Literally the worst place auto service establishment I've ever visited in the United states. 2 days, 3 hours of waiting and never even changed the tires or even started the process. Only me in the waiting room. If you have plenty of time to waste and like useless staff this is the place to go. A young gentleman named Cameron is the only person that was professional and great at customer service.

I recently visited this establishment to replace my Walmart car battery, which was still under warranty. Initially, there was a pricing discrepancy, and I faced some resistance in getting the replacement at the correct warranty cost. After some discussion, the issue was resolved, and the battery was replaced as per the warranty terms.However, during this process, I encountered a less-than-professional demeanor from the manager, Kevin, which left a negative impression. While I appreciate the helpfulness of the mechanics, particularly considering the circumstances, the overall customer service experience, especially at the managerial level, did not meet my expectations. This encounter has given me reservations about recommending this location to others.

WORST customer service ever! I purchased 4 brand new tires and the warranty plan. One of my tires caught a nail and needed to be replaced. The rude lady didn t even look up my account on my warranty after I told her the tires were covered instead told me to go to another auto shop up the street. Now I had to pay for another tire when I was shied away from my warranty purchase that should have been covered! I was then told I didn t have to purchase a new tire and the warranty covered it and to come back to the Walmart location! Horrible horrible service

Very unsatisfied! They say they re open from 7am - 7pm I show up to get my vehicle serviced I m waiting just to be told they can t do anything due to the fact of not having a technician Mind you it s 9am already why isn t there a technician?

Went to get a new battery and antonio was super helpful, friendly and fast would recommend him and this walmart on f.m 78 any day 5 stars customer care. Came here to have my car serviced. Left me with a loose oil filter and didn t properly secure the pan causing a small drip of oil. Luckily, I didn t loose much. But now my car is covered in oil. I can t say I ll be back after what I saw. I tried to come back but I was turned away by the tech. Went to another location but I would have had to have waited over 3 hours. What are you guys doing? No matter what time I go to the center on FM78 or on N.Foster Rd, there's always at least a 2-4 hour wait. Last time I was at the N.Foster location, they put high performance oil into the car that came in after mine....and I specifically requested the high performance oil because that is what I always get because I'm over 190K miles...and this was AFTER I already waited 2 hours. Today, I called the FM78 location and let the phone ring 45 minutes before it automatically disconnected me; I call back again and it rang for 3 min before someone picked up. I don't know what either locations problem is but if it is a supply-and-demand issue or not enough employees, then their managers need to work together and figure out a hiring and reordering plan. I ended up taking my car to Take 5 on FM78.

2+ hours on a tire patch is insane!!!! Never had a patch take more than an hour!!! At most and only because they were busy. I was the first person here and I was the only one for tire service. But 2 hours for a patch?Service: TiresService: Tires

Called and asked if they had a specific type of oil and they said they carried it but had none in stock so we agreed over the phone that I would provide the oil and when my car got there they said they did have the oil. Only to find out they put whatever oil they wanted to in there. After demanding a refund and telling them to put the rite oil (Witch I paid for bye the way) my car stared acting real weird sensors were going off I had 2 flat tires. None of my tires had the same pressure in them. The paper they gave me said all of the tires were checked and at 35 pounds that was false one was at 43 one at 30 one at 47. The other I don't know because of a blowout I had on the highway. Please do not take your car here.

Went to get an oil change, my first time and I must say pleasantly surprised . Elsalvador.( I know I butchered his name) was very professional and I got out in a timely manner and it was inexpensive. Thank you so much

My experience in this particular Walmarts auto center is always good. The auto people are friendly and pretty knowledgeable, even making some suggestions at times I needed to hear. I come here regularly for oil changes and tires.

I just completed a maintenance on my Ford Edge. So far, I am pleased with the service. It is my first time at Walmart in probably 10 years. I will return for another oil change in the future.

Went in at 7am needed a new tire due to blow out. They replaced the tire and qouted me on 3 more tires with road hazard warranty all in 30mins. Made it on time to work at shertz parkway by 8am.

Poor communication between stores. Bought tires at one location, tried to get help at different location and had to go back to original location due to system not showing my purchase. Very inconvenient.

Got here at 7:06 in my company truck with a flat and no tools to change tire. Wal-Mart doesnt have hours of operation on their search results, and I was hoping they shut down at 7:30 was a mistake. They shut down at 7 sharp, and couldnt even barroa a jack. So here I am now for almost an hour watching these guys closing as they avoid looking this direction even when my baby hits the high notes of her hollering episode. Thanks Wal-Mart. I gave it 2 stars instead of one since the guy was nice enough to recommend me hop the curb to where I can balance my truck on three wheels and just have that flat one up in the air to change it.Great advice.

Bought new tires they wanted to put the new tires in the back i told them no i want them in the front because i had just gotten an alignment they gave me a little problem but I told them "I'm the customer & it's my car therefore do what I want" after that they did what I wanted & I left.

Terrible - gentleman checking in people said he would get to me next and then went to 2 other cars that arrived after me. I left after that. Seemed overwhelmed by only 5 cars.

Idiots didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting. Waited for 45 minutes and decided to take off. Do not recommend this Walmart for auto needs.
