When it comes to tire repair, efficiency, customer and quality service, this establishment made all the difference. The mechanics did a fantastic job fixing my tire promptly despite the challenge of two nails. I definitely would recommend this shop to others.

I needed a whole new tire and rim change plus a new tire before my out of town trip. Let me just say...this place was amazing. I give it 4 instead of 5 only for the fact that the employees weren't too inviting. But the over all experience was amazing. I was in and out in no time and the prices were better than what I was getting told else where. Spent $175 less AND I got 2 NEW tires. Definitely recommend this place for any maintenance needed on your tires.

You pay for what you get. Cheap tire installation comes with body damage. Use at your own risk.

I have been coming here for years, since relocating to Texas! I have never been treated rudely until today! The price I usually pay, was different today, I explained that to the guy DANIEL! He got upset. Once he returned with store receipt, he tossed it towards me saying sign this very aggressively! I was on the phone and said yeah, I won t be coming back here again! . Mr. Daniel decides to include himself in my conversation, and yells at me saying DON T COME BACK!!! That was unnecessary, and rude, as I was not talking to him at all. Won t be back!Thanks for the times that I did receive exceptional service from other employees.

Good quick service. I liked they checked their own replacement tires for leaks. Slight variation in tread wear when 2 tires replaced though.

Nail in the tire on old Seguin Rd, saturday afternoon! in and out in 10 minutes for $15, Discount tire had a 3 hours wait, Walmart 1hour and a half..TY

To the ...I am moses lady that is apparently miserable and from reviews she gives obviously can't be happy. Wants self entitlement and everybody's rude! Lmao..except her? Been years paying same price. Smh ... inflation ! Maybe? Go to grocery store and tell them for years it's always this price! Idiot! Nothing wrong w this tireshop, you're not owed anything and get off the phone and take care of business and move along cause nobody likes a that waffle. Work on your self ..deff not perfect!

Fantastic customer service from the woman and man who helped us our tire size is hard to find so im very thankful that they had our tire and even went out of their way to let us know of an existing issue with the threads we had done at a shotty mechanics overall fantastic service and great prices for tire i just bought (:

UPDATE: took our vehicle to another shop the following day to get it checked, they told us someone not only made an unsafe repair, it had been CUT with something sharp most likely - not a normal hole- and the patch was so fresh it had to have been done at the most 1-2 days ago... AS IN THIS COMPANY MADE A HOLE AND UNSAFE PATCH ON OUR VEHICLE AND WE HAD NO IDEA!! This could've created a severe accident if we were towing our trailer and the tire blew... NEVER going here again!My husband went to this shop yesterday after speaking with this shop all week about what wheels he was looking for and the person at the shop told him what to order. He went yesterday to take them to be put on and it turns out they re the wrong size. No big deal we can return them, however the person from the shop won t admit that he gave the wrong information and they re now charging us for the mistake they made and we re leaving with nothing, and still have to return and exchange the wheels for the correct size. The professional thing would ve been to at least admit the mistake and not charge us for their mistake, especially when it wasn t our fault they didn t check to ensure it was the right size BEFORE taking everything off. Will 100% not be giving them any more business. If we can t trust them with something small like this, we won t trust them with anything more important either. Owner was also completely disrespectful and had an attitude towards my husband literally from the moment we walked in. Charged $160 for a mistake that wasted our time and couldn t even be respectful or have a bit of customer service. Do not recommend.

Another Martinez tire shop that provides great service. My tire was patched, mounted and installed in 5 minutes. Firestone said it could not be fixed, that I needed to buy a $450 tire plus mounting plus balancing. Firestone should not be allowed on base, they just rip off young military people. Martinez tire really cares for their customers.

