My new favorite BMW shop. I had a persistent steering wheel shake on my 2006 Z4m and they were able to figure it out quickly. I especially liked that they showed me the issue while it was on the rack. The technician was very knowledgeable and seemed well versed on the car. The repair cost was definitely reasonable for the work done. Thanks BMS for the great service!

There is nothing but good things to say as far as my experience with this exceptional establishment. The customer service and friendliness is beyond great! The service to my vehicle was the same and quick considering I didn't have an appointment that day. This place is definitely my go to place my service needs. I recommend everyone to give them a try if your BMW needs service. A+

I brought my son s 2001 BMW 330i here for a diagnostic and Bimmer provided great service all around! From the ease of scheduling the appointment online with a follow-up call from them after to confirm to them providing a complimentary Lyft ride for me home, a complimentary multi-point inspection, free air fresheners and in and out same day with frequent check-ins via text throughout the day! Top notch service! Highly recommend! Cheers!

Bimmer Motor Specialists did a great jobs in replacing the rear suspension and air compressor on my BMW X5. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They are very reliable, honest and professional and all the work was performed as expected in a very timely manner. They take time to explain in detail the issues and how that impacts the operation of the vehicle. I will greatly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs at reasonable cost

I am very happy with the service I received at Bimmer Motor Specialist. They have always been very polite, been honest about my repairs and has not tried to sell me services my BMW doesn't need. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future for servicing.

Thank you Alex and your team on taking my m340i xDrive I had a cel they made sure they fixed the problem. Iam most grateful for y'all's hard work. They actually care about there customers I felt confident leaving my bimmer with them . If I have anything I need done to my car I'm coming to them I'm never going back to a dealership.

Referred by a co-worker. Thorough service with clearly stated options that explained potential issues, costs to repair and gave me the opportunity to make an informed decision. Reasonable cost. Will definitely continue having my Audi serviced here.

Excellent service and very honest staff! My volkswagon was making a slight sound so I dropped it off. They spent a few hours checking to see if anything was wrong with it. They didn't find anything nor did they charge me for their time. Really kind people. I'll definitely be bringing my cat here for any service needed. Highly recommend this place

The BMS team is the best! They have taken care of multiple BMWs I have owned over the years and I appreciate their honesty, communication, and fair pricing. The team is super friendly. I recommend them to anyone driving a BMW!

Less than satisfactory, especially being a 10-year customer. Left my son's car there all day, only to be told when we returned at 5:00 that the part they ordered was defective. Suggestion: why not order two of the parts, and send one back, to prevent unnecessary inconvenience to the customer? Also, they drove my car 56 miles while in their care! Really? Why? Finally, did not offer any sort of discount or future benefit to keep me loyal as a customer. Heater works now, but not worth the hassle and $829 I shelled out in the process.

Took my vehicle in to get a 2nd opinion after the dealer stated I had a rear differential leak and they confirmed it. I also had a couple other items fixed. They quoted them and fixed them also. I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of work! Thank you!

Bimmer took the time to listen to my concerns with my vehicle and is clearly knowledgeable in BMW specifics. They were patient and understanding of my perspective and my lack of knowledge on car things and I could tell they cared to help me. They went above and beyond to work with me on a unique situation with my vehicle and I couldn t be more appreciative! Thanks so much for the great service!

This place is amazing! They helped service my car and gave me a great prices on parts that are very competitive. The company is run with honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction first, and I respect that. The employees are all super kind and helpful, and helped answer any questions I had about my repairs. I recommend this place to everyone and I ve had multiple friends go there and have just a good as an experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!I have an older model BMW that had an oil leak and needed several other repairs. I ve waisted thousands of dollars over the past few years taking it to mechanics who simply didn t know how to fix it but were willing to take my money without saying so. This was my last effort to get it fixed before getting rid of it all together.Every person from the owner, service agent, and receptionist were pleasant and friendly on every occasion I needed to interact with someone. Their service is professional and honest. They kept me well informed and provided itemization of each repair needed. There were no surprises. The facility was clean and in a safe location. I won t trust anyone else from here forward with any BMW I purchase.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto emissions testing

While the staff effectively rectified the issue with a false check engine light on my vehicle, the cost of services seemed quite steep. Initially, I was charged $360 for the diagnosis, only to then pay an additional $250 for a "necessary" ECU software upgrade to address the issue. I was under the impression that the diagnostic fee could be waived or included in the repair cost, but it appears this was not the case.Although the job was completed successfully, I found the overall experience to be cost-prohibitive. This may deter me from seeking their services or recommending them in the future. I believe potential customers should be aware of the pricing structure before deciding to use these guys.Update: I was recommended to replace my rear shocks/mounts by these guys, an $1000+ service. I took my car to another reputable mechanic and had them check, and there were no issues at all with the rear shocks. No leaks, boots were intact and dry. I'd never never use this mechanic again. It's irresponsible to recommend services not needed especially based on visual inspection of my tires alone.

I used them couple of times for both my BMW s and I will have to say they are the best in the area. Prompt, professional, efficient, reliable and very reasonable when it comes to repair costs. Thoroughly pleased with my experience at BMS. They had my older VW with emissions issues fixed quickly and effectively at a reasonable cost. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional and I had no doubts about the work being done. It s wonderful to now have a trustworthy shop to bring my well loved car and will recommend them every chance I get!

Fantastic shop! These European master mechanics are the only ones I trust my 150k vehicles with. They got my S550 Coupe running like new when the Stealership couldn't. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys will take care of you! After having my dream car E46 M3 for 2 months I have been in and out of their shop a few times for checkups and minor upgrades to my car. I know Phillip, Rob and Thomas on a personal level now, they are super friendly and very informative. Would highly recommend taking your business here!

Prior to taking my vehicle to this shop, my friend had given me a good review of his experience but my experience was very different. The problem with my vehicle was misdiagnosed and I had to pay for service that didn t resolve my issue. I am not sure that I will be going back there again.David Akuffo.

Philip and his staff are friendly, professional, and always do a top-notch job at a reasonable price. Equipped for diagnosis and repair of newer models, and lots of resources for repair of the older ones like mine. This was the first time I had my Mini cooper worked on at this place and I had excellent service. My car had Trouble and would barely run, we discussed options of towing or if drivable. I Talked with them several times and they were very helpful. They were able to fix the car quickly. I recommend them and will use them again.

I ve been going to Bimmer Motor for 3 years and they have taken care of my 2008 328i.
