We had planned to donate our vehicle to family in Coppell Texas planning to drive it over 900 miles from South Carolina. Just before departure however, we developed an oil pressure issue and were unable to get it fixed in time for our scheduled trip. Reluctantly, we gingerly drove it to coppell from SC but made an appointment with Beas in advance of our arrival. We chose Beas based on the close proximity to our family.We could not have received better service anywhere. The staff at Beas was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Never in all my visits to repair shops has the technician voluntarily provided me with the defective parts including photos, explaining in detail what went wrong with my oil system. My vehicle was good as new and we now had peace of mind about turning our car over to our family in need. Thank you Beas for an amazing experience. We will surely recommend future visits to Beas for all our Texas family.

OK, I'm an odd dude. I drive a 30 year old Isuzu Trooper with over 300K every day. The only people I like and trust enough to fix my vehicle(s) are at Beas Auto Repair. Parts are sometimes not easy to find especially since my particular vehicle was made by a company that stopped selling vehicles it produced after the 2004 model. Yup, it can be an adventure to find parts but I count on Beas to get me up and running with a minimum of drama. They may not be the cheapest but they have truly been amazing in their ability to help keep my vehicles (also have a 4Runner with 325K) on the road. I wish they were closer to where I live but they make it worth the trip. I consider them friends and know that they''ll do their best when needed. Thanks!!

Beas Auto Repair is great . My cars have been serviced there for the last five years. Prices are competitive, but more importantly the mechanics at Beas are honest. I've brought two different vehicles in with what I thought were larger problems, that turned out to be minor. They could have easily told me my issue was expensive, but instead gave me honest assessments that were very inexpensive to fix.

Great customer service, Bilingual(English/Spanish), Speedy, They get the job done Family Oriented, I love how they take pictures and videos while they are working to show you what they fixed or any other issue that may pop up.I ve brought my car here twice for two big separate issues and turn around was 24/48 hoursPrices are reasonable compared to other mechanics in the area.My car is a Dodge Charger 2017

I had an accident claim and was referred by a friend to take to Beas Auto. I m always very skeptical to take to auto shops because of terrible experiences. So I gave them a shot. They did a great job at the body work that needed to be done! I also saw them for a clanking noise that I had on the vehicle that I had for awhile and they re were very thorough and communicated every step of the way what they saw and what they suggested needed to be done. I particularly enjoyed the over communication and the promptness on when my vehicle would be done. Because of this great experience I will continue to take my vehicle to these guys for all my maintenance needs.

This place is really a find. Been in a few times, today a good example of how they work. My Explorer s horn didn t work and another shop diagnosed the problem as a bad clockspring but they couldn t find the part. Diana found the correct part and when it arrived, I brought in the truck. Horn works fine now. While in the shop, I asked them to change the cabin filter, a $70 labor job. But after they had disassembled the glovebox and part of the dash to get at the cabin filter, they found it didn t need replacing so they put everything back together and charged me nothing for labor or the part. Great folks!

Very nice family owned business. They are very helpful and have decent prices. They worked with my warranty company on a major repair on my car. The waiting room is amazing, with a sofa, TV, and even game systems. Its a great place to wait for your car.

This is like the best kind of good old fashioned auto repair. They got us in fast for a front end alignment and then discovered when the truck was up on the rack that it was already correctly aligned but needed two new tires first. They walked me through the problem (control arms) in detail. Didn t try to sell me tires, aired up my current tires, charged me a grand total of ZER0 dollars. They re my new favorite repair place. My go to spot for any repairs. Have had several issues the past couple of years with my auto and always rely on them. I have had AC repairs, belts, suspension, oil changes done at this place. They are very honest, reasonable, and TRANSPARENT company that I can always rely on for any issues that may arise. Diana and Rob, I believe his name was, were friendly and had availability for me much quicker than another company in Coppell that I was considering going to for my check engine light issue. I've always been a skeptic of auto mechanics but at Beas I had no worries. After the work was completed it came in under my quoted price and finished faster than the estimated time. I was there last week with my wife s vehicle and charged $100 for diagnostics. Unfortunately the diagnostics was not complete/accurate as I was not able to make it back to her work without stopping at another shop. The mechanic there advised it had only been partially diagnosed. The problem was that there was air in the system, due to the cap being off of the coolant reservoir.Therefore just adding coolant, as what was done for the assessment, was not sufficient. The mechanic at the second shop expressed the air out of the system, added more water/coolant and since the. there has been no more issues.I attempted to communicate this matter by both messenger and email to solicit a response and an effort to make any adjustments. They have failed to respond to any of my earlier communication attempts.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I love Beas Auto! They staff is fantastic and they are very honest people when it comes to what actually needs to be repaired. I have yet to have a bad experience with this company and I have recommended them to several people since the first time I had them work on my car! They catch the issues and let me know as soon as they find them, what I need to have done and they even show me the part or at least take a photo of it! I cant recommend Beas Auto enough! Loved this place! Diana was so hospitable and knowledgeable and the mechanics seemed friendly and no nonsense. I was late to appointment and was still out in a flash. They installed a part I d brought with me for no extra charge. Though I m in the city of Dallas, I ll be making the trip out to visit Beas for my car needs. I had to have my car towed here when my water pump went out and at the same time I had them check out my A/C system because it was not working right. They ended up replacing the water pump and tacking on many other parts I thought were unnecessary but they said I had to if I wanted to have a warranty for the repairs. They did a temporary fix for the A/C and charged me what I believed from my research to be an egregious amount for the repairs. The A/C stopped working a couple months later so I took it back for them to fix and again they gave me an insane quote with lots of extra items tacked on. I ended up taking it somewhere else and got the repair done for half the cost.

