I had the pleasure of doing business with Crash Champions! The front desk team Misty and Manny were always very helpful, I dealt with Christina and Megan for my adjustments and they were very knowledgeable and speedy. I had a minor issue with insurance and Brandon made a call that made this process very smooth. I can say they all work great as a team, and I will definitely refer them to a friend!

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to find a collision center, look no further.Misty at the front desk was absolutely the best, super friendly and funny. My service advisor Christina did a great job at explaining everything to me, Megan and Manny also helped answer some of my questions, I had many. The customer service here was phenomenal, the communication I received during the time my vehicle was in the care of crash champions was helpful and much appreciated.I don t know the names of the team members who actually did work on my car, but my car was finished before the actual estimated time which I didn t expect, but it was a wonderful surprise.I even received a call from the GM Brandon shortly after getting my car back just making sure everything went well!Nobody ever wants to deal with a car collision but the Crash Champions in Converse made everything as easy as possible for me and I would recommend this company to anybody that has the misfortune of having to deal with the aftermath of a vehicle collision.

Absolutely amazing. I was T boned with significant damage to my vehicle. Crash champions did a perfect job with my repairs. I was updated weekly if not twice a week with my vehicles progress the entire time until time for pick up. Pearl was the main employee i stayed in contact with, she was amazing. i would recommend them to anyone. First class work and customer service

Great experience with my Toyota RAV4, would definitely come back here again (but hopefully won t ever need to!). Megan and Manuel were both great, there was an issue that came up but it was resolved the next day. Only complaint is that the detailers did not do the best job - however they did offer to have it redone. Great customer service overall, would definitely recommend. My car looks brand new again!Service: Body & Trim

Staff is amazing. It took a little longer than I had hoped for to get my car fixed but from my research and asking around, it was due to the manufacturer and not the repair shop's fault. I would not hesitate to take my car back in, although I hope I never have to.. lolThank you Manny, Misty, Christina, Pearl (and if im missing anyone else's name I apologize).y'all truly go the extra mile for your customers

The manager Megan was very helpful and kept the lines of communication open after I dropped my truck off for repairs kept me updated made the whole process a very pleasant one definitely will recommend and if need service again my number 1 place to go to

When my Honda got into accident they told me that kung collision is the best collision repair. I was so happy and satisfied for what they did. The staff are excellent. I enjoyed talking to MEGAN, sometimes if I have a questioned that I ask she give me the best answer All I can say king collision is a very good company .. I recommend 100%

I have had my truck repaired twice with Service King . I was so worried that it would not be done right but they definitely made me a happy customer. My truck looks brand new again. Had a very wonderful experience at this service king! The staff was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, and walked me through the repair process of my car. I received almost daily updates of what was being done to my car and when I should expect the repairs to be finished, and I received my car in a timely fashion. The general manager even reached out some days after to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work on my car it was the best! I had my hood and fender replaced and they made my car look like new. Great repairs, great environment, overall would recommend.

I was rear ended with some pretty significant damage. The staff at Service King did an amazing job on the car, but I was more so impressed with their communication and follow through. The response time was great. As we were getting toward the home stretch, I had so much support with them helping deal with the insurance and so much more. Although my car was eventually declared "totaled" after an accident, the staff at the Converse location are exceptional. Over the six week period my insurance company left it there, Laura at the body shop kept me informed of their progress frequently. Very professional!

After the sudden winter weather I had to go back to work. Hit a patch of black ice down by the Forum entering 35. Lost traction in all four wheels at once and hit the wall front and back. No airbags and drove away thinking it was mostly cosmetic and would look terrible for awhile. Jumped on my insurance app and got my car in the next morning. After a few days I found out it was some frame damage and a lot of cosmetic. Thankfully I had a rental covered because covid and Japanese parts took some time to arrive. All said and done I got my car back with an open return for the remaining part they went above and beyond to track down. I am so happy with the look and drive feel after all the hard work they put into it. Very satisfied and impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Customer service was the best I've ever had. They kept me updated throughout and understood the inconvenience of not having your own vehicle during the repair. Hands down best overall experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Customer service is great which is why they are getting 2 stars. I have returned my vehicle there 2 times and its still driving incorrectly and unsafe. I got T boned and the frame is bent and veers car to right side and shakes between 40-60 mph returned it for balance and double check and still doing same thing. So either it should have been totalled and is unfixable or they don't know how or what to fix or correct the issue. Either way the problem on my 40,000 dollar vehicle isn't fixed and I do not feel safe driving. I also don't feel like you need a 3rd chance to try again so I am taking the vehicle elsewhere.

In general, this is one of the best experiences I've had with a business. Service King was professional throughout the entire process. They informed me of the entire process, provided pick up for a rental, and sent updates daily until my vehicle was completed. My truck looked amazing when I picked it up. Thanks again!

This place and staff are very professional. They did a great job on fixing my car. You don't how important color match is when your car is more than a few years old. They matched my cars color perfectly! No dull spots either. You can't tell I was in a an accident at all. They did a great job!

Getting in an accident's stressful enough, so I appreciate not having to deal with stress in having my car repaired. I was greeted right away when I entered the shop, didn't have to wait past my appointment time, Service King already had the insurance information and payment issues sorted out, the damage was inspected and all repairs that needed to be done were explained. They also arranged for the rental car and for me to be picked up from their location, which was a nice plus.The time estimated to complete the repairs was reasonable, and I was able to sign up for text alerts informing me of the progress of the work. It was completed a little ahead of schedule, and when I went to pick up my car, I didn't have to wait around. The service advisor went over everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work before signing off on it.One of the doors was badly damaged and had to be replaced. There haven't been any issues with it squeaking, difficulties in opening/closing, or with raising/lowering the window (ended up with all those issues after a repair at another shop). They did a good job on the paintwork, blending it well enough with the undamaged areas that you'd never know it's been repainted.They made the entire process as hassle-free as possible. Hopefully I won't need any more repairs due to accidents, but if it were to happen, I'd take my car to this Service King location again.

Let me start off by saying that the folks at this location were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just awesome through the process of getting my vehicle repaired. Setting the appt, dropping it off and even through my pick up hiccup (totally and completely my fault, ill get to this) everyone was great.Now, my hiccup.. .so through my process I relied solely on text messages I received over the progress of my vehicle repairs (my 1st mistake). Every few days id receive a message telling me everything was on track for 26Aug pickup and I just went with that. Now fastfoward to today (26Aug) and I receive a message that my vehicle was ready and I thought "Great!" Or so I thought.. .I simply go to drop off my rental then get dropped back off to Service King and my vehicle isnt truly ready Well, my 2nd mistake was not having called to actually verify that it was ready I now have to get back into a rental and THIS TIME ACTUALLY WAIT for the collision center to call me over my vehicle.Moral of the story: take initiative to keep track of things as well to avoid having folks jump through hoops for you cause you didnt do your part The folks at Enterprise on Pat Booker, bless their hearts as well for helping to get me BACK into a rental after my f*ck up! My vehicle was repaired here after a minor accident. From the very beginning of the process to its completion I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs via text messaging. Service King found hidden damage that was not visible and made all necessary repairs. The snow storm that hit caused a minor delay but otherwise my vehicle was delivered as promised. I smiled and laughed as I drove away from the shop in my vehicle after repairs. It was like an accident never happened. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim
