Cisco was recommended to me by a friend. And now I m recommending them to y all. He was accommodating, came to me since my car was not drivable. He inspected my vehicle, taught me about the problem (and a few other things about car maintenance), was honest about why he uses the parts he does, and upfront about cost. He completed the work all in a couple hours. He even inspected the car for other issues he noticed (I ll be going back to him to correct those soon). He does it all and that just means I ve found my go to mechanic for life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!Service: Auto water leak repair

After calling around and searching for a mobile mechanic, I had the luck of coming across TKO. Cisco came out and did a diagnostic on our truck, he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. His pricing is extremely reasonable and he also gives discounts for first responders!! We won t let anyone else touch our vehicles from now on if it s not Cisco! The amount of time and care that he puts into his work helps us to breathe easy about our vehicle maintenance. And his customer service is amazing. He stays in contact and keeps us updated with the diagnostics, the parts needed and the pricing.

Cisco does a great job and explaining all his repairs and diagnostics in terms non-mechanic people can understand which is greatly appreciated. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I ve had control arms,shocks, tie rods, and a/c vent actuator all done by TKO. I was pleased with all the work done by Cisco and would recommend him as an honest and trustworthy mechanic/business owner

Had a Tune Up along with an oil leak around manifold. Replaced new gaskets, plugs, coil. Timely fashion. I got the best service from Cisco and on short notice. My engine light came on and he was able to fit me in same day unlike the car dealership. He fixed my car on up and now I m back to work. Francisco responded almost immediately when I requested help, very professional & even worked with me on the price. Came out twice & even worked on my truck in the rain. Highly recommend his mobile service as it made the whole process a whole lot easier. I hired Cisco to do a pre-purchase inspection of a used car I wanted to buy. He was very easy to work with - saved me about three hours by offering to drive to the dealership for a reasonable additional fee and inspect it there. He clearly knew what he was doing, and earned my trust. I'd use him again -- for another inspection, or for repairs (if I lived closer to the TKO Automotive shop).

I chose not to use this buisiness after not given a proper diagnostic . I was in a bind and went to a fb group looking for a mobile mechanic . After several people recommending this individual I said ok , let s give him a try . He showed up quickly took a payment but left my residence giving my wife no real answers . Nothing written or detailed . I was told he would contact me upon leaving and he never did . It took 3days to hear from him . Then when I did he said he was going through something a family emergency . I told him I wished his family well ,and to contact me when everything settled . Then again no reply so I contacted him . It wasn t till I asked for a refund because I can t use the diagnostic fee towards service ,that he replied to me .He stated he would work with us in the beginning but that was not the case . He told me I didn t have the money for the repairs anyways that s why he didn t reach out to explain the full diagnostic or explain the problem . Now I m out the fee and no answers as to what is wrong with my vehicle . He gained money and I gained no answers . I would not recommend him to anyone . I feel scammed . This is not how you conduct business. Great way to take money from someone during the holidays. Offer your services with no intention to do the work just collect a fee that I can t use towards then end of my bill. If I could give zero stars I would.