I purchased a 2010 F150 from auction, took it to Beas Auto, Roberto worked on the truck, sent photos of Engine damage and communicated to great lengths. Dianna in the office was in constant contact with me. When it was determined that the engine needed to be replaced, Beas auto allowed me to source the motor and accepted delivery. They worked around the clock to prep the car for the swap so once they received the motor I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day. They did not increase their labor prices even when I had the motor shipped to them (bringing your eggs to the diner is not allowed at most shops.) For a person who did not grow up in DFW and moved down here a few years ago finding a good repair shop is hard to find. I know when I have issues outside of my realm of abilities or knowledge I will be a return customer. In the world of mechanic and car repair it can be hard to find honest people. Id recommend Beas Auto to my family, priest or whoever needed repair. I had my service Van worked on a complete break job and also stayed inspection. The total for the repair came to $300 under the quote even though they had to do extra work that was not included in the original quote. They communicated what had to be done and what parts had to be used to insure a good quality repair would be done. Went in over three weeks ago to get a repair estimate for some simple collision damage, and was told an estimate would be forthcoming, but nothing. I called twice for status and was told they were behind. Take your business elsewhere, unless you have a big buck insurance repair, they could care less.

Today we trusted our 2nd car to this wonderful family. They took care of my husband's car about 3 months ago and today they did everything they could to make sure I got back on the road safely.I was welcomed this morning by someone willing lesion to me about what I felt like was wrong... she reassured me that they would help me and communicated with me throughout the day regarding parts and labor to make sure I was comfortable.The team even stayed late by over an hour to make sure I had the car back today. I have found a hidden gem that I could not keep to myself.

Update: Definitely still avoid. As I said, the plugs and wires were changed last year and I was hesitant to believe that they would be the issue. There was still an obvious misfire issue as the engine was still shaking the truck. New shop switch coils on cylinder 2 and 4 and the problem switch to cylinder 2. New coil was put on and engine running fine now. It was that simple. Something you said was not the issue turned out to be the problem.Avoid!!!! Took my truck in because it had a misfire. They called and said it was the ignition coils. Just so happened that I had replaced them over the weekend one of the cylinders they said was misfiring. I had to ask them if they would switch it with another cylinder and test it again. They called back and said the problem stayed on the same cylinder and it wasn t the coil. They now insisted it was the spark plugs causing the issue. They changed the plugs and I asked them if it fixed the issue when I picked up it up. Told me it was running better but cylinder 4 was still have a small issue but was running ok. This wasn t even close to fixing the issue as it was still misfiring extremely bad. What is most upsetting is they wouldn t do a basic process of elimination. Switch the coil, the wire, and then the plug to see if they could replicate it on another cylinder. They want you to throw money at the problem without really knowing what s wrong with it. They also jammed my wire against the fire wall and had one angled so that it hits the steering column almost as if hoping to cause more issues down the road.Took it to another shop that did the basic process of elimination and had it up in running within a few hours.

The Beases were my go-to for car repairs back in DFW for four years. I lost track of all the work they did to keep my car, a 2010 Mazda 3 with 177K miles, on the road. Quotes for parts and work always seemed reasonable, and everyone in the family was friendly and great to chat with whenever I had to hang out at the repair shop for a bit. Moreover, they were almost always able to get my car fixed up in 24 hours which was a major help given that I ended up doing a lot of traveling for a few years. Beas Auto Repair has been the BEST place I have ever experienced. The people there have provided not only the best service but have provided HONEST service for me every time I have been and I appreciate that the most. The whole staff has always been GREAT!!Once again Beas Auto Repair does not disappoint. They have done some body work and check engine light service on my car these past weeks 5/13/22 - 5/19/22 and let me just say their service is GREAT all the way from the front desk with Rob and Diana helping me get everything set up to get the work done until it came time to picking my car up. The whole staff puts in a lot of work into what they do and it is APPRICIATED!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT BEAS AUTO REPAIR!!
