In the beginning my experience with jet automotive was great! They were fast and super friendly. They stated they diagnosed the issue of my truck over heating. I was in need of a new radiator and thermostat. They were able to make the repairs roughly 3 days my truck was there. 2 weeks later my truck is over heating again. They had me bring it back in. They stated that it needed a new radiator cap and coolant cool easy fix. 2 weeks later guess what? Truck is over heating yet again. I brought back to them stating the issue is not fixed. My truck was there 3 whole days, never received a call about an update. I called them, they had not gotten to it yet. Irritated because this was the third time they had my truck for 3+ days. They call me on day 4 and stated it was low on coolant, it is filled and I can come pick it up. Keep in mind the coolant was filled up two weeks prior. I pick it up and took it on a lengthy test drive. Low and behold it starts over heating yet again. I call up David, to let him know he says to bring it back in. At this point I have lost all Faith, but willing to give them one more shot. I drop it off Wednesday morning, David said they would give me call after they run some more test, could be a head gasket issue. After not hearing anything for a whole week. I call to get an update. David stated, well they test drove it on Saturday but doesn t look like the finished it. Umm what? David stated they would drop what they were doing and get it looked at on that Tuesday. Again never heard back. I call Thursday 09/07 again it still has not been looked at. He said they were going to pull it around and do a block test and I would be hearing back in 2 hours. That was at 11:00 am. Come 18:00 still have not received a phone call. At this point I came to the conclusion it is time to find a new repair shop. I go pick up my truck, the way it is parked I can t see the passenger side. I happen to look around my truck when I get home and notice a big dent that was not there before on the passenger side on the bed near the top . This shop failed to fully diagnose the issues causing my truck to over heat in a timely manner (June-sept) and has now caused body damage. Use at your own risk.

David and the mechanic that worked on my truck did an outstanding job. I had transmission work and front and rear differential fluid change and my truck drives and shifts so smoothly they were very professional and at a very affordable price, not to mention they did it the same day I inquired about it. Highly recommend jet auto and transmission and I'll be back if I need something. My father used the same shop a while back and recommended me to this place.Service: Transmission

So I took my 02 s80 in because the car would vibrate a lot when you applied a normal amount of pressure to the gas pedal as well as the transmission slipping/flaringMy car was looked at 3 times. I was told that the trans needs a rebuild (1800 dollars) and the tie rods are bad(600 dollars).After explaining numerous times what the car was doing, I dropped it off in the morning and let them do their thing.I picked up my car right as they were closing, was assured the issue was solved and asked if I knew when I wanted to bring the car on for transmission work. Said I would be in touch about it.I get on the road and ofc the car is still vibrating.I took my car to another shop to have the axle shaft seal replaced because I was leaking transmission fluid.After that was fixed, my transmission was back to normal and had been fine for 3 months now.I eventually went to my usual mechanic who replaced the entire strut housings on both sides and both axles.Total cost including parts was $680. I don't really think I needed the tie rods replaced... since the vibrations went away after replacing the struts and axles.Avoid this place like the plague. I have no idea if the tie rods were bad or not, the shop didn't offer to give them to me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my truck to them, I have been told by many mechanic that my problem was my transmission. Took it to them and they found out with no problem what was going on with my truck. They closed at 6, but stayed late just to do my car. Very reasonable, honest, and professional. I will be back with any problems I have with my cars. If I could give them higher I would.Services: Transmission, Brakes

Avoid at a all cost! I took my 2018 ford escape to do a transmission drain and fill since my car was running a little rough and several experts said a drain and fill would fix the issue. This shop is one of very few that are open on Saturday and I was quoted $170 to do the work, then the mechanic said I would need a complete transmission rebuild and that it would cost me $3500!! I ended up doing the transmission drain and fill myself the issue went away immediately! This shop is out to rip off people and up sell unnecessary work! Avoid this place or at least get a second opinion!!

My ac was not working i was willing to pay them they seemed so sweet an professional they said 2700 to fix my ac my dad came that weekend an it just needed a ac recharge. They had done my brakes prior an etc so I did trust them but now I don't. So second opinion for sure.

We took our van for transmissionwork. First they said (David) it would take 1 day it ended up taking 3 days. They don't call you to say your vehicle is ready . Went to get my vehicle and it was leaking transmission fluid so it wasn't ready to be picked up now they say it needs a new gasket. Which I did supply the gasket and filter. Having to wait the next day to get it and they charged me $100 dollars . And it leaks so much I have a pictureof that. afterthe day before I paid over $900 to replace the trans. They used my parts and charged me for them!! WTH I am a disabled veteran and this is how I was treated. So bottom line I don't recommend taking your vehicle there for repairs they will rob you!!

Those guys are trash, I believe that it's a hobby for them, so they don't put any quality into the car's and trucks they've worked on. Thank God I had a warranty on the engine that was supposed to be fixed. I had to take my truck back to their shop. It is blowby in two of the pistons, and when they got the engine back from the machine shop, it took them another six months to get it going. TRASH!!

