I've been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. Not a single issue with any repair done. His prices are quite fair and he guarantees his work. If you can find a better deal on parts he will let you bring your own. He is busy so you will have to wait a few days with your vehicle at his shop, but you ALWAYS wait for quality work at a fair price.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto body & trim replacement

These guys are wonderful! Expert auto repair shop. I would definitely recommend them. They repaired my Chrysler 300 at an affordable price and got me back on the road.

Ram has been my mechanic forever and the only one I trust.I even bought my now vehicle from his lot.His honesty, expertise, experience and sincerity is unmatchable.GOD S speed Ram and the others. Also many many many thanks as always. :)I should have posted this soooooo long ago!!!!!!

Took my car here, they were professional, affordable, and communicate with you. I dropped my car off on a Friday, they diagnosed it, and we had it back on Monday afternoon. Thank you Ram!

Ram did a fantastic job. I called in the morning, took our car in for a replacement power steering pressure hose in the afternoon, and it was ready for pickup in the evening for a very reasonable price. I would definitely take my car here again.

This is a friendly family business. I've mostly dealt with the father and son.but they are always nice and friendly and funny. The few minutes I spend there monthly I always get good service.

Great experience. Theses guys were very honest. Have very good customer service. They know what they are doing and do very good work. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them if I have any other problems. Thanks again for fixing my sons truck.

Im not sure about this company. I had a check engine light and so i called the company. They wanted to charge me for diagnostics after i told them the diagnosis. They were NOT helpful.

I don't even know where to begin.I took my truck in to Ram's on FM 78.Changes were done. Which was supposed to be change the radiator which I took and an ignition coil. They were supposed to flush out the entire coolant and transmission fluid!They gave me stories that I had a leak in my water pump. Mind you, I've NEVER had a leak and my truck never over heated. I told the old rude lady NOT to do anything else to my truck except for the things originally that I wanted done. Once I picked up my truck all that chocolate gunk that was floating in the radiator due to the transmission fluid mixing with the water was STILL in there!!!! They claim to have our new coolant and new transmission fluid! They were supposed to do a completely FLUSH! Mr. Ram himself told me that they could NOT do it because they need a "special" machine to flush it out! Now, if this was the case, why didn't he say that in the first place! ?? I would NOT have taken my truck there! I am beyond pissed!!!!I should've listened to everyone here with all these bad reviews!He said he still flushed it, but that's NOT true! If you need a special machine why say you flushed it? !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE!!!! 429.89 later!!!! All for this crap to stay the same!!! I'm making sure everyone knows about this place!!!! BAD, BAD SERVICE!!!! I DON'T give them any stars for that matter!

hadn't driven the car in some while due to engine light coming on. When I brought it in I wanted it to be diagnosed, thermostat, water pump replaced, radiator flush in hope that would fix the problem. RAM did not diagnose the engine at all. The ticket had several charges, some were cost of oil, antifreeze, etc. Water pump was #1 on the ticket. It was not only loose, had no water in the reserve but the water pump was not replaced. ( RAM=Deceptive Trade Practices). I had to take it to another shop the next day where the mechanic pointed out work I was billed for not done and questioned why they would do near $400 work into it w/o doing the water pump which revealed I needed a head gasket. RAM, while my car was in the shop wanted to sell me a motor for $2800 of that $900 was labor and the engine they wanted to sell me would already have 100,000 miles on it and their warranty would be only 3 months. I am glad I had the sense to get my car out and NO, I would never recommend ANYONE to trust this garage. If they do work on your car, make certain to get your old parts back. The owner didn't even want to show me what they did under the hood... they knew.

Ram's Automtoive is my go-to shop when it comes to all of my car needs from minor to major repairs. It's a family run small business and the quality of service is great! Over the years I've gotten tune-ups, numerous oil changes, brake replacements, mystery leaks fixed, tires replaced, etc.

Rams auto is the best shop in converse i had my rear main seal done and the work that was done fast and in a clean manner no more oil leaks here. i would recommend this shop to any one if you live in the converse area give them a try these guys really treat the customers like they are number one priority and they wont do any work to your vehicle until you give them the go ahead i like rams for what it is a good honest automotive shop.

Great place to take your vehicles to get repaired. Took my truck, that others couldn't fix, and in about a week got it running and back on the road. Would recommend this place.

I agree with the other user review they do have decetive practices. I took it in for a diagnostic and they called me after everything was said and done. I did not authorize them to do anything but a diagnostic to it. Never got a call about what was wrong with the vehicle just a call from some really rude ass old lady who didn"t have a clue what they did to my vehicle but she rambled off a price. And when i questioned what the charges were she had no clue what she was talking about.
