happen to work in the warehouse part so I am one of the few that are handpicking the parts that are ordered by our wonderful customers.

Great service for deliveries!Super fast to deliver as well. They allow overnight parking, too.When deliver, please make sure yourselves to be seen while checking in to ensure your priority with the fork lift operator.There is a will call entrance sign board where big rig entries are supposed to be. Don't follow Google maps as they will lead you to wrong entrance in case if you are hauling a 53 feet one.Overall, I'm impressed with their customer service and back up room for easy get into a dock.Keep up this good work, management and staff!!I personally appreciate your professionalism!!

Great place to get all your car needs. If they don't have it in stock (due to the strikes) they will make sure to find it for you. Excellent customer care.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Larry the Assistant Manager at this location. Give this guy his own store, or make him the lead trainer. Textbook example of customer service and going above and beyond for all those he comes across. Had a leaking heater core and was 2.5 hours from home. He told me about saving 20% on the part that day, but I didn t have my tools or the time for the repair. I got some leak stop liquid and topped off the tank with my water jug. While I was waiting for the radiator to cool, Larry came by and checked on me to see how bad it was leaking as he saw I had my entire family (3 kids, wife and nana) with me. He offered to top off my water jug for the ride home just in case and brought my kids each a Napa hat to change the negative car issue into a positive memory. If I lived closer I d shop here for everyone of my needs, I wouldn t even care about price. We made it home just fine btw, thank you Larry!

This event happened during the last freeze. I had broken my windshield wipers because I let me neighbor borrow my ice scraper that day and thought, "Oh, I'll just use my wipers to get the remaining ice off, no problem." Well, one of my wipers went flying on the interstate. I was scheduled down the street for a job and couldn't get to NAPA in time. I called ahead to make sure they had the size wipers I needed and Larry said he would have them waiting for me when I got done. Sure enough, I pulled in and Larry so kindly had them ready and out of the box, installed them for me and I went home safely into the slushy splashy ice world. Wish I lived closer to that kind of customer service and kindness.

NAPA Coppell - The manager Larry is a shining example of what great customer service should be and how companies build a loyal, returning customer base. He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient as he assisted with my various inquiries. It's nice to feel welcome in an auto store where I'm far from the expert, but I'm comfortable in the trusted hands of NAPA.

** Update 10.19.2022I keep forgetting this place is here because of where it's located but they had some T and Y connector for hoses I needed to replace. Found them one the first try. Nice that I didn't have to go to several stores.****A little higher price on most items. Service is slow and counter guys don't seam to be in any hurry. Waiting lines are at least two customers deep. There is no dedicated check out person so you are forced to wait in line behind someone that doesn't know what part they need. The place is clean and tidy for sure. Good quality parts though.

I've had better experiences at this store in comparison to today. Although the store always has what I need and has been helpful, the cashier provided a poor experience. He did not give a greeting nor did he return one and definitely did not thank me for the purchase. Poor representation for the company.

Christina and the rest of the Napa crew at this location went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had. They went as far as to assist me and let me borrow a few tools in the parking lot because I was out of town. This location is well stocked and very clean. Best auto parts store I have ever been to. Thank you Christina and everyone else there!

For all my trucker friends, if you are delivering here, and are planning on being empty early don t bother showing up early, they are appt only if you show up one hour earlier they will hold you on dock 3 hours, looks like the white guy at receiving hates truckers showing up early. Lost my reload because of him and no trucks on dock, took him 4 hours to unload.Thanks Napa not booking any more loads coming here.

This is my Napa store of choice in dfw because they always have all parts in stock, it must be their warehouse or something, good customer service.Picked up a set of Rotors and break pads for my truck, about 25% more expensive than Rockauto including shipping, but I didn t have to wait 5 days to get it

Most of the time the store is great...the last two times I was there the younger guy behind the counter was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. I went back today to return a radiator hose hoping he would not have been the cashier I used but he was and yet again, his attitude led to me cancelling the other purchase I had started to make. Such a shame.

Highly recommended. My family and I have been buying parts from Napa for many many years. My grandfather and father would always do business only with Napa because the great quality parts they sale . Never had issues with a part or service. Costumer service is always satisfactory.

Went here and service was quick. They also offer a military discount. Only went for a small inexpensive part but definitely good to know for future purchases. Plenty of stock and tool sets were easy to find.

Fantastic service. Local NAPA is closed on Sundays and was in a bind looking for some harder to find parts. Larry has great customer service skills and is extremely helpful. Got my parts and got back to the job at hand in no time. Thanks guys!

Thank you NAPA for allowing overnight parking. I read a different post informing that this facility allowed overnight parking and I trip planned accordingly. I arrived late evening (about 6pm) the day before my delivery. I double-checked with a warehouse worker about me parking overnight and they could not be any more welcoming. Next day I was unloaded fairly quickly and was on my way to the next load. Drivers, traffic in the area is brutal! Construction is always on-going. If you are delivering here be cautious with planning to shut down at a nearby truck stop as they get filled up pretty early. God speed!

Sold a defective radiator - returned a couple hours later after leaking out all purchased radiator fluid and emergency purchase of transmit fluid to get back to store. Only other radiator in stock was $40. More and would not comp or discount the additional fluids needed to be replaced for a second time. Costing over $100. More and a whole day of stress.

Very poor customer service. First made me wait to drop off car batteries which Napa doesn t pay for, then made me wait to pay for my wipers and again to put the wipers on the car which I ultimately couldn t because it wasn t worth waiting over 15 min. I will never go here again and encourage friends not to. Two guys there kept skipping me for others to do a 2 min job for me. Very poor.

Went up there to buy a evaporator and poor customer service after driving an hour out there just asked for warranty details and apparently employee 105 could not give me an answer and raised his voice as well to tell me he and his coworker could not tell me warranty details. Very disappointed never going there after they told me if it messes up just bring it back like what kind of service is that.

Over the years I've hesitated to call any company because of the extremely indifferent attitudes and poor service I get on such calls. I chanced a call and got Steve. While my question was rather easy I expected an 'oh my he just wants touch up paint attitude'. Instead he was very polite and helpful. He didn't mind checking out my request.Telephone attitude is as important as in - person attitude.

I've had excellent service by all the people here, they are very helpful not only in finding the parts, but also the techniques with replacing the parts. Thoroughly recommend them and they will be my goto store for all the parts that I need. Bonus the lightbulb I bought saved me close to $300 over the dealer.

Called ahead to check on part availability. They said they had it. Drove 35 miles to the location......they didn't even have any in stock. Currently driving another 30 miles to a different location.Thanks for making us go nearly 80 miles round trip unnecessarily, Napa.

I've always had great experiences with NAPA than any other part store. Fast deliveries from their distribution hub to the customer, great customer service once you walked inside, great deals on parts and friendly.
