My car decided to act up, and I needed immediate attention, I googled to see what was available in the area and Coppell Tire came up. They fit me in immediately and got me out the same day, I am grateful to them and recommend them to everyone

Imagine this, you are on your way to work and have a flat. You look up nearest tire shop and go there to fix it right? These clowns refused to patch a tire because it was not purchased from them. They are very selective on whom they work and they won t - because I see on reviews they ve helped other customers like this while also denying others for no rhyme or reason. Maybe you must be white to get service here.. shame on them. Never trust them

these guys are lovely. Pulled in because my tire light started flashing on the freeway and they were closest. They were so nice and helpful! They dropped everything to look into it, and I wasn't even late to work. Really appreciated it!

I needed a tire plugged and was told NO because my tires wasn t purchased at they facility when I m driving a brand new kia 2023 car so all the tires are still new and I was just getting off work trying to go to the nearest location and they was absolutely no help at all not to mention it was only 1 guy in there he didn t even bother to look at my tire just no help at all I do not recommendService: Tires

Shannon and his staff are great. We have taken our cars here for 14 years. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Check engine light showed up on my vehicle. Took it to the shop on a Saturday morning. After the diagnostic found out it was a bad fuel injector. They had it back to me that evening. Drove it the next morning and the engine light came back on. I took the car back to the shop the following Monday and the owned up to a technical mistake and corrected the issue on the house. They also noticed ware on the front lower control arms and I had those replaced as well.I was happily surprised with the honor and responsibility displayed by this shop. Just not the same. Not sure if the owners changed or what but we have been going here for probably 20 years and they were very good until my daughter brought in her vehicle a couple years ago and it came out with issues. At the time I assumed it was the vehicle.Took in our vehicle for a basic second opinion diagnostic and the vehicle came out FAR worse. Broke engine cowling, didn t care and couldn t be bothered to even put it back together. Very sloppy. Complete pain to deal with and unresponsive and all for what should have been a simple 20 min diagnostic not an ordeal.If it wasn t for the great service and mechanical skill of years past I d give them a one star. It s a shame as I prefer to support local business but this service was at best, poor.Despite sending a dozen or more friends to them in the past, I cannot recommend this business any longer.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The guys here are so friendly and work hard to serve their customers well. My check engine light was on and we took it in. Even though they were booked, we told them I leave for school on Thursday and they made sure to squeeze us in so I could get back to school safely. Robert and Shane saved my life! Nothing like being almost 100 miles from home, not knowing the area and needing immediate car repairs! Thankful there are still good folks out there like these guys!

I've been bringing my car here for years and until 2 weeks ago everything was fine. I arrived at 8:15 on a Saturday morning for them to repair my AC again (I spent $600+ for them to repair it back in April). I was told I had to come back during the week because they had other obligations. 1) they do not take appointments. 2) I arrived 15 minutes after they opened, even if they had other obligations, the fact that I doled out $600+ for an issue that was allegedly fixed, I should be made a priority. When I stated that either I'm seen that day or I need a refund for the work that was still under warranty (they have a 24 month or 20k mile warranty for their work) they were able to find someone to take a look at it. The problem still isn't fixed (allegedly it's my compressor now when in April it was a hose that needed to be replaced). My father has also been trying to speak to the manager via phone since my ordeal and has been given the run around. I'm deeply disappointed by this situation seeing as how I've come here for 6 years.

These guys are awesome and do a great job, honest, fair and done in good time, no upsells or hustles..they do what is really needed for the repairs and they text update throughout the entire service so there are no surprises and to let you know when the car will be ready..I love not having to go to the Lexus dealership!! Our extended family has at least 4 cars serviced with them for various issues.

2nd time in 3 months that we have taken in vehicles, expecting to PAY More and been GRATEFULLY Surprised! This time "Matthew" told me I Didn't NEED an alignment, only tire rotation!!! Ask for MATTHEW! Great, Honest Service!!! He even told me about another issue that I should take to the dealership so it would be FREE, AND IT WAS!!!!

I have been taking my car to CT&A for quite a few years (my car is 12 years old). I can truly say I have never encountered such great service. I've had the pleasure of being helped by Brad and Shannon, both always explaining everything in detail and answer all my questions...and believe me, I do like to ask questions.I've even had to tow it there several times, and they would check to make sure the tow got to my house, etc, etc.As a female, car shops can sometimes be very intimidating, but not here. From the beginning I always received great service.I always have peace of mind once my car is in their hands because I know it will be fixed. A very trustworthy place and team.

