My family and I were in Austin to pick up a new vehicle we just purchased and we have a long hour and a half drive for the return trip to Dallas, FW area. While driving, I noticed a thumping sound and pulled to the side to find out what it was. The tires looked Ok and the pressure was holding so I was concerned that something suspension related broke. I can't drive in the condition of the car making loud thumping noises at speeds even above 10mph. It was late and most tire shops has closed except Firestone which has only about 15 mins left before closing. It was a Saturday and nearly all tire center closes on Sunday.We limp our way to Firestone Complete Auto Care, the closest remaining open tire center and spoke to this wonderful man, Austin who was very empathetic about our predicament. He mentioned that all the bays are closed and his mechanics are gone for the day. He inspected the wheels and found the driver side front tire stepped over a big bolt as shown in the picture. Being nobody in their shop was available to replace the damage tire or do a tire patch, I started to change to my car's spare donut spare tire and had difficulty with what limited tools we had. Austin went out of his way to help changing the tire making full disclosure he was not meant to do so for liability reasons. He torqued the spare tire to specs with a torque wrench and we were off on our way back to Dallas on a spare tire.This could have been a very bad situation for us and left us with very limited option. We can't stay in Dallas for the night and hiring a flatbed trailer for over an hour trip to Dallas is out of the question. These days, many people are quick to only write complaints and a good deed is hardly celebrated or mentioned. I hope this review will underscore the humanity and absolute great kindness shown by Austin to a would have been stranded family of 3. Thank you Austin, we appreciate the help that you did for us. Your company leadership ought to know this.

I'm always hesitant when choosing a location for vehicle repairs. But to my pleasant surprise, the team at this location got the job done! They were fast , efficient, and kept great communication. I will definitely be back for tires and any other future services. Great experience with the team and management at this location. 5 star service indeed!

The Service Manager Lisa is really great and I guess the team at the store is also should be great. I am extremely satisfied with this store & Service Experience. All the nearby firestone managers and their attitude is really bad even though I have tried for service with prior appointment. Finally Coppell store really helped me to my satisfaction with prior appointment. Next time also, I will go to this location even though store is little far from my home. Once again Great Job Done Lisa

Massively overcharged my wife for wiper blades. Almost 3x what they actually cost and they were fine to begin with. Threatened to fail her inspection over them. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

I stopped by this morning after my tire pressure light had come on unexpectedly. Fortunately, it was just a sensor that needed to be replaced. They finished diagnosing and replacing the sensor in under the quoted time, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for the help and the great experience!

After $2,834.90 in repairs, 9 separate visits to now 3 different firestone locations, 6 failed repair attempts for the same issue, 2 breakdowns requiring tows, 2 visits to other locations for supplemental help, a month of on and off being without a car, this 2014 Kia soul still isn t fixed for what should have been a simple catalytic converter repair. If the catalytic converter had been replaced, both halves with OEM kia parts the first time around without replacing other parts just to have the exact same issue persist with needless expensive repairs, we would not be here today.After 6 visits and 4 failed repair attempts at another location in Garland, a 2014 Kia Soul was towed here for catalytic converter issues after having major acceleration and engine shaking issues on July 9th. (Invoice 153160). It was the closest location to the breakdown so it just made sense. My girlfriend who had the breakdown spoke with Marcus and he said if the car could be towed there, they would look at it and warranty the faulty parts.Spoke with Jason on July 11th. They said they found no issues, they drove it around the block a few times, ran a computerized test on the car, and cleared the check engine light. HELLO?!?!?! The car had to be towed there. The car didn't magically resurrect itself. If it was a clogged catalytic converter, you may not have issues until down the road when the engine gets hot.We pick up the car and sure enough, 30 minutes later acceleration issues, and we are back to square 1 need a tow. How can a mechanic be that dumb to not understand basic logic that the car HAD TO BE TOWED THERE??? There must be something wrong with it. Look a little deeper.Taking the car to another mechanic verified that both sides of the catalytic converter were clogged, causing the issue. My girlfriend's experience alone has ensured i have not and will never take my car to firestone. This is unbelievable!

I went in for a wheel alignment and told them my vehicle is pulling to the right. My vehicle is still pulling to the right but now the steering wheel isn't properly aligned while driving straight. I just wasted an hour of my time and came away worse off than when I went in. Maybe it's time for their wheel alignment machine to be recalibrated.

They treated me great until that one fateful day I asked for them to perform a routine "Lifetime Alignment". That's a service I paid for up front that theoretically gives me a free alignment recheck every time I ask for one. I asked for one along with an oil change and said I'm going on a road trip. When I picked it up, I asked for an alignment report. The employee said they did the alignment but didn't have a report printed. I asked him to print it. He said the printer is out of ink. Whatever. I gave up.That week, I could feel the steering wheel pulling to the side so that weekend I went back to the same store and asked a different employee about it. What ensued was almost comical. I'll try to reproduce it:Employee: "Yeah... I don't see any record of us aligning your car this past week."Me: "OK, I'm going on a road trip tomorrow and really needed to have my wheels aligned beforehand. Can you do it today? "Employee: "Sorry, we couldn't get to it until tomorrow."Me: "You can't bump someone else in line because you clearly neglected to perform the service we agreed upon last time?"Employee: "No, but maybe another Firestone can do it for you."Me: "Thanks. See you never."To his credit, he did find another Firestone that was able to get me in. But it really only takes one bad experience to completely ruin someone's trust. This experience did just that. I'll go to other Firestones, but not this one.