I had gotten a flat over the weekend and when I called Monday morning to let them know I was having my vehicle towed they informed me that they also offer roadside assistance. They crew came to my house, removed my tire and took it to the shop to replace it with a new one, and returned to my house to put the tire back on. This also SAVED me money! I would recommend this place of business over many of the others that I contacted for support. I love these guys!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would! They totally took advantage of me. I went there excited about getting a muffler delete and a new rectangular black tip, the work and welding job was absolutely horrible!! The very next day we went back and demanded my money back and had them remove everything, I went somewhere else that was more professional and that did a better job.

I will NEVER return here! I took my own tires up there to replace the tires that I already had on my car. All I wanted was for them to take the old tires with the sensors off my car & put the new tires with the sensors on my car. They charged me $40 to do that. I went out of town & noticed that my TPMS light was on my dash. When I returned from out of town, I took my vehicle back to them & they informed me that the TPMS light was on bc they forgot to transfer the sensors from my old tires into my new tires. So, I had to go back home, pick up the old tires & take them back up to the tire shop so they could put the sensors into my new tires. They did just that & charged me another $65.00! So, basically I had to pay out of my pocket for their mistake! Total was $105.00 just to put 4 tires with sensors onto my car after they informed me that the entire job would only cost a total of $60. So they scammed me out of another $45! They will scam you out of every penny that you work hard for, so beware if you do decide to take your vehicle to them. Just a warning that you can definitely get what you need done much more honest & much cheaper elsewhere!

These guys have got to be the hardest working people on the street! I have never seen people put tires on a car so fast and do even minor repairs such as brakes struts and things like that. If you're in a pinch and you need it done now, these are your guys. Stop dealing with all the mumbo jumbo with tires and extra charges. These guys charge you one flat rate that's it and it's really great. I will definitely be back to see these guys

Guy on phone says, we can mount your rims, get here before 6, okay. We load the tires & rims, get there & immediately get turned away at 5:50. We say, but the guy says get here before 6. Sorry, it s too late. No cars being worked on, people just sitting around doing nothing. No apologies. Terrible customer service. Don t waste your time going here

I had a screw in one of my tires and since Discount Tires is closes on Sundays I ended up coming to Martinez. They took that tire off and placed it in my trunk since it under warranty and put my spare on. They fast, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always come to Martinez and they never disappoint. Great prices and quick service. The guys are always super polite as well. I ve used all locations and it s the same everywhere as far as pricing, speediness and politeness.

This is the place to go for exhaust needs. He does a great job welding and will make sure it is done all the way around any pipes. The price is good and he is a laid back guy. Definitely worth the drive for a job done right.

Excellent experience. My exhaust complete snapped before the muffler. The welding repair was done in 30 minutes without issue for a very good price. I even asked about a quote for a custom exhaust and the quote was a very good price!

Not a very good experience with this place. Went for a nail in my tire but the mechanic apparently did not have the right size socket so he used a hammer to get it on and destroyed my lug nuts. Then after repairing tire, he just slapped it back on without checking for any other leaks or to double check his work. Only good thing was they were fast and nice. Will never go there again.

The guy was knowledgeable. And got the job done pretty quick. Small place but the prices were good as well. He did tell me he can make me a custom part for a piece of my exhaust to be replaced. It was a pretty expensive Catalytic converter I have. But because of fitment issues it had a boo boo on it and he dented it further in to avoid rubbing... this I'm conflicted about. However I have already considered cutting my losses. And getting the part replaced with a custom fit straight pipe and avoid future problems. Need I say I would return to get the rest finished I didn't see a problem with this place besides the CC thing. But like I said before, that was an issue that needs to be felt with anyways.

Was really glad these guys were open and available to patch a tire on a Sunday in the middle of the afternoon, when most shops are either closed on Sundays or close early. The fact that they were there for me in a pinch really stands out, and will therefore keep them in mind the next time I need similar services or need to recommend a place for a friend.

The people here are so wonderful and helpful! Didn't try to lie and sell me things I didn't need or treat me less than for being a woman! I actually met two amazing women that worked here and were awesome! Highly recommend

We stopped by on Sunday morning with a screw in our tire and they quickly repaired it for us. The employees were all really helpful and the repair only cost $10.