Brad and Shannon do great work, are trustworthy, don't suggest unnecessary work and are economical. Highly recommended!2016/01/02 update: Real professionals, great work2018 Jun: These guys continue to be the best. Took my car in thinking the brakes were squeaking and due for replacement and was told "nope, plenty of brake left, no need to replace. also, still 2000 miles to scheduled service - just wait". Just amazing!!!

My thanks to Coppell Tire and Auto! I was introduced to this shop by a co-worker who recommended them. I took him up on the recommendation several years ago and have been coming here ever since. Shannon, Brad, and Marcie make it easy .I can bring my car in before work, they'll take me to the office, and pick me up when my car is ready. I appreciate their straight, no-nonsense approach and the great job of working on my car as well. THANKS! Marcia.

Of the many states I've lived in and the many different shops that I've dealt with, Coppell Tire & Auto is, by far, the best. I continue to be amazed by these guys, and for several reasons. WIth four daughters and many cars to maintain through the years, they have always treated me well. After 8 years of service and many, many repairs on these vehicles, i've never once been disappointed. They have worked with me several times to provide a less expensive repair option. They always do quality work. Twice while sitting in the waiting area, I have witnessed them tell another customer that the repair was very minor and there was no charge. Who does that anymore? I thought that type of care and service was no longer existent. I was recommended to CT&A by a friend who bragged on them. That was 8 years ago and I've recommended them to everyone I meet who mentions a car repair need. ALL of my family and most of my friends now use them. They're that good. You should give them an opportunity to impress you too.

I've been going Coppell Tire and Auto for several years and have always been more than satisfied with their service. They are honest, trustworthy, and friendly. Their work is always done efficiently and quickly and I've never had a problem with any of their repairs. I would (and do) recommend this place to any one who wants a thorough job done.

I have brought all my cars, from 200,000M suburban to 75,000M Porsche since the day they opened. I may have sent 100 friends here as well. Why? They are honest, they are reasonable, they do good work and they are pleasant along the way.There were a couple of years during their growth that they had some staffing issues, from rude to poor work, they handled that period made some changes and continue to provide excellent work.I like to say these are the kind of guys you could drop your car off with, leave them $1,000 cash, and ask them to fix all that needs fixing. When you return they will have fixed what needed fixing and return the unused funds. That's honesty and integrity that is in short supply in the auto repair business.

By for the WORST service I have ever had...EVER!No one there moves with any quickness. They told me my vehicle would be ready Thursday or Friday... Here I am today on a Monday. Vehicle is now ready but of course all their paperwork is unorganized. I will never do business with them again. No custom service! Amateur hour at the circus.Also, everyone says how great of work they do. Not true! I'd be fine with them moving slow if I got back great work. Quick walk around the car and it looks fine. The more I look the more I see how half fast the job was. Attention to detail was lacking. Pictures can be proven.

They do good work at a good price but do the work without calling first even when you request a call at time of drop off. They don't listen. And when I called for a quote they couldn't even bother to call back like they said they would. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service but the work is good which is why they didn't receive 1 star from me, however customer service is important when there are others like Jays mobile who will work with you right away on a quote.

My husband and I have taken our cars here for 11 years. Overall it was good. However last month I took my 1 yr. old Honda for an oil change and they said it needed a new air filter and alignment. Since the car only had 12K miles I was for the first time suspicious. I took it to the dealer and it didn't need either. We are not going back. Also, they didn't fill up the fluids, just did the oil change.

Always excellent service and fair pricing from Shannon and Brad. They fixed my son's friend car. The check engine light had come on. They replaced the fuel cap and reset the light all for $44. It's good to have a shop that you can trust. Most shops charge at least $60 to even diagnose a problem. Thanks for taking care of our family friend! You have another customer!

Been using Coppell Tire and Auto for years. I do most minor maintenance myself and bring the big complex jobs here. They (Shannon and team) always take the time to explain the repair and options, which is great for used teenagers cars. Most recently I brought a tire TPMS issue in and they re-synced my car s system for no cost. They also do great pre-purchase used car inspections. I ll be a customer for life. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Honest and trust worthy guys that always deliver! This trip i had my oil changed and breaks repaired before leaving for a road trip. Thankful they were able to get me in and out so quickly!

Honest people, kind and considerate. Ttreat you the same even not having your business. My car was low in pressure in one tire. Brought it in to fix the issue. Only to find out there was a tiny nail on the side of a tire. Since I purchased the set of tires from another shop with hazard coverage, I took the car back without any fixes. I indicated that I could pay any inspection fees. Shannon told me there was no charge. The mechanic, Jake, was friendly to stop his work and show me the location of the nail.I would recommend Tire & Auto for their kindness and honesty!