Always my first choice for any of my vehicle repair needs. Davis and his cousin took care of my Jeep and helped explain everything that was happening along the way. David communicated with me consistently and was great help to answer any questions I had. Thank you all for your help. Will definitely always recommend Jet Auto.

Went in for alignment and got my car back sounding rough from the front end. Went back and they diagnosed it. I ended up having a tire that was loose. They tightened it and the rest along with fixing the plates that were touching my rotors. They sent it to another shop to get the alignment done and ultimately didn't have to help me but chose to and I really appreciated it. Would recommend their business to others thanks!

Took the car in on an appointment for Monday Morning at 8am. Had to call several times to check on the car, I never received any updates on work on the car . The car sat outside til after 5pm til they decided to work on it. I got a call that the car wouldn t be ready til Tuesday . Tuesday afternoon I get a call that the car was ready, and that they had to charge me extra for taking the bumper off to get to the parts they needed to change ?! I was given no warning or proof that they had removed any body parts. So the repair was estimated at 150 dollars became 700 dollars out the door for replacing my RADIATOR. .. you read that right. I had furnished the parts , that was just the labor charge . These people are crooks, I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau . Do not take your vehicle here, they will take your transmission out in order to replace your head lights!

I have a bmw. Took my car to BMW a few times as my engine light kept coming on and my car would go into low power mode. BMW either couldn t figure out what was wrong or didn t take the time to figure it out.I took my car to Jet auto and two days later they knew what was wrong. Then my back wi Dow regulator went out. I called David, he ordered the part before I even dropped my car off. I dropped it off and he was able to get it done that day. He even stayed late to finish. I recently brought my vehicle in for repairs and Joe did a Great job on my windshield and ignition switch. Got everything done on the same day. I have also in the past brought 2 of my vehicles in for Transmission work and they did a Superb job on both cars. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for car repairs. They're honest and highly professional!

I thought it was a good car repair experience. I recommend them to everyone. Price was reasonable and the mechanic was excellent. Once you find a place you trust then you always go to them f car repairs. This is that kind of place.

My friend went by to get his transmission checked. Told him he needed a new transmission, over $3000 with labor. He paid $300 for them to check it with there computer. He found someone who had a computer to check his car. All they did was got his car reprogramed and his car runs like new. Make sure you know what you need before they try to get you too.

My experience with Jet Auto and Transmissions has truly, and I mean truly been EXCELLENT! Mr. Estrada and his son and his staff have provided me and my truck with EXCELLENT service for the last 2 years I have been going there they very open and HONEST and FAIR with there service(s). I used to take my truck to another local shop, but after the other shop was charging me a lot more for there service I decided to give them a try after I had gotten a quote for a needed "emergency" repair on my truck in 2017.Since than I only bring my truck to them as Mr. Estrada and his staff have provided me with probable the best service I have recived from an auto shop. It really truly is a pleasure and I am "blessed" to do business with them. Also Mr. Estrada and his staff are always willing to let me know of any "potential" issues/problems that my arise with my truck so I know in advance and can plan to have them addressed. That to me is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, because most shops around will not do that. I bought a clean used vehicle from Jet and its a camry solara. They gave me a free 90 day warranty and have fixed the rear struts mounts. I bought parts but labor is free 90 days on labor. You cant find a better used car dealer or mechanics in town. Awesome work and honesty is their best policy .maria williamson.

Went in today for the first time and the gentlemen my wife and I spoke with was very professional and took us through everything and how much time it was going take to be done. Everyone was nice and polite and I will definitely return! Great team, great people!

Took my VW Tiguan there to fix my AC, they didn t fix it(wrong part) but after I left the shop my radio wouldn t work. Come to find out the fuse for the radio was completely missing not saying they stole it but all I know is that I popped my hood and the fuse box was completely opened and the fuse was gone. Only got a 1 star because I can t give a 0.

Had a bunch of work done on my car, the people at Jet kept me informed and up dated. Everything was completed in a timely manner and, for what I had done, it cost about half of what I was prepared for. When you want honesty and integrity from a business man who knows his way around any Engine or transmission this is the place to come. Jet's auto will have your vehicle in tip top shape in no time. I've been a customer for sometime now and Jet will be the only auto mechanic for me .

Be fair warned this place is a rip off and they take advantage of old disabled people just to make a buck and then they expect you to thank them for the pleasure of being ripped off if you take your car there and get ripped off it's your own fault you have been warned by a man who served his country just to be taken advantage of they lie and overcharge and they preform services that don't need donenot only did they overcharge me took twice as long as they said the didn't fix what they charged me for in the first place my new transmission leaks all over my driveway and it leaks worse then it did the first time they touched it please don't get taken by these peopleService: Transmission
