I've been here a few times now and they guys are awesome! They're friendly, quick and informative and don't try and push services on you that aren't needed. && The store manager has a great energy and ensures the whole 10min experience is as pleasant and smooth as possible;10/10 would definitely recommend!!

I want to thank Lonnie Dirke and Curtis today. These well informed, hard working, and respectful people gave me overwhelmingly positive service. Probably the best car maintence experience I ever had. Highly recommend and wish nothing but the best for these two.

Beware. This location will lie to you stating semi synthetic oil is conventional oil and only good for 3k miles. They will change prices on you as well. Went elsewhere for my oil change

I followed the Reviews and wouldn't you know it MATTHEW and CAMERON were top of the line respectful. I had the luxury of Matthew working under the hood where he NOT ONLY changed the oil but he also suggested replacing my air filter (by comparing the two, put air in my tires and all with great professionalism. Plus everyone is wearing masks and taking safety precautions by allowing the customer to stay inside the car while they work. Great Job Cameron and Matthew, excellent team work.

Got my transmission fluid flushed and replaced as well as the coolant for my 2017 Honda CRV LX. Thoroughly impressed and satisfied. Price was absolutely phenomenal. Great professionalism and costumer service. I usually do all maintenance on my vehicles on my own, but man every now and then I like to take a break. I don t trust shops at all anymore since people stopped being honest and everyone literally just wants to go home as soon as they clock in, resulting in poor and mediocre performance. But, this place is now my go to place whenever I need a break. They re veteran friendly!

Went there this morning with hesitation. I usually go to the dealer for oil changes but I decided to go some place closer to my house. After reading the reviews I am glad I went here. Tillonie was awesome and had a great attitude! My Tundra has a skid plate that can be a pain some times and he tackle d it with no problem or complaints. I have 5 vehicles and will be back!!

Augie was AMAZING!!!! Professional, informative and courteous. I was in and out, which is always a plus!!! I went to one of these facilities about 4 years ago. I never went back because I paid almost $100 for a basic oil change. I was not happy. This facility was reasonably priced! Loved the experience!

Lonnie has Was great! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes he topped off fluids was very positive and pleasant. I will definitely return !

Very fast, best price I have found for a full synthetic oil change. They let me know about other preventive maintenance services that had not been done but were not pushy in any way.

Since moving to San Antonio, I ve only ever gone to this place to get my oil changed in both my cars. The one time I went somewhere else I instantly regretted it. Lonnie and the man that is usually with him are AMAZING. They are quick and have always tried to save me money every time I go in. I know that these boys will take care on my car as if it was their own. Highly recommend this location! Great job Lonnie!Service: Oil change

I was in and out in a flash. The techs who worked on my truck were very friendly and did a great job. The price for the full synthetic oil change was very reasonable as well.

Someone came out right as I pulled up and let me know how long the wait would be. The guys were very personable and kind. They were hustling to get everyone in and out in a reasonable time.This team made me feel comfortable, they communicated well with each other and their customers. I stayed in my car, but they also had an outdoor patio waiting area.A happy Saturday morning vibe :-)I would recommend to others, and will be going back for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

I have had oil changes and car inspections done here a few times. They are always fast and polite. Yesterday, I took my mom s car to be inspected and the manager, Ti-Lonnie Dirke, was the kindest, most beautiful person I have come in contact with in a very long time. He was so sweet to my elderly mom. I don t know how to convey in words just how much he made a positive difference in our day! He is awesome!

Devon S. assisted me today with a vehicle inspection.I initially called to see if there was any availability, and I was greeted by such a friendly, professional expert.Once I made it to the facility, Devon was the gentleman that guided my car in and walked me through the inspection.While the service was fast and efficient, I wanted to praise Devon for the level of customer service he provided to me today: from answering all of my questions in-depth, being friendly while he rang me up, and doing it all with his personality coming out.I unfortunately left my debit card at home when rushed to the shop, and he was able to work with me and offer another method of payment. I definitely felt bad to put in a spot but I appreciate Devon for going above and beyondIt was my own fault that I didn t come prepared, but it meant the world to have him find a quick solution for me!Customers can tell when employees truly CARE about them AND the services their employment provides, but to take on the responsibility of being the face of the company to customers and creating an unforgettable experience is valuable!Devon, thanks man for taking great care of me today! Came to this location because of all of the good reviews but did not have the same experience. Also had a terrible experience at Take 5 hence the trying a new place. The guy that helped me acted like he was so over customers for the day..... With that said the business reached out to me by phone which surprised me because usually most places brush things like this off. I am willing to give this place another shot because they genuinely apologized and offered to make it right and I can appreciate that.Service: Oil change

Lonnie was incredibly helpful & personable, and he was very transparent about trying to minimize the cost to the customer. They will not try to nickel & dime you or add superfluous charges and unnecessarily replace anything that isn t an immediate concern. A+

I pulled up at this location because the location down the street (Pat Booker Rd.) was closed and has been closed for days.When I pulled up, some guy unpleasantly yelled "What you need?" I needed an oil change and oil inspection but settled on the inspection because I prepaid for an oil change at the Pat Booker location.This location is completely over staffed while the location down the street has zero staff. Three employees asked me for the mileage on my car. It took three people to do an inspection.Unless the ownership changed after May 2022, this location has the same district manager as the Pat Booker location.

Disappointed after waiting 15 minutes in line and being talked to twice then I was told that we do not do Porsche Cayenne oil changes even though I've taken 2 of my other porsche there to have oil change done. So bad management Or lazy employees... Update: Was told by a district manager the actual reason is insurance.

I came in here to do my state vehicle inspection. They were able to bring me in quickly, conduct the tests, and finish. Very smooth process, and friendly staff. I highly recommend everyone to get their vehicle inspections done here!