Don t bother! Front desk is rude and acts like they don t want your business. A cocky statement like, There s not a good time, We re the busiest shop in the area! When trying to find a good time to come back that would be less busy means I just won t be coming back. Rarely leave feedback, but thought others should know this store is just too busy, short staffed and doesn t give potential customers the time of day.

Went twice to this center for a vehicle inspection and 2nd time with a pre booked appointment too.But the front desk lady refused honoring the appointment.Front desk was rude and said that they have got more important customers who pay thousands of dollars and can t tend to customers who just need inspection. I believe they don t know of repeat business .This service center is certainly short staffed. Better to avoid for your own good. I am never going back there even if have thousands of dollars worth of repairs!!!

Poor service. They don't consider the client's time. For a flat tire repair, you must drop off the car and wait for 5 hours.

My tire blew out and I was driving on a donut. With work I didn t have the time to take my car in that morning. After calling different firestones who said they were too busy or I should have brought it in sooner, this location was able to get me in and get my one tire changed for me! I am very grateful they were able to see my desperation so I would be able to get to work the next day!

I don't know about the repair at this store but the lady at the front desk is so mad not because we didn't book an appointment but the appointment is not right type. She is just yelling at us instead of clearly explaining to us. Very bad experience!!

Today I got a flat on 121 on my brand new tire. Got off immediately. This place was right off the exit, thank God! Just wanted to thank the people there for replacing my flat tire with the spare so that I can go to the place I have hazard warranty under. They didn't charge me and I'm forever greatful. You didn't know how bad of a week I have had, so thank you!!

On January 13th 2023 went to get alignment,wheel balancing & tire rotation .Tall guy with long hair ponytail said to drop it off at 11.30am & pick it before closing at 7 pm they are busy he said so I drop it off. Guy didn t call me my car is ready I had call them at 5.30 he answered saying front alignment they couldn t do it because is frozen I don t understand what s frozen . So I went to pick it up & ask the same guy who call me can you explain me again please he got angry saying already told you on phone is frozen we couldn t do the front tire alignment I need to replace tie rod & gave me estimate $520 which I already did last then year ago I explain him . He was very rude & talking to me in attitude tone so I told him calm down talk politely to customer why you getting angry he responded what I am gonna do about that, I told him if you don t like this job look for another job & I ask his name he said pick all the business card here he is in it, he refuse it . So I went different Firestone location they loose tie rod bolt & did front tire alignment in less then hour . I don t recommend this location give your hard money business in different location .Service: Wheel alignment

I recently visited this location and despite how friendly and welcoming the guy who checked me in was I would never visit this location again. A few days after my visit I experienced issues with my vehicle and when I contacted the store I spoke with a manager who was very rude, and when I told him my issues and how my vehicle was inoperable his direct words to me were "well, I don't know what to tell you". I will go back to my usual location way across town rather than visit this location which is less than five minutes from my home.

I went to a different Firestone to get my oil changed and then as I was driving home I heard some weird noises and so I stopped to see what was going on. My skid plate had come loose and so I came to the nearest Firestone to see if they could help me.I came to this location at 5:20pm (they close at 7pm) but the staff member I talked to told me he could not work on the car until tomorrow. I asked if he could squeeze me in today because it wasn t my fault that this happened and then he gave me an attitude and said it wasn t his fault either.I told him it would only take 5-10 minutes and he said he had other people to service again with an attitude.I get it that it can be busy and we all want to go home too but there s no need to be hostile about it and the customer always comes first.I called the next closest Firestone which was 12 minutes away and they took me in right away. And I was in and out by 6pm ..This coppell location is a couple minutes from my house but with this kind of service I m not coming back. It s a no from me.

First I took a wheel alignment appointment 2 weeks ahead based on the ratings on Google. I was driving for an appointment well ahead of time but on the way I had a minor accident which resulted in just 5min delay arrival to the firestone appointment and the person at the front desk said they couldn't honor the appointment just because I was 5min late with a lot negative attitude. He could've told politely said but that wasn't the case, instead he was yelling and repeating the same when I was explaining why I was late. I would never again visit this store.

This is a good place to get your vehicle taken care of. They're well trained professionals and it doesn't take long for them to handle whatever problem 5that you might have with your vehicle. If they can't fix it they have others connection's that they will be able to refer you too. I recommend this place for everyone that wants a satisfying job. The cashier lady was so rude and treated customers like ignorant fools. Especially to customers appeared to be middle-eastern racial background. Management should be liable for hiring a racially biased person.
